Great service. The food is great. Wings are really good and crunchy. The slider comes with fries and delicious. Happy Hour is bogo half off anything except soju cocktails. Food came out quickly hot and fresh. Anthony is the best server ever.

We ordered a watermelon soju, pineapple soju, Hite, 2 bottles of soju, popcorn chicken and cheese corn for the 6 of us. As it got later into the night, it was packed inside but everything came out pretty quickly.

My friends and I were looking for a place to just chill and drink so we decided to go to Soju Belly. It was my first time there and I was excited to finally try out their watermelon and pineapple soju! We ordered a watermelon soju, pineapple soju, Hite, 2 bottles of soju, popcorn chicken and cheese corn for the 6 of us. As it got later into the night, it was packed inside but everything came out pretty quickly. [w a t e r m e l o n s o j u] They carve out the watermelon and fill it with soju! Its really refreshing and you can barely taste the alcohol. It was almost slushie like. However, I was expecting the watermelon to be much bigger but it was actually pretty small. [p i n e a p p l e s o j u] This one also came out in a carved pineapple over a bed of ice. I personally preferred the pineapple soju over the watermelon but maybe its because I LOVE pineapples in general but it was much sweeter than the watermelon one. It tasted just like pineapple juice but spiked of course(; **MUSTGET** [p o p c o r n c h i c k e n] Its different from the popcorn chicken you’d find at a boba shop. Its actually just fried with no seasoning but they serve you two different dipping sauces which are ranch and I think sriracha? It’s pretty plain but it was still good and perfect to munch on while drinking. [c h e e s e c o r n] It was pretty good… cheesy with a hint of sweetness from the corn but I mean, you could make this at home for a way cheaper price. Its literally canned corn with melted cheese on top. Super plain and simple, but it works. Its a pretty popular snack to get at korean bars/lounges. Our bill came out to be $ 119 with gratuity included. Service is okay, they don’t really come to check up on you unless you press the button to call them. Overall, I wouldn’t mind coming back again… it’s a pretty chill place to hangout with friends and get couple drinks. *** T I P S *** –Post a picture on instagram to get a free beer!(You dont get to choose what beer, as we got Coors Lite when we posted ours)

It’s really hard to rate a Soju place when you’re DD. However, my friends really liked the watermelon soju + the mango one(they were so excited about the watermelon bowl that they put the mango soju inside the watermelon bowl afterwards!) We went yesterday(so a Friday night) and it was really crowded, but didn’t need to wait long for a table at around 11:30PM. Be prepared for it to be pretty loud in there though(the music wasn’t that loud, it was more of the crowd. We were kind of yelling at each other across the table in order to hear the conversations). I have a feeling they’re understaffed because the waiters seemed to be frantically running around the entire time. They were nice and apologized when our food took a really long time to come out — they even gave us free beer! We ordered popcorn chicken and it was pretty average. Nothing too special and a little pricey for what it is($ 12.99 for an appetizer size). But I’m sure people mostly come here for the drinks anyway. I’ll definitely come back and try everything when it’s my friend’s turn to be DD :3

They card outside the door as this is 21+ soju lounge/restaurant. When we got inside there were no workers to be found. We were left confused as to whether we should seat ourselves or just stand there… After 5 minutes or so, there was still nobody… So we just sat ourselves and a worker finally approached us with menus! We tried the pineapple soju! It’s a cute presentation and tasted pretty good! I would recommend it! We also got another plain soju bottle and poured it into the pineapple to add flavor… And it was still good but stronger soju flavor(if you like that)! My favorite item from here would be the Kim Chi pizza without the cheese. I’m not sure how cheese and Kim chi would well together but the original one was very delicious! I would recommend this!

This place is good for flavored soju. We tried the watermelon, coconut, and mango soju. My favorite was the watermelon it’s has a nice flavor to it. Coconut wasn’t too bad if you like coconut flavor things. Mango was super strong in alcohol content if you like more alcohol in it. Food wise don’t expect too much everything tasted pretty decent but the food can be overpriced. I tried the cheese corn it was pretty good but tasted like the description sweet canned corn with cheese worth the price? No lol. My friends tried tempura, pork belly, spicy pork, and pork intestine everything tastes decent not too bad just you can find it cheaper at other korean restaurant. Better to come here to drink than eat. Service is not too bad when it’s slow. If I come back I want to try the lychee yogurt soju that sounds interesting. Ps. Kinda interesting watching the weird American and korean videos here lol.

The watermelon soju bowl was delicious! It was pretty expensive for what it was but it’s really fun to share with friends. We also ordered the corn cheese which was equally as yummy. I heard that the place is usually crowded and that the servers are extremely busy but my experience was pleasant and the service was quick when I was here. The music was also not too loud and consisted of Kpop videos on TVs. I will definitely return to try their other food options.

Staff here is really attractive. Or maybe that’s the soju speaking. My friend and I were visiting some friends in OC and after going to Shen-Sen-Gumi, Afters, and TeboTebo, we had no idea what to do on a Saturday night other than drink! I was so surprised our friends took us to a mini K-town in the middle of Vietnam(jk jk… not really doe). Tables are extremely small and cramped, but when you’re drunk, who cares? We started off with soju cocktails and got the lychee, peach, and strawberry. The peach was absolutely disgusting. The strawberry was sweet, yet strong, so that was my favorite. For food(yes, more food because we’re fatties), we got the Popcorn Chicken and Fire Chicken. The first was fried to a light crisp and really tasty, a lot different from the usual kind you find at Chinese boba shops. The staff was efficient enough and really nice. They were kind enough to let me charge my phone behind in the kitchen. Only a few tables inside were Korean, but the ones who were, definitely knew how to party and reminded me of being back home in LA’s K-town. The two giant piles of vomit outside proved this to me :’) …wait, Koreans actually know how to handle their liquor. Never mind.

Great place for flavored Soju! The coconut one and watermelon ones were delicious. I wouldn’t recommend the apple one =/ There is lots of parking available! After you get your drunk on, you should go next door for karaōke! Yay!

Came here for a best friend’s farewell night out, I kinda expected an Asian fusion restaurant with casual ambience. I guessed wrong. The service was okay. Neither rude nor welcoming. More like they didn’t really care. The overall ambience of the place was like a club with music blasting and KPop music videos being played on the TVs. The food is extremely, ridiculously overpriced, but let’s face it, you’re coming here for the drinks. The drinks are priced much cheaper than the food and were good. Better than fishbowls in Downtown Fullerton. The style in which they served their soju was very creative. We had both the Watermelon Soju and the Coconut Soju. Both were good. Overall, I liked it. It’s a fun place.

What can I say about this place… Service sucks! 1. Waitress spills soju all over our table and doesn’t even clean it up. 2. Waitress keeps wanting to leave when we haven’t finish ordering yet… And get this, she forgets to put in our order. Yes, manager offers to apologize by offering us a free drink, but when we said we wanted another watermelon soju manger said no we can’t? Then comes back and changes their minds and says only if we reuse our watermelon. LOL I find this so funny 3. They gave us dirty used cups and no plates. We had to use napkins as our plates. 4. We asked one of the waitress if we can get an order of cuttle fish and she said no we can’t because it only comes in the sampler, but when we asked another waiter he placed our order. Doesn’t make any sense to me! 5. If you want ice in your water, you must ask. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. Customer service is the main key in restaurants and this place for sure does not meet my standards… My standards isn’t very high either. :/

Soju Belly was a fun place to eat and drink! My friends and I came on a Saturday night and there were tables available for us! When we walked in it was extremely loud, sorta had that club vibe, but it was cool. We ordered the watermelon and pineapple soju! It was so awesome that the soju came in the fruit. The soju wasn’t that strong, but it was definitely in there! Sneaky! because it only tasted like fruit. I also ordered food and it was AMAZING. The spicy chicken wings were actually SPICY. I needed to down beer after. It was TOO spicy, but the perfect amount to make your mouth sting and want more. Then we ordered the bulgogi plate and the meat was extremely tender. The food went great with our beers and soju. I had a great time there. We had met really friendly people!

Like the usual bar setting, this place was blasting EDM in the background. Definitely not a place to come to if you want to conversate with a friend. Even when my friend was sitting with me side by side I was having trouble hearing him. During my visit, I ordered the watermelon & pineapple soju.(16.99 each) 1. The pricing of the drink was pretty expensive in my opinion. I guess they are charging you for the WOW factor I guess. 2. Taste: Personally, I thought the watermelon one was able to mask the taste of the soju better so I liked the watermelon one more. ** Tip: Drink slowly and know your limits… you have been warned! I drank both orders in like 30 – 45 minutes & let’s just say it was not a good time afterwards. Final Verdict: Perfect alternative to the DTF fishbowl, definitely coming back here again with my friends when I am in the area.

I haven’t been to many soju bars but this place is okay. Didn’t really knock it out of the park for me. The soju was yummy and served in hollowed out fruits, but kind of expensive for what you get. $ 17 for a watermelon soju that wasn’t even strong! I guess if it were too strong though, it wouldn’t have been as fruity and delicious. The music is super loud and mostly Kpop with Kpop music videos playing on the TV screens. In the 2 hours we were there, they played a happy birthday remix song 3 times! I’m guessing a lot of Asian people celebrate their birthdays here??? The seating is really squished with different parties sharing benches. I was back-to-back with another group of girls who were falling over all over the place and into me =.= Service was subpar at best. The soju didn’t take long to come out, but the servers barely ever came around to our tables. We had a hard time asking for water and had to ask for our Instagram beer twice.(If you post a photo of the store/soju to Instagram and tag them, you get a free beer.) We didn’t order any food since everyone said the food sucked.

Came here for a friend’s surprise birthday party. First thing you’ll notice about the place right when you walk in is the extremely loud kpop music and dark lighting. Music videos of kpop artists are blasting throughout the night. The thing that this place is known for is the soju served in hollowed out fruits. Really cool presentation concept. They come out frozen, chilled on ice, with the flavored soju in the middle. My favorite out of all of them was the Pineapple one; GETTHISONE. We also tried the watermelon and coconut ones but they didn’t impress. The watermelon soju tasted more like celery and the coconut soju tasted just like coconut water(which was good). We tried the spicy chicken wings, kimchi fried rice, and popcorn chicken. Popcorn chicken was standard. The kimchi fried rice was really good; topped with a fried egg, this was probably our favorite dish. Korean fried chicken always sets itself apart from regular fried chicken in terms of crispy batter and sweet/spicy sauce. Since it was our friend’s birthday, they came out blasting a Happy Birthday song and brought him 1 free soju bottle. The funny/unique thing they give to birthday celebrants is the cucumber and eggs shaped in the form of a dick and balls. Complete with sprinkles and a candle, this for sure stirred up some laughs.
