Had to call 4 Times for someone to finally pick up the phone and once I got there to pick it up found out they got my order wrong

I will never eat Pizza Hut ever again! I found 2 beetles or some type of insect on a slice of pizza. I figure ok, they didn’t wash the spinach and decided to throw it on there. So I decided to remove all the spinach. Then I grab another slice and was about to bite in it and saw a maggot wiggling on the pizza! I felt sick to my stomach. So disgusting! What is going on Pizza Hut?! No more Pizza Hut for me!

We ordered two large pizzas online. Once we got to the restaurant to pick up our pizza we saw that one of the pizzas was wrong. They actually did the same pizza twice. The cashier looked so confused and I even showed him my email confirmation with our order and we repeated what we had ordered about 3 times. We never got a were sorry. Instead he asked if we wanted credit or another pizza. Of course we wanted the second pizza so we had to wait another 15 minutes.

Make sure to always use the coupons online! You really get the best bang for your buck with em. Service is typically fast, and I’ve always been helped as soon as I arrive. However, sometimes the food will come out incorrectly, such as not getting the correct sauce or crust. I’ve had that happen a couple times now, but that’s okay. Also, it’s worth noting that they don’t give out plates. Cheese and pepper are provided, but they seem really stingy about it.

My local Pizza Hut never fails to disappoint. This time I ordered 2 medium pizzas and 1 order of wings sunday afternoon. Small simple order at 1:50 pm. After paying for it, I received my confirmation with a delivery time of 70 minutes later. When I called to check if this was right, the manager confirmed yes indeed they would deliver my pizza about 3:10. I cancelled my order, only to be told they had already charged my card and that it would take them 2 days to give me credit for a pizza I never got. the only thing fast about this place is how fast they take your money. Avoid! BTW, the Papa Johns pizza delivered in 40 minutes was great.

There are always different deals for Pizza Hut. If you don’t know of one ask a worker and they’ll suggest whatever they have. I came in and the worker told me they were having a buy two medium pizzas for $ 5.99 each with unlimited toppings deal. Pizza Hut is stepping up their game especially with new places like pieology opening up. I would recommend getting a side of buffalo sauce. Dip it with your crust for added flavor.

My favorite Get Curried Away(has a curry flavor)!Yes you heard it right, we got Curried Away! Moved: This is the same Pizza Hut that moved from 9755 Chapman Ave(Promenade) Always Order online: Ordered online, save time, save money by using the online coupon code. We usually get the Free Breads-sticks coupon in email and Pizza + bread-sticks didn’t taste so delicious before! Note: The online coupon didn’t work for some reason and when we showed the online coupon to the store manager, she immediately honored us the coupon! Location: Although this is no more located in the Promenade(Regal cinemas Garden Grove)-but it’s just a block away. Hut Offers: Join their email club and receive cool offers, promotions etc that is good for online orders. We are a regular to this Pizza Hut due to proximity and it has never disappointed us.

This Pizza Hut is PATHETIC with poor management. A TERRIBLE Experience!!! I ordered my pizza on-line for pick up and arrived a couple minutes early so I’d get it fresh out of the oven. While I was waiting another customer came in to pick up an order that was ready. The night shift manager couldn’t figure out how to apply the customers $ 5 coupon and took almost 10 minutes to ring them up. After those customers left, she stepped into the back and I’m wondering where the heck my pizza was??? Then she came back to the front counter & without an apology of any kind, she coldly said that due to the confusion my pizza got burned and they’d have another one ready in 8 minutes. Say What? How did her inability to operate a cash register cause the kid in the back to burn my pizza? I wasn’t very happy but it was getting late & I just wanted my pizza so I remained calm and waited patiently. I think she was more concerned with making a phone call than customer service as she was on the phone(No, not taking orders) the rest of the time I waited. My wife &2 Labs were waiting in our SUV so I stepped outside to let her know what was going on. She commented, well the dogs will enjoy the burned pizza. I agreed as over the years its been pretty customary that anytime a pizza parlor has messed up our pizza(burned, wrong pizza, etc.) and we had to wait for a new pizza, they’ve always offered to give us the messed up one if we wanted it. I went back inside and as I waited I watched the kid in back slice up the badly burned pizza, put it in a box and set it on the rack behind the front counter. Eventually 15 minutes after she said it would take 8 minutes, the kid in back finally set my pizza up on the counter and said«here you go enjoy your pizza». I almost walked out thinking it was free since I’d now waited over 30 minutes past the time my pizza should have originally been ready but I stopped, turned and told the kid I hadn’t paid for it. Without getting off the phone the manager turned and mumbled something to him and he said oh, ok I can ring you up. As I stepped back to the counter to pay, I politely reminded him I’d been waiting 30 minutes and asked what he was going to do with that burned pizza because I had 2 Labs in my car that wouldn’t care if it was burned. He said he didn’t know their policy on that but in a few minutes he was planning to eat some of the pieces that weren’t burned too badly. As I shook my head in disbelief, I politely said I understood and told him I wasn’t trying to be a problem but asked him what he was going to do to try and make it right? He said no problem, he’d give me a credit for next time. What? I told him I wasn’t interested in a credit for next time and wanted to know about this time? He said OK and started playing with the register. He was having problems and called the manager over. She was still on the phone(long cord) but stepped over without saying a word and punched an entry into the register. The kid then completed wringing it up and when I looked at the screen, they had given me a $ 0.80 discount for waiting 30 minutes. I politely told them that obviously I’d come to a bad restaurant and they could keep their pizza. I walked out without the manger saying a word as she was busy chatting on the phone… I should probably Thank the pathetic employees at Pizza Hut because after I left, I went just down the street to a SUBWAY that’s open late. I was met by 2 very friendly employees that treated me with respect, served me fast and efficiently, made me 2 Great Sandwiches and made me feel like they really valued my business. They were so good I almost felt guilty that I only tipped $ 2. Thanks SUBWAY, you turned my bad night around!

So I placed an order online through this store. I placed my order at 8:30 pm and around 9:30pm I started wondering where my pizza was. I called the store to check on my order and they said it was on the way. Around 40 minutes later I still didn’t have my pizza so I called back. At this point when I called I was told that they had no record it my order… By now I’m starving and a little irritated so I pull up my order history online and read the order back to the employee. Once I gave the order details and confirmation, I’m told that the delivery person came to my house and nobody answered the door. I can guarantee you that nobody showed up at my house. My friend and I finally said screw it and drove to the Pizza Hut store to pick up our food. Upon entering the store, we were not greeted by any 3 of the employees working. Employees seemed incapable and incompetent. The food was free but it was kind of bullshit that we had to go through such a hassle for a damn pizza. You had one job Pizza Hut. Deliver the pizza. You failed.
