Long story short, they offered me hot wings over the phone «OFFERED»… And when I was ready to pay, all I got was «we forgot to put them in the oven, I’m sorry.»

I was very disappointed with this place. I got bad dipping sauces. They were old and rotten. I did post a picture of them. It made me loose my apatite. It definitely seems like the coworkers don’t do their job correctly. And the bread sticks were overly cooked. The pizza was lacking taste. I was very unsatisfied. I should have took it back but did not want to waste my time.

Decent place for inexpensive pizza, but i tried the new pretzel dippers today and they were extremely salty. I’ve never tasted anything that salty. I seriously had to rub the pretzel salt off with a napkin on each bite. Not sure if that was the standard or just that location.

NO Pizza Pizza is more like it! I called in my order they told me 20min it would be ready. So I got there within 20min and No one would say they took my phone order at first! Then someone from the back said they took it but no one started it! They told it would be ready in 20min if I wanted to stay! I told them No Thank You! and walked out !!!

Yeah totally never going here again, I waited in the car with my son while my fiancé went to go get «HOT AND READY PIZZA» yeah completely unprepared for night rush for a Friday excuses, my fiancé was ignored by staff after multiple people got their orders in, my son was screaming in the car and I wasn’t about to be irresponsible and leave him alone in the car to go get my fiancé, thanks for wasting 45+ wait and completely ignoring my fiancé lost a customer forever you guys clearly don’t know what the hell your doing close this location and fire the employees they clearly can’t regulate this location.

Super slow i mean 50min + wait. Not hot and ready during dinner. Cashier girl with the long face is bitchy too.
There aren’t many customers either. I used to work at a pizza joint too with less employees, still was wayyy quicker.
Pro tip: gotta be prepared for dinner rush. Also people in the back need to hustle the fuck up.

Ordered ultimate supreme pizza that took over 30 mins (when they said only 10mins). And while waiting I witnessed the girl cashier giving out to a customer a side dish of jalapeños. When I asked her for some, she said we don’t have anything except napkins. How in the world did she just lied straight to my face. I was in a rush so I don’t want to argue over something that petty. But, I wished I knew her name so I could regulate her.

Excellent service and food is always fresh.
They stayed open 5 extra min for me once to make me fresh bread sticks.
Although they need to bring back the oily garlicky crazy bread because the last batch was a bit different bread and tasteless.
