McDonald’s

They killed my vibe no chocolate milkshake for me. She told me the ice cream machine was broken. This has got to be at least the tenth time. Zero stars not an option.

I eat here 2 or 3 times a week. I always order the same thing. 2-​mc doubles w/​no ketchup and a large drink .
The building has just been remodeled and the décor is modern. They are a little slow at the cash register but the food is prepared quick.
The only thing I don’t like is you have to be buzzed into the rest room and they don’t have hand towels they have one of those blowers that never get your hands dry.

This place sucks, sour Ice Tee (old) bad service, cash only after hours, not sure why.

Came here for a coffee but had seen that their breakfast menu was still up through drive-​thru (before 11AM) so decided to get something from that instead, placed my order and the person asked if I wanted a coke with it, I said no, and wanted the orange juice, mentioned that I’m ordering from the breakfast menu, asked me to wait a minute, employee came out, with a manager, and switched the menu to the normal Big Mac, Cheese Burger etc, she got back on the mic and asked me for my order again, told her she had already taken my order, and she apologized and said breakfast wasn’t available anymore… She couldn’t have told me that before she ran outside to switch out the menu. I mean, I know it’s McDonalds and I shouldn’t expect much, but come on it’s called fast food, don’t have a customer waking 5+ minutes only to let them know that their order isn’t available anymore.

Very frustrating going to this location. Was really hungry and needed something quick. Ordered a cheeseburger meal without pickle or cheese. Had to take the order back twice before they got it right. This is typical for this location.

They forgot to put the chicken nuggets in the kids meals. I get all the way home and my kids were so upset. My husband drove back to McDonald’s and the manager called him a liar! Seriously?! Why would we lie and why the hell would we drive all the way back! Never going here again EVER

What do you expect it’s mcdonalds. Your always going to get either okay service or shitty service. Anyways came here for a quick pick up and got the oatmeal and yogurt parfait. That’s the only thing they got some what healthy.

Food after 9pm sucks.
Mcrib sucks after 9pm.

I don’t understand how EVERY time i come to this McDonalds, they mistake «Large Drink/​Large Sprite» for «Large Fries». I mean all the girls do is stand around and talk, the least you could do is get an order right.

This McDonald always get my order wrong when go in the drive thru. disappointed and I give it so many try.

In life, there are certain essential needs a human being can only ask for.
1. Clean underwear, at least 2 – 3 weeks worth, especially if you take 2 showers.
2. A clean pair of shoes.
3. Sunglasses that fit your pretty face.
4. FRESH FRIES FROM MICKEY D’S!!!
I came in, instead if driving on through because I wanted fresh fries. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen! The cashier looked like th manager, I requested fresh fries, due to my honest belief, per the manager, she said it just came out. She rang up my order, I trusted her that there was fresh fries along with my order of chickty nuggets. I went home, all jazzed up thinking I had fresh fries. Opened up the bag of my combo meal. The fries was sitting under the lamp for daayyyyyyyyys!!! OH MY LAWD!!! I never leave negative reviews, this is my 1^st, due to corporate America, not hooking up a brotha with no fresh fries!!!
Lets huddle up here Mickey D’s team players!!! And lets make things happen right and get it tight!!!
My strawberry shake was awful, was watered down and tasted really old!

The customers there are not the best people to eat around, but they don’t bother you. The food is okay. I just wish they would maintain their condiments and keep the tables cleaner. The floors were not clean and were sticky.
Customer service is not good, but you get the food you order.

Worst place to go! No lie every time I have gone there, they always forget a burger or French fries! Bad service –_​_​_​–

with all due respect, the most recent review was just a little over two weeks ago, and the most recent just before that one May 2011!
Ok, so what’s the deal, why did I give it the highest rating to date? The employees in the drive through in the morning have always been pleasant. They’re kind, they make sure the order is correct on the screen, and they greet me nicely. The lady that hands me my food at Window #2 is courteous and repeats the order to make sure she got it right before she hands it to me. They’re always smiling and in a good mood.
Also note that I pass over three McD locations to go to this one, and it’s PAST my work. i drive past my work place to get to this one, because I prefer it over the others. That says a lot. Especially at 7am.
The customers however, are another story, but this is a review of the establishment, not the idiot customers that frequent the location.
Oh, and drive through open 24 hours. :)

Sometimes, you just crave an Oreo McFlurry and you can’t think of anything else until you’ve satiated your hunger. My friend and I sat down to enjoy our our McFlurry’s and within 5 minutes, two crazy people were yelling at two different managers. I don’t know what they were complaining about but they were raising their voices and we had to get out of there. WTF… it doesn’t matter if they spent $$$ to remodel the whole place, it’s in a bad area of GG. Next time, I’ll GPS another McD’s nearby…

R u f-​ing kidding me?!? I ordered a mc nugget happy meal and ended up w 2 patties!?! Then when I went back to complain, the manager didn’t even apologize nor did they offer any compensation for the inconvenience of driving back to get my nuggets! I wish I could give this Mc D’s no stars! These fools actually need an education to serve burgers! Obviously they can’t get an order right or know how to treat a customer! I am Unilocaling, twittering, fb-​ing etc and even sending a complaint about this place to the corporate office. This is seriously some BS!

wtf!!! this is horrible! my cousin ordered chicken nuggets and they put 2 meat patties in the box and we didn’t get a double cheeseburger either. We went back to get our food, and they gave us the chicken nuggets but they seem to refuse to give us our double cheeseburger. They were arguing back saying that they did give us the burger, then for awhile they finally gave us one. Worse McDonalds i have ever gone to.

Every time I go to this McDonald’s they never get my order right or they forget something! ugh I have to travel far to go to a good McDonald’s!

been going here for my sweet teas late at night because they’re open ²⁴⁄₇. but last night… my sweet tea wasn’t sweet and the cup was 90% ice… boo hiss argh!!!
