Quick, convenient and helpful!
I came here because my right eyelid was swollen to the point where I couldn’t even open my eyes. I originally went to my optometrist down the street and they said they couldn’t help me (but you specialize in eye health/​vision…) so I decided to swing by my new family doctor since I’m under a new insurance. My mom told me that Dr. Tran just moved into a new location (this location) and the waiting room is clean and organized. The staff originally were hesitant to help me out because they thought I just wanted to stop by and get checked instantly. But when they noticed that my Cal-​Optima insurance says here then they finally helped me out. They pushed my paperwork in quickly and I was practically in and out in 30 minutes from filling out paperwork to finishing my check up/​receiving prescription. Really nice staff to talk to (only if you speak Vietnamese!) Dr. Tran is really approachable and will answer any questions or concerns you have. So far so good for my first visit! Hopefully my eyelid doesn’t swell anymore.
