Very small farmers market. However they have some great produce at a great price! If you’re in town on Sunday, you should definately check it out. There is a dip stand there that is pretty good as well as blood oranges that were amazing! I highly recommend those stands.

They have a few vegetable vendors and some of the best tamales I’ve had. The big draw for me is the singer they have most Sundays, His name is George and is very entertaining.

Very small. Quiet. Boring. Not a lot to shop/buy. No entertainment. The only thing is there are a few restaurants nearby you can go eat/lunch if there is absolutely nothing you can do here. Costco across the street. Go there and sample costco food or buy cheap hotdog/pizza might be better alternative. Parking to this farmers market is easy.

Very small, quiet farmers market but the people are really friendly! And I love the samples ;) Different produce! Crafts. Salsa and chips. Hummus and pita. The cake pops are cute and sooo savory! Go try them out! It’s garden grove so don’t expect an Anaheim/Fullerton sized market lol. The restaurants around the market are cozy and cute… I’ll give those a try. If you’re going to Costco and got 10 minutes to spare… check it out for fun lol Have fun! xo

however small it may be i love and appreciate the gg farmers market… ive come here weekly for the past few years… right in my neighborhood i can drive down park near main street walk over with my resusable bags and purchase fruits and produce galore! i always go to the korean vendor who sells the fruits and veggies from their farm… seriously BEST cucumber/apple/pear/tomoatos albeit pricey they are so worth it because of how delicious and fresh they are… then I stop by the honey vendor and pick up some cute teddies & honey combs then I look at the jewlery even tho i never buy =x I can get some dried fruit and nuts… pick up some freshly made popcorn and pick up some cilantro and greenbeans at the other vendors…

It’s not really the Garden Grove Farmer’s market that I like so much as it is the historic main street that the market is on and all the cool places that are in this little section of town. Please note that I am also extremely spoiled by the Irvine Farmer’s Market at UCI and this is still hands down the best one in Orange County but the Garden Grove Farmer’s Market is trying… I just think they don’t have a lot of vendors and support. And that being said, it’s not the vendors I have beef with, just that there really aren’t any. There are about two just basic vegetable booths with your usual stuff of lettuce, starwberries, onions, etc and then one almost strictly Asian stand with Asian herbs and veggies that people just mob and go nuts for. Don’t bother getting close to that one – people are lining up for it! Other than that, there’s a lady that sells honey and then some folks selling crafty souvenir items but that’s it – you can walk the whole thing in about 10 mins tops so it’s not really a place to satisfy your major shopping needs unless you live right around the corner. Good things are that there are some good places to get breakfast or brunch close by and parking is free and easy – also no cost to get in and the vendors aren’t pushy(I hate pushy vendors… so they get major points for being polite!). There is a cool classic car show on this same street on Friday nights but it’s not when the market is happening so that’s kind of a bummer. Cute market, but not really worth stopping by unless you’re already doing something else in this area.
