I came here for a quick bite before my night-shift hours were to begin. The experience was decent, but the quality was lacking. I noticed as I was ordering that the onions and peppers were low inventory, so I asked when the next batch would be and he said 5 minutes. That was accurate, and I waited and watched the new batch cook and refill the vat. The lettuce, pico, and corn were fine. The guac was too salty. I think it might not have been as fresh as it looked. The barbacoa looked good in the vat, but when they plopped it on top of the lettuce bed, I could see gross parts of the shredded beef among my eats. There was skin and cartilage, and the beef should have been properly cleaned before preparing for consumption. I noticed as I was ordering, one of the food managers or food preparations personnel came and stuck a dirty(bits of food and/or clumps of something(s) on the) needle to measure the temperature of the meats out in the containers/vats people are choosing to include in their next bite! He did it in the steak container and that’s what led me to opt for the barbacoa. I also noticed that the same tongs are used for emptying out all woks/pans. What about food allergies? And, when the girl in front of me ordered, the juices from her meats dripped into the chicken container ahead of it, as the server was placing it into her bowl. There was a lot of cross contamination going on and I think they need to better control it. Even my Izze sparkling soda was handed to me with a piece of tomato attached to the bottle. I mean, c’mon! I was so grossed out reminiscing about my experience here and stresses of work and life that I couldn’t even bare to attempt to finish my salad. I tossed about 66% of it right into the garbage, and felt good about it.(Normally, I’d be guilt tripping about wasting food.) The best part of my meal was what was inside the Izze bottle. Sparkling grapefruit! Aahh! I kind of wished I made the entire salad just the fresh batch of peppers and onions on top of a bed of lettuce. Now, not even an hour passed and I’m already feeling regrets of having had that for dindin. My belly is starting to feel queasy. — The ambiance is lovely. There’s great sun by the windows if you dislike eating in the dark or under not so luminous fluorescent lighting. The stools by the window don’t move, you have to simply plop yourself right on top, but they are a good distance from the counter you’re eating at. Upon my check out w/my order, I used the last of what remained on a gift card I received for my bday. And, the girl behind the register was kind enough to ask if I wanted to keep it. She’d have thrown it out otherwise. But she explained that the card is refillable if I wanted to do so at a future time. And, the dumb part is — Why wouldn’t they keep the card and re-issue it to someone else in need of a gift card?! This Chipotle is inside the Roosevelt Field Mall across from Skinny Pizza and near to JC Penny, and there’s plenty of parking. Happy eats!

I love this location! I’ve never had any problems during my visits here. There is never a problem with parking nor seating, which makes my visit that much more pleasant. This location is conveniently located across the mall and I highly prefer to stop off here for a quick bite rather than the chipotle located right in the mall. The employees here are all super attentive and very friendly– probably the only location where my order has never been messed up. TIP: I always get the steak! I used to be a former employee at chipotle and if you are interested in trying something something new, ask for a queserito!(Secret menu item– but please only order when there’s no line)! It basically is a quesadilla opened up(so that a burrito can be built right on top of that). You can opt to have the queserito double or single layered! Happy eating!

I love this place. The food is fresh and great. I always get a bowl with rice, beans, lettuce, salsa, chicken and grilled vegetables. I like that they have beer.

My favorite spot to go for lunch. I love that they ‘re always quick to get everyone in and out. I spend a maximum of 5 minutes on line and the food is always great. I’m elated that they’re inside the mall now since I work so close. It’s convenient and always delicious. I’m here almost every day. haha!

Why am I reviewing a Chipotle? Because it’s 1pm on a weekday during lunch and there’s no line, staff is efficient, and toppings were piled high on my tacos! Good stuff!

Large portions, classic flavors, however this location is kinda hidden in the mall so the line is better here than other ones I have been to. The issue is the turnover ratio on their stuff isnt as quick and you can taste so. Sometimes it can feel like you’re eating chicken thats been out for a while.

I realize at the mall now has that lovely new food area upstairs but concerned this is a chipotle and I got there a little after 12 so prime lunch time I was shocked that there was no line. But when I got up to order my food maybe I wasn’t so surprised when I saw what they had on the counter. I wish I had gotten a picture but unfortunately all the time at my phone out and ready to do it the first person to come back to help me make my salad. If I hadn’t had my heart set on the cell and I would’ve gotten something else but the salad here the lettuce it was super Wilted and discolored. It didn’t look appetizing at all. Then they definitely needed refills on the rice and the beans. I had Elijah helping me make my salad and let me say he was very stingy at least in the beginning I had asked twice for more lettuce yes I got extra wilted lettuce. I’m smart that way. And when I asked him for black beans he barely filled the spoon up. Again the beans did need to be refilled. But when I asked for more he filled the spoon back up barely and then only put half into my salad and put the other half back into the tin. I was quite surprised by that. Overall the food was still great. I love the chicken I love the pork. My mother and I share the salad and both were full and enjoyed it. But thankfully the second girl who helped us you know She loaded on the corn and the salsa and the cheese and sour cream. So that helped us overall. So for Elijah I give one star but the overall experience is getting three stars. I would love to give it more stars because I love chipotle maybe in the future

Out of all the fast food type places I would say Chipotle is my favorite. I like having the bowl with rice and chicken and green peppers, salsa, sour cream & lettuce. I generally have the same thing whenever I go to one. The food is always fab, And the staff are super fast and friendly. They literally have the best format for serving customers of any place. You can be in and out in less than 5 minutes as long as there is not a huge line, But even then the line moves really fast. For the money & value you can’t beat Chipotle, as it is a real bargain.

Worst service ever! It’s a shame to because the initial servers were lovely but the red headed(dyed red) girl running the cashier was awful!!! Charged me extra and then said«wouldn’t you rather the extra food then wait for manager to refund» no lady I wouldn’t. What I want is for you to listen to me the first time I tell you my order and if you do make a mistake –which is human to do-just fix it. Don’t tell me to eat your mistake. The customer is always right! But not at this chipotle! Better off at taco bell down the street.

Chipotle is my number one food spot at the moment! This is the location I always go to and it is no worse or any better than any other chain restaurant. The location is convenient as it is in the middle of a busy shopping area. It has it’s own parking lot and has a few tables inside if you wish to eat in.

Run of the mill Chipotle, which is not a bad thing at all. Lots of space and seating at this location, which is good because it can get pretty crowded. Line moves quickly and the food is consistently good. Everything is super well maintained too… never seen this place dirty.

Ohhh Chipotle! After having a good ol’ time with the Unilocal crew, we stopped here for a bite before the drive home. Surprisingly there was no crowd. The employees were friendly and quick. My rice bowl was hot, fresh and tasty & the restaurant was super clean. I will definitely be coming back next time in the area. Who can say no to Chipotle!!! Happy Unilocaling! :-)
