Best place for Mexican food. 5 star service. Very friendly staff. They make u feel welcome. I think this is the best chipotle restaurant in longisland. Very caring manager. I will eat at this place 2 times a week.

I’m a huge chipotle fan and work across the street. My family and I have been eating at this location weekly for a few years now and I only have positive things to say about this location. The manager is a great guy and the staff is friendly and hardworking. Food is always up to par as well as everything else. I will keep going to this location until it lets me down. Thank you for all your hard work.

Great staff at this one. Really the best one I’ve been to. It’s in a nice location with a large parking lot and the food rarely disappoints. They run a quick service line at this location. No matter how long the line is it won’t take as long as you expect.

Came here recently after the whole e. Coli stomach bug scare, and I’m still alive 24hrs post facto! I love their shredded beef, very tender, juicy and moist. Whether it’s in a burrito or a bowl you can’t go wrong. The guac is hands down the best and you can put it on everything. I want too fond of the steak, too chewy for my taste. And you can’t go wrong with their chicken. Chipotle, you have redeemed yourself

I love the food at Chipolte and especially enjoy visiting the Carle Place location. Since this Chipolte shares the same lot with a bunch of other stores, there is always ample parking. The employees here are always very friendly and know how to ‘kick it into gear’ when the restaurant gets busy and move a long line. Chipolte’s ingredients are always fresh and the food tastes great. My favorite menu item is the burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, veggies, chicken, corn salsa, guacamole, cheese and lettuce. If you’ve been living under a rock and never been to Chipolte then I will tell you that their guacamole is spectacular but costs $ 2 extra on every menu item you order. No big deal. It’s SO worth it! Try it on your next visit! I am giving the Carle Place Chiptolte 5 Stars for their consistent excellent service and delicious food. Keep up the great work!

Tonight the wait in line was non-​existent. Maybe because of the holiday and the fasting and people stayed home with their families. There were tons of employees cooking like crazy, but not so many customers.
For us it was just a quick quasi discuss the day/​date night. The food was really mediocre tonight. Sofritas were soupy and the chicken was a bit chewy. I did not get the guacamole again because it looked like spread. This location has the greatest employees, but the food seems to be going down the tube.
It was just ok tonight. Nothing to buzz about.

Service seem to have degraded. My husband and I and friends regularly come here at lest once a week. Food is good and the crew seem to keep the place clean. The last time we were here was a month ago and there was a good crew of young men behind the counter. Tonight there was a new crew. The ladies serving us were too messy did too much talking and did not serve the customers on line properly — hurrying orders, overcharging with extras and missing orders. Orders were a mess, supplies ran out and the beverage area was disgusting.
We come here because I like the food and service is better than other fast food places. Not tonight. The two tables sitting with us agreed when they heard us talking — not sure what happened to the other guys who were here a few weeks ago. Hopefully they are back after the holiday.

Always trying to find the right combination of things in the bowl choice. Tonight it was double Sofritas with pinto beans, and (did you know you can ask for more servings of beans, rice, lettuce etc. without being charged?) double lettuce, beans and cheese. It worked! Delicioso!
This Chipotle has the best Chipotle emploee in the chain. Luz always is personable and has her team moving and practicing good customer service.
Nice experience.

What can I say about Chipotle?! I was never a fan of Taco Bell, so at first I was reluctant to trying another «Mexican type» food place. Needless to say, I am so glad I decided to give it a go. I am in love with their guacamole and their chicken quesadilla’s. I’ve tasted a variety of meals that my friends and family get and I have yet to taste something I didn’t like. Some of their products are a bit spicier than others, which is not a bad thing. Sometimes you get a bite of spice that practically chokes you but that is more of an «it wasn’t mixed properly while preparing» issue. My only issue with most Chipotle restaurants is that there is NEVER a place to sit! All the locations that I have been to are really small and the tables that are there are always taken by people with no intentions of leaving. I come to this particular Chipotle the most because they have their own parking lot just out front, so I usually take my food and eat it in the car.

Very slow chipotle felt I was waiting in line for a good 15 to 20 mins. They food is great but didn’t like how the guacamole was old a brown looking and didn’t bother to change it till some said something about it. Usually don’t get the chips because they’re either to salty or have no salt at all but since the guacamole was change to a fresh one I tried it and ended being a little salty but didn’t overpower the guacamole.

The chain itself is pretty good. They currently aren’t serving carnitas because the can’t get the quality pork that they are looking for. The chips are way too salty. The guacamole is good, but they are a bit stingy with it. Generally this place is a good choice for a quick tex-​mex meal.
On the downside, the short, thin girl with glasses that works by the register is rude and discourteous to the customers. Chipotle really needs to improve on training their employees, they are the face of the company. She isn’t the only bad apple that we have come across at a Chipotle.

Here’s another 4 for the Chipotle near work. I ordered my usual Burrito Bowl online (ya know… chicken, brown rice, black beans, cheese, green tomatillo salsa, roasted corn salsa and guacamole [PROTIP: ask for the guacamole on the side it stays better that way rather than having a mushy mess on ya bowl]) and I was out the door within 10 minutes of ordering and back in my office less than 15 minutes later.
I got in and got right out. The employees were friendly and got me out in a jiffy. Clearly a win win here. This bowl was rocking! Also this one seemed cleaner than Hauppauge. Duh… WINNING!
Also I’d like to come here when it’s a nice day and actually sit outside. As there is plenty of seating outside. Woohoo! Nice touch.
I just wish and I really do wish Chipotle offered Cholula hot sauce. That would make me one hell of a happy gal. Maybe I just need to bring my own hot sauce and then I can stop wishing.

Always great and always fresh. I gave them 5 stars because it’s the 1st chipotle that did NOT tell me how much extra guacamole is — they just asked if I knew it was extra .
They do however need to police the scammers who get a water cup and fill up on soda and ice t. Bunch of thieves. It’s theft people. Pay for your drinks! Just my .02

This is a nice chipotle there’s a lot of seating every thing is kept clean always some one cleaning tables. But there’s always a line. I mean go figure it delicious. The bowl is my favorite. They’re kinda cheap here with the portions I barley got a spoonful of rice I had to ask for more and at one point the guy that was making it just turned around and left talking to a guy behind him it was annoying I had to stand there then someone else jumped in. I asked for a little sour cream but this girl did listen and just put a whole glop of it on I was upset and had to take it off. The food was ok the rice wasn’t hot and their customer service sucks. I’m not sure if I’ll be back to this chipotle.

Chipotle by far is my favorite «fast» food chain, hands down.
I really have nothing bad to say about the crew here. I’ve been here at least 5x, and have not once had a bad experience. If there is a long line, you can’t really blame any crew member for rushing you a bit. Any Chipotle-​head knows that the lines can get ridiculously long.
Basically, this joint is just like any typical chipotle spot. Great food. Barbacoa burritos and bowls w/​extra barbacoa, mild salsa, hot salsa, corn salsa, cheese, and delcious creamy «organic» sour cream. Can not go wrong.
