The Home Depot

I ordered a washer and dryer to be delivered almost 2 weeks ago. I had great customer service and felt like the employees were nice and friendly when I was there.
However, almost two weeks later I am still waiting on my washer and dryer to be delivered. It was pushed back from Saturday delivery to Sunday, then Sunday they no called/​no showed. Then after speaking with Home Depot and being on hold for an hour while they tried to figure out what happened, I was transferred to the delivery service who said they knocked on the door and tried to call me. I was at home the entire time and never had any calls. At this point they told me the only thing they could do would be to move me to their next available time. Which was a week and a half after the already 2 day late appliances. I told them this was totally unacceptable and they said they would squeeze me in on Thursday to be delivered between 11 – 2.
Well, it’s Thursday. And 4:00 pm. And still no washer and dryer. They called at one and said they had a flat tire. I’m so over this experience.
I don’t even think they are worthy of any stars.

Home depot in Galveston Texas very terrible customers service .I went there for a freezer finally I found one I like okay I was spent time do paper work about 1 hr –15 minutes setup the Delivery time 4pm I been waiting for 2 hrs no one else has call let me know what’s up I decided call check my Delivery come in or not. again been waiting for 2 hrs 45 minutes on the phone. I’m so tired and very angry finally they’re make it around 8:45 pm total waiting 4 hrs 45minutes late. Thank God the Delivery guys very nicely. Please Remember you want buy something from home depot. Don’t let them Delivery to you better way pick up by yourself

Please be aware that a customer was recently sexually harassed by a male employee in the flooring dept. He has not been fired yet.

Stopped by during lunch. I was there for 30 minutes and passed by nearly all Home Depot employees and no one welcome me or asked if I needed help. This place is terrible at customer services. And on top of that they didn’t have the items I was looking for.

Island time is one thing but standing around and no one cares to help you is another. Went in to buy a fridge and walked out getting nothing but cold shoulder from the folks here. Had to go elsewhere to get help.
