We have used M&M on two separate occasions. 1) Refrigerator, they have been out two times and the problem still exists. 2) Central Air conditioner, came out checked it out would cal back with an estimate and they did. We would need to replace the whole unit at a cost exceeding $ 5,000. We called another company (Lone Star) they came out charged the unit and ordered a new evaporator coil which we found out was still in warrantee and we had the whole work done and it’s working beautifully.
M & M, nice people but would not call again.
