Worst dry cleaners on the island. I dropped off 2 men’s shirts and a blazer, requested the shirts be folded instead of hung. Picked them up and it was $ 43.10 — she told me it was $ 23 to fold the 2 shirts (WTF??). That would have been nice to know beforehand —
Jacket was wrinkled, when I asked if they had cleaned it she told me it was the fabric (it’s cotton). So disappointed.

I dropped off a dress with belt pointing out the belt to the associate, when I picked it up the belt was missing, the associate argued with me saying there was no belt, which I obviously had a problem with, and left a message with customer service no response… Should be — star rating.

WORST dry cleaners ever! Ridiculously long wait time and the most argumentative rude employees ever. And the clothes do not come back clean even after you point out the stains. If I could give this negative stars I would. Will NEVER use this place again!

Most expensive on Island. The so called drive thru drop off and pick up is a joke.
It is at the whim of the person working if they want let you use it. I only went there because a walking disability and the front is not handicap friendly.
I was told I could pick up clothes after 6:00.When I arrived at 6:10 the worker inside told me I would have to come inside
«THe drive thru was closed».
Not going back I again.
Using Quality Cleaners now.
It is cheaper, friendlier, good quality and REAL same day service.
On site cleaning and not sent away to some distant plant.
