Went to grab a quick lunch. Parked in a spot clearly marked for Jimmy Johns customers. After walking up the stairs to the door an employee met me and told me I could not park there. I asked why and he stated that it was employee driver parking. I explained that I saw two spots that were clearly marked driver parking and I was not in one of them. He then stated that that whole side of the parking lot is driver parking. I told him that unless it was marked then the spaces are not clearly defined and it is very misleading. Being wrong and running off customers is the reason this business should fail miserably. Sorry if that’s harsh but it is my honest opinion. Never going back.

Terrible management team. Said they were going to comp my meal because my sandwich was delivered incorrect. Never got a replacement and never got a refund. Management then said they would send me a «Sub Card» and never did. I have ordered well over 100 times in less than a year. After writing to their customer service once in regards to this, I have not received any response.

First time here at a jimmy johns in Galveston.
Thought the menu was a little small and when I got a #2 roast beef sandwich I thought it would be at least warm.
It was a cold sandwich and for me a roast beef sandwich should be warm if not toasted.
Didn’t get the option.
Not very satisfied getting a sandwich that reminds me of left overs from a thanks giving dinner

Tried this place for the first time and will be spending money somewhere else next time. These kids working have no answers to my questions at all. they look at me like I am speaking another language. how can kids be so sad about life. hire better employees and maybe I’d come back!!!

I don’t have a car and live close to Jimmy Johns so I am constantly getting delivery. I am addicted to the Italian Night Club. It’s literally multiple times a week they deliver to my house and its correct every time, they’re prompt, and each delivery driver is very friendly. Haven’t actually been to the location but I know I’ll always have a quick delivery of a fresh sandwich by a nice driver. Good job drivers!

I go here on occasion. Usually pretty fast and okay sandwiches.
Last time I went I dealt with a total looser working the register. It seems like there is always someone new weirdo that’s one paycheck away from living on the street working there. They must pay crap wages, judging by the motley crew you find behind the counter. Plus half they time they get your order wrong.

I have ordered from here delivery many times. It is fast and easy but they always forget something!!! I added a note this time and they got it right!
I always order the turkey club. Its a filling sandwich, but it is just a sandwich. nothing outstanding. This is my GOTO place when I need to order quickly and get it delivered quickly.

Every time we’re down in Galveston enjoying the beach with the fam, we order Jimmy John’s. It’s great that we can have it delivered to the beach. I just meet them either on Seawall or across the street and I don’t have to lose my parking spot.
Been enjoying their sandwiches for years. One minor complaint is that the delivery guy never seems to include napkins.

Most recent were goofed again, sometimes they forget my cookie, sometimes my chips… But today we have a winner, they forgot my chips & water!!! Bonus points? And I tip well, but that does not give you a better order believe me!!! I’m going to explore options… the quality control is just not in place…

Good sandwiches. Make sure u specify everything. Good for delivery. I did not like em when ordering in store. Little too fast and felt like they don’t bother or hear attentively to what you say. Do fast that they won’t let you customize properly. Deliveries are good because you specify everything and they make it exactly

Bleh, no flavor, wrong order and not fast. Definitely won’t waste our time here again. On the plus side, it seemed clean and the location is great.

The bread was stale. Not firm. Stale. It was rock hard on the ends. Biting through the bread was like eating sharp rocks. They forgot the mayo/​mustard. Overall, a dry sandwich on stale bread. Fast is one thing, but when it interferes with quality, id much rather take the subway instead. Won’t be going back.

I went to jimmy johns in Austin and gave the one in galveston a try and be had the same outcome– I was not impressed. Overpriced sandwiches that really had nothing special about them! I much rather go to subway to get a better, bigger and unique sandwich. Sorry jimmy John.
