Very good food. It is very convenient since it is very close to the beach and hotels great for breakfast and dessert but I have never had lunch there I guess it is good. O and almost forgot good place to watch the sunrise

Open late and early!!! Good sunrise/​sunset views. Ask to sit in a window. Cheap! Satisfying portions. Fast! Predictable! Healthy options! Great place for desserts! Avoid peak hours on weekend, you’ll never find parking and you’ll wait outside. Very accommodating with special requests. Would give 5 stars because the cost for what you get is great, but sometimes you can smell the bathrooms From the dining area. Only thing that would make IHOP better is serving beer!
