Nice staff. A little pricey for a basic pedicure ($ 30)but no complaints. I would go back if I am in the area.

Revel in this, friends, as I just spent the last 10 minutes hovering between 2 and 3 starts, so let’s settle at 2.5.
ST Nails embodies the long-​lived cliché of being pretty with a crappy personality, or absolutely fantastic but down-​right fugly. ST Nails is the former. I came here around 2 PM with a friend to get our nails done for some upcoming festivities. Her butt was parked in a chair right away to get her pedi started, I waited about 10 minutes for a girl to start my manicure, which is fine. However, the girl who did my nails spoke so softly my ear was practically pressed against her damn mouth. Fine – it was a nice break from the usual, «do you have a boyfriend? What does he do? Are you going to marry him? Does he make good money?,» but (prepare for first world problems), the hand massage for BOTH hands lasted a whopping minute! Oh, the humanity.
But alas, that wasn’t the worst part. The worst part lies in 6 of my 10 fingers that all have gaps in the color on the sides of my nails. Really, really underwhelming, my silent nail artist. Oh yeah, and my nails look like trapezoids.
My friend did get a lady who was nicer, more chatty, and did a much better job. On the upside, a regular manicure was only $ 15.

Just came in for my liquid gel pink and white and pedicure… Cindy did an awesome job on my pedi; had no problem scrubbing a little harder when prompted and duplicated a toe nail design I found online.

Absolutely love coming here. Every time I leave my nails look absolutely perfect. Whatever crazy design idea I come in with Amber does it perfectly. I never leave here thinking eh could be better because they are perfect!!!

This was my first time there. I really enjoyed my visit. Walked in and was greeted promptly. Very friendly staff. Clean and tools are sterilized. I felt very relaxed and would go back and I live an hr away.

Not bad and not good. Very average.
Being new to the Kentlands, I initially tried the place across the street, which was very lively, and I would have had to wait 15 – 20 minutes. I knew there were several other salons in the immediate area, so I just walked across the street. ST Nail & Spa had one client inside, and the remaining chairs were empty.
Limited nail colors available, I almost walked out before we got started.
The experience was ok… no offer of water, no leg massage and very little communication. She nipped me a few times which was painful, but I did not see blood drawn. I am used to an occasional speck of pain during nail jobs, so I did not react.
The fee for a mani/​pedi was $ 47 which I thought a tad high for this service. Oh, yea, there were 2 TVs in this salon… both had on soccer games. Really? haha. It seems as if the male working there had the remote control.
Probably not heading back any time soon, unless all the other salons are booked.

Eh. Still looking for a favorite nail salon in the area — this isn’t it. The chairs are nice, and the salon is pleasant enough. My nails look fine. My feet aren’t terrible to begin with, and my heels can usually be scrubbed perfectly smooth, but they didn’t try very hard and they’re still a bit rough. No leg scrub. No foot or leg massage — they applied lotion, but very gently. I had to ask several times for the nails to be cut shorter. The whole thing was very quick.
For $ 30 I expect better. It wasn’t awful, but I’m not planning on coming back.

Recently I was reminded that, sadly, Eric only offers his superb pedicure skills on the weekends. For a young guy, maybe still in high school as I recall and the reason for the weekends, what a fantastic massage I received during my pedicure. So quiet, peaceful and relaxing… Oh, my… If she has an opening, I plan on seeing Amber tomorrow for my first manicure at this location. I also have had the experience in the neighborhood of being turned away or told I could be taken in a time frame that obviously was not realistic. Plus that, blade type instruments still seem to be used even tho I thought they had been banned by law. The 3 stars will more than likely upgrade to a 4 after I have experienced more than one visit and service at S & T. The attention to detail, facility cleanliness and customer care is greatly appreciated and refreshing. I hope that does not change after I am a regular customer. D

Came here after I was turned away from another salon on the same street. Very nice atmosphere. I don’t know anyone’s name but a guy did my pedicure. One lady did my gel manicure. They both did good jobs, although the lady did make my thumb bleed. I liked that you can add the tip to the credit card. I would return if I was ever in the area. I only came out this way yesterday cause I really wanted to go to the other salon since I hear they did such a good job.

My mom started going to them and referred me to have them fix the terrible job a Germantown salon did. They definitely did. I was very happy with their work. Thanks mom and a special thanks to ST Nail & Spa!

My new favorite nail spot. Emergency nail repair from the horrible job Hollywood Nails did, was so beautiful. There was attention to detail and consideration for what I wanted out of the experience. Great ambiance. They even gave me a customer loyalty card. The shop seemed very busy, and a lot of people called ahead, so I was grateful that the owner saw the predicament I was in and took care of me right then and there. Two other nail salons in the same shopping center and on the same street (a few doors down), turned me away.
