Time told and here’s an update:
The food is ok, but there are a few unprofessional employees at this location. Also, some of the customers are rude.

Every time i come here the staff and food is always amazing and fast. We got in line and ordered and it took us under a minute to get our food and the guy ringing up the order was great and the manager who gave us our food was nice.

This is a first time at this location… and when i realized they didnt have a drive thru i was already irritated… but the lady that helped was super nice… my boyfriend has NEVER had chickafila, so i wanted to have him try the different sauces and she was beyond helpful. Despite having to get out of the car i was over joyed by this ladies willingness to help! Will definitely be back!

This is a great restaurant. It may be defined as «fast food», but service is so much superior. I have been eating there regularly past few weeks… mainly the salads which are excellent. All the employees are friendly, with broad smiles, and even bring the food to your table. Recommended for the food and service.

3.5÷5. It’s a Chick Fil-​a. It looks like they’ve worked on straightening out the messy order area. I still don’t like the whole soda fountains behind the counter bit they do but the staff are always very nice and helpful. The chicken is good for fast food chicken.

Never had a bad experience with the delicious food here. This Chickfilla location has PHENOMENAL customer service and quite possibly the best I ever dealt with in the fast food industry (aside from In N Out in the West Coast). Lines may be long but goes very quick. My order was ready within a minute!

This is by far the friendliest fast food place out there. The chicken sandwiches and milkshakes are by far the best. The only negative is that every so often the fries seem like they have been sitting around for a little while. But all in all a solid 4 stars.

The food is always great! My gripe is how long it takes to get your food. Every time I have been to this location, it seems that someone is having a birthday party as the line reaches the door. It usually takes me about 5 – 10 minutes to order, and another 5 – 10 to get my food. Every other location I go to I usually get the food within 5 minutes from start to finish. Either way, not a deal breaker at all.

So I came to redeem my gift card coupon for a free chicken biscuit, and I walk in to a long line, and only one cashier at the counter. A customer two places in front of me decides «I ain’t that hungry» and walks out. I overheard another customer wait to tell the manager on duty that he did not get the order of extra bacon he asked for. One of the cashiers starts yelling to one of the cooks in English and Spanish!
Now to my order. I ordered the chicken biscuit. The shift manager (Sonya?) tells me the biscuits will be ready in six minutes, and asks would I like to wait or she can substitute a bagel. I hesitated, but elected to try the bagel, since I love their chicken egg and cheese bagel. Man was that the best chicken filet on a bagel I have ever eaten! They should serve these more often, even without the egg and cheese. That’s why I’m going to give it a 3 instead of a 2, but because of my observations of kitchen service today would give them 2.75.

The staff here are so nice! Very sweet. I recommend the Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap and lemonade (I prefer the diet lemonade, but both are amazing!)

I think this is the first Chick-​fil-​a where I had to wait in a really long line. It was literally out two sets of doors (into the cold), but I only waited in line for about ten minutes – it looked like it would take longer. It’s a bad layout – small and cramped feeling. Two registers out of seven were closed at 12:55pm the Friday before Christmas, which didn’t seem well thought out. The restrooms weren’t very clean, with bits of tissue all over the floor and the trash cans overflowing. However, the food was good and service was extremely friendly. It probably says something that I’m so used to Chick-​fil-​a locations being immaculately clean and well-​run that this one made a poor impression, but it just didn’t quite live up to my expectations.

A trip to this Chick-​Fil-​A never disappoints. They really go above and beyond the typical quick service restaurant.
The personalized service is amazing. They have someone that goes around to the tables and brings wetnaps and offers to get you refills. Crazy. I feel spoiled here.
The prices are slightly higher than comparable fast food places but the quality makes up for it. They always serve you with a smile and the food comes out fast.

I would come to Chick-​Fil-​A more if their ownership would take the stick out of their @$$&$, they’ve got a good little play area for toddlers and the food is good, but I always feel guilty going there. But I do respect the fact that they are true enough to themselves to actually be closed on Sundays rather than giving just lip service like the rest of the RR.

Better than germantown location. Cashier is friendly and I think I saw a lady and she is a manager she was nice to with a warm smile. When I got there, there was no line. Great ! Hope the service stays the same. Cashier asked if I wanted some sauce. So that’s a good thing to. I didn’t get the chance to eat in since i was taking out but I will be coming back soon to eat in.

It’s CFA. It’s good fast food at a completely higher level than McDonalds, BK, etc. Not really too much more one can say. Always clean, staff is more than friendly.

The food is good. The people are nice. It’s chik-​fil-​a — you been to one you pretty much know what you’re getting.
But this is consistently the slowest chik-​fil-​a I visit. By a wide margin.

It is what it is… fast food. And if you don’t like chicken than this is not your place. I go here b/​c it’s close to home, and in the mood for chicken.
I do think they have the best customer service for a fast food joint. One time after ordering they said the wait is going to take 15 min. They were sorry & start giving out free 8pcs chicken nugget coupons. And they always end by saying «It’s my pleasure» That always make my day :)

Fist time i visited. very nice and clean place.
I love how they call you by your name and not your order number. =)

The best chick Fil a! If you have a family, come Tuesday nights where kids get free kids meal with an adult meal. Love the fact that they offer soup as a side for adults instead of fries. Great playground. Staff is fabulous — always courteous, always on top of things, and keeping an eye on everything! Brian Summers is the owner operator and the staff are a great reflection of him. He’s also an active presence in the community.
Don’t be discouraged by a long line when you enter. They have a great system to get everyone through quickly!

Chick-​Fil-​A isn’t my favorite fast food place (I’m not really a chicken person in general). But I tagged along with my husband today and was so impressed. The girl at the register thought we received our food (but we hadn’t). When we asked about it, she felt SO bad. She ran for the food and emphatically apologized while offering us coupons.
One step further, the manager walked around checking in on customers at tables like we were in a real restaurant. Never, ever, in my life, have I seen a fast food manager care like that.
Bonus: the restaurant is super-​clean. I was there on a slow day so I can’t speak for the busy times. But it didn’t feel gross at all (like usual FF joints).
If I were into chicken, this would absolutely be my new spot.
