Disappointed with their customer service. This is my third time in a row I’ve ordered off of their midnight menu, and they hadn’t included all of the items that I had ordered. Even when I went back one of the occasions to grab the rest, the cashier gave me a hard time.

Not only is the food typical McDonalds crap and the service horrible, the other customers are rude and inconsiderate as well. Do you REALLY need to go through the drive thru if it’s going to take you 5 minutes to recite your order?
If they have to send someone out with an electronic pad, they should just ask these idiots to come inside and finish their order…

Guys– it’s a mcdonalds. Same as the other 6,000 of them. Same crappy food, same crappy service. They even have signs that kick you out after 20 minutes because even they do not want you there. You probably didn’t come by choice… and are definitely not here for a 4 star meal. Just get your $ 1.00 meal and get out!

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but I must warn you about this place.
1) Filthy Restrooms I have been here a number of times, and I have had to hold my breath and I nearly vomited each time. The management got angry when it was pointed out. Can you imagine the condition of the kitchen?
2) Dirty tables. My arm stuck to the table. When pointed out, the staff member got the most disgusting rag out of the back to clean it off.
3) No Tv’s or or any entertainment.
4) Rude staff, I guess they are programmed to treat everyone like high school students because of the proximity to Quince Orchard.
Do yourself a favor and go to Wendy’s in the same strip, better food, staff and management

This mcdonalds is the epitomy of horrid service. They have NEVER gotten orders correct, they have given the wrong order to the wrong person, they are never polite. I have gotten plastic wrap in my drinks, and I have been harrased by one of their idiotic employees for getting a drink WHERE YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO GET IT! (said I could not have a refill, as I told him he just gave me a large cup 30 seconds ago.) Then to top it all off, when you ask for the Managers number, or the area managers number, THEY GIVE YOU NON WORKING NUMBERS!
I will take great care in making sure everyone in the McChain of command at mcdonalds knows the crap that goes on here.

Falls Church, VA
There are only two fast food places on this plaza: McD & Wendy’s. I prefer McWraps, so I went here. The place is quite nice and service is fast and friendly. The only thing I didn’t like is the signs everywhere that says you are only allowed to stay at the restaurant for 30 minutes. That’s just rude.
