Service was top notch. We sat in bar area and amber took care of us. Really great personality and she was perfect. I don’t say that often. Good was good. Sweet tea was great, but the service, I can’t say it enough. It was perfect. Thanks for a great experience for my father and I.

It’s what you’d expect from a classic chain steak house. We had a friendly waitress who was prompt, efficient, and speedy. Our order was as to be expected: good and consistent. Nothing extraordinary but not displeased. Slightly dead for a Sunday night but no wait time too.

It’s true. There is a weird smell. Not lots of veg options but it’s a steak house — so I didn’t expect much. The sides that I picked for creating a veg meal were really good, though. Service was good but slow. You wouldn’t want to be in a hurry. The meat eaters I went to dinner with enjoyed their meals. All around, it was decent and worth the short walk from the nearby hotel my work colleagues and I were staying in.

Last time we went it smelled awful in there, like old mop water, they sat us in a booth near the bar and the ice machine was loud, got our order wrong„ it was just after 11:00 on a Sunday morning! Use to go there a lot, not again.

The reason you go to a chain restaurant is for the consistent knowledge of what to expect and for good, regular food. With this chain location, however, here, one time is just OK and the next plain awful. I will say, if you’re craving a Longhorn dish, the one in Dawsonville is pretty good but, as such, is always packed. As far as this location goes, I’ll never be back.

Typical steakhouse franchised restaurant. They have a funny smell as you walk in the front doors. The service is good, food is fine but nothing special.

First off, the restaurant smells bad… Almost sour… It’s pretty unappealing. Strike 1. Maybe it’s bc I used to work in the service industry but what ever happened to «steps of service»? Since when is” what can I get cha’” appropriate?! Super annoying… Especially since it is YOURJOB and a fairly simple step that actually increases ur check average for a better tip. Strike 2. Finally, when my food is delivered and it is wrong, it would have been nice for you to notice. Had you stopped by the table before we were finished, you might have noticed and been able to resolve it. Also, empty drinks for the entire meal is unacceptable. Strike 3. being«to busy» is not an excuse… You guys need more staff on the floor so that servers can hit their steps of service, upsell and do a quality check back after food is delivered… If not, you won’t have to worry about being to busy for long…

This restaurant always smells like sour rags. The smell hits you when you walk in and the last time I ate there it was so strong all over the restaurant.

Angela at the bar was as her name defines, an angel. The mussels were delicious. The filet with shrimp was excellent even the mixed vegetable side was excellently done. Kudos to the chef tonight.

I usually don’t write reviews for chain restaurants but in my life of frequent business travel I seem to find myself in them more often than I would like. As this is a steakhouse brand I ordered steak both times I have dined here. The steaks are cooked perfectly — had the Meyers filet last month and the 6oz prime rib tonight. The Meyers filet was great, topped with crab! The prime rib comes with au jus and horseradish sauce… the au jus was too salty. The baked sweet potato was cooked well, but the side salad was pretty blah and way over-dressed. The squash risotto was mediocre. Spinach dip was not good, a thick layer of melted cheese(more cheese than dip) and greasy tortilla chips. The servers and hostess are always nice and attentive though, hence the three stars!

Prime rib was good and cooked the way I ordered it. Only complaint is the bathroom was dirty and smelled like sewage.

Steak was cooked to perfection, which is what I’ve come to expect from Longhorns. Service was ok but not the best.

Food was good and so was service. We stayed in the hotel nearby, and were pleased with the price, food and service, including 3 kids and 2 adults.

Just a typical Longhorn. There was nothing special…
