My doctor was out of town and I was all congested. I did not know if it was an allergy or a cold. My wife just got us a cat against my better wishes because I knew I was allergic to cats. The doctor told me I did not have a cold, and it probably was an allergy. The staff was friendly and the Dr. was caring.

My first visit-​Sunday-​in and out in less than 45 mins. Scratched my cornea-​would have spent 4+ hours in the ER. Was greeted professionally and the ladies up front seemed to work diligently to get the paperwork out of the way to get me seen. Was seen by the nurse practitioner-​again, very friendly and professional. Would def be my first choice should I ever need an urgent care again.

This place was horrible. Yet to hear my test results from a week ago. Gave me no direction. Phones didn’t work so they had nurse call me from her cell to tell me when and where to go for further tests.

I would give more stars if I could — this place is awesome. I came in 30 minutes before closing after falling on the ice. Meg was terribly swollen and I wasn’t sure if it was sprained.
The doctor was so patient and the nurses were so kind. Turns out that I broke it in two places… grr. doctor gave me a nice padded splint to get me through the next few days and some referrals to orthopedic specialists for surgery.
The office ended up staying open about 45 minutes past closing time (bless them) to take care of me and never once did they make me feel uncomfortable — in fact, if I hadn’t known about the closing time — it sure wasn’t evident in their actions. The office is über clean too.

My son cut his ear. It wasn’t bleeding massively but needed more than at home treatment. We entered and left within 45 mins. They were able to put some sort of adhesive on the cut and avoid stitches. As pleasant of an experience one can have in that situation.

Great place. Clean but then again it just opened! Bonus for me it is less than .5 miles from my house. Fast to get seen but it was a weekday. Very nice staff. Will go back if I have to.
