In late October of 2013 & over a span of a week or 2, I went here twice for what I thought was just a case of whiplash. They do not have an X-ray machine, so (on the 2^nd visit) she sent me over to Mt Carmel hospital to get my neck X-ray’d. Ironically, the next day, after getting the X-rays, I became totally paralyzed. I was rushed to Mt Carmel (East) by ambulance where I had gotten the X-rays done the day before. It’s a shame that this doctor at the «urgent» care did not at all realize that this was way more than mere whiplash — as I found out later on that I had broken my C2 vertebrae.
