Have been to this urgent care three times, once for myself. My wait was about an hour, a little longer than expected but once in the back they got me taken care of right away, immediately to x-​ray, doctor was in when I got back, cast put on shortly after so altogether I didn’t feel like the wait was too long. Everyone was very professional, doctor had a great bedside manner, sent me off with a referral and a cd of my x-​rays. Other times I have been there with others the wait was not too bad and I felt like this was a better choice than other urgent cares in the area.

Can’t say that I am a fan… I don’t know if it’s this type of facility or this one in particular. My MIL presented for a shoulder injury, and after over an hour wait, she was evaluated… She was diagnosed with a dislocated shoulder, and sent to the ER down the road to have it reduced… of course this was after a another very looong wait. I knew what was wrong with her 15 seconds after I saw her. Therefore the staff should have sent her to the ER immediately if they were unable to appropriately treat her.
