If I could give this a negative number I would! Horrible customer service. Servers barely spoke English. The chicken in my bowl meal was dry as cardboard. My partner’s tacos were cold. Never again.

I love Moe’s, I really do. I wasn’t a fan of this location, at all. You stand in line, you order, you interact with the cashier, you sit, you eat. It happened to be free queso day(which I had no idea was a thing) and by the time I walked up to pay, the cashier seemed thoroughly annoyed for some reason. K, I get it, work can be rough, but I’ve just stood in line for 15 minutes trying to get nachos and a drink — at least smile? Pretend? Anything? I found a table, which was dirty(they all were, as was the floor) and sat down to enjoy my food. Until I found a long black hair mixed in with my queso. So disgusting. I didn’t want to get back in line, didn’t want to go talk to the rude cashier, so I tossed it and left. I sent corporate an email but haven’t and am not expecting to hear anything back. Oh well — there are other locations where the employees are friendlier, they work harder to keep the store clean during peak hours, and provide you with a hair-free experience.

So had a coupon and it had been a year or more since I had been to this location. After going, I remember why. Food taste was only dodo, but worse was that both my wife and I had stomach issues afterwards, and we go separate entrees Avoid

I went there on Cinco DeMayo to get the $ 5 burritos that I had been multiply times reminded of from the company emails. I go there, there is a hand written sign on the door saying one $ 5 burrito per person. No problem, I’ve got a family of 4 I’m feeding, each of us is getting a burrito.1 per person. The manager says no, only one $ 5 burrito. I told her that none of the multiple emails I got said anything about a limitation of 1 burrito, in fact, signs out front said«$ 5 burritos» She said she was the manager and that was the rule. I turned, took pictures of the signs, and went up the street to Tijuana Flats in Holly Springs who was having a two tacos, chips, and drink special for $ 5.55. I got 4 orders of they kindly only charged me $ 5.55 for each one of them and served me with a smile.

My kids love coming to Moe’s, and even though they’ve outgrown the free kids’ meals they offer on Tuesday, Moe’s also offers a military discount. Very family friendly. Nice big location. Did deduct one star bc the dining room is a bit messy, they could do with a staff member wiping tables and spot-sweeping.

Welcome to Moooooes! Rice! Black and pinto beans! Cheese! Lettuce! Guacamole! Cilantro! Corn salsa! Tomatoes! Mushrooms! Black olives! Side of free tortilla chips! Add a bit of crunch by mixing any small pieces of broken chips from the bottom of your tortilla basket into your burrito bowl. Ahh, the Band Camp Burrito Bowl is now complete, and so delicioso! Not quite a taco salad, but without a soft tortilla it’s not quite a burrito either. Either way, super tasty. Fresh ingredients including grass-fed beef for meat lovers as well as plenty of vegetarian options. Clean, fast and friendly service, delicious fresh ingredients.

Moe’s was great a few years back but I really do prefer Chipotle now. It is what it is and they do give you a lot of food(free chips). I really do eat there becuase it is convenient(less than 2 miles away). The Fuquay location there always seem to be out of grilled onions and I love those on my burrito. Good kids menu though and you can hide veggies in the burrito for the kids. Also, the tables are pretty dirty and the garbage cans get full quickly. My daughter and I went there tonight and we had a hard time finding a clean table that was not wobbly. Ever eat on a wobbly table with a 6 year old girl? Fun for her, not fun for me trying to eat a burrito. The staff there is always friendly behind the counter but they just need to get some people on the floor to clean up a bit. I will keep getting take out until Chipotle comes to Fuquay.

I remember the first time I had Moe’s. That warm friendly greeting«Welcome to Moe’s» really put a smile on my face. However that was nearly 10 years ago and the fast food big burrito model has been replicated many times. Sadly, Moe’s has not kept up. I’ve been going to a taco truck for the last year and for $ 6 I was getting the tastiest freakin burrito you could buy for the money. However, that’s in another state, so I have to go to the brick & mortars Pros — chips come with the meal; free salsa bar; fountain drinks; Kids eat free on Tuesday Cons — meat was bland, rice lacked flavor, expensive queso, assembly line errors Left Moe’s really wanting a good burrito. That’s no bueno considering I just had the homewrecker. Like I said, everything was really bland. I was eating for substance at this point, not for enjoyment. There is another popular burrito place(named for a smoked chili pepper) that is by far better tasting. I’d much rather drive the extra 5 miles and pay for chips than eat at Moe’s. Will I come back? Considering there are at least 6 other places I’d eat within a mile of this location, I highly doubt it. Even the $ 3 I save with kid’s eating free isn’t worth the unsatisfying results

When I lived in Apex, and got takeout from Qdoba, I wished it were Salsarita’s(which was a 20 minute drive instead of 5). But after tonight’s experience w/Moe’s in Fuquay, I actually yearned for Qdoba. Arrived shortly after 5 so it wasn’t too busy considering it was«kids eat free Tuesday» and the last time I attempted to go on a Tuesday, the line was almost out the door so I went elsewhere since a 15+ minute wait in line for a standard burrrito didn’t seem that appealing. Anyway, tried again today and got the hubs a steak burrito which he really enjoyed. My chicken burrito, on the other hand, was a different story. The chicken was bland and the toppings were mediocre at best. And although I appreciate that they have a «salsa bar», I’d rather they have at least a couple of different salsas/sauces to choose from when creating your burrito so it’s distributed evenly instead of trying(as many as 5) different salsas from various mini to-go cups in hopes that it’s not too spicy, sweet, gross, etc. And I do appreciate the complimentary chips and salsa, especially with 5 salsas to choose from. But overall, I just wish it TASTED better. Everything was just sooo… bland, and the chicken… let’s just say I’m opting for steak like the hubs next time. And I’m sure due to it’s close proximity to home and our lack of other burrito joints besides Taco Bell, next time will probably be pretty soon…

This is one of our favorite fast food joints. Can only think of about 2 bad experiences in the last several years. Many of the people working there are kids but the manager keeps them in line. Food is fresh and good though the place gets pretty dirty at times(dirty tables, etc).

I’m always a bit nervous when eating at a place that has the«assembly line» ordering. I feel the nervous tension from the worker on the other side of the glass, especially if they’re new, as they try to remember what ingredients go into what I just ordered. The good ones will ask either way, which I appreciate, since I often change the order from what’s on the menu. Still, I try to pay close attention so I’m not surprised and confused by what I end up with at the register. Moe’s(at least this one) has had a pretty high turnover rate since opening a few years ago, but for the most part, everyone seems well trained. I always either the JC(quesadilla) or Close Talker(salad). Check our the sauce bar too!

Basically a mexican fast food joint. Heard a lot of negatives about place and tried it anyway. Not all that great.
