Hampton Inn

We were just passing through and stayed here. We loved it! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was awesome!
If ever passing through again, I would hope to stay here.

Staff at this hotel were very friendly, each one of the said good morning. The room was much nicer than expected– very clean, nice décor, roomy bathroom, VERY comfy pillows. The breakfast was also better than expected. Overall, great experience at this hotel and would recommend.

If you favor a Hampton Inn while you are on the road you will agree with me this property is just ok. The staff is nice and polite but that’s about the best way to describe them. Interior is just a little dated. My first night at this property I was awakened by the commode running and bumped into the closet door at zero dark thirty stumbling my way to the bathroom to fix the commode. I reported the faulty commode and latch on the closet door upfront. The commode was repaired however the fix for the closet door was nothing more than a trash can in front of it to keep it from opening up. The mattress for my bed would literally fold up when I lay down on it. Upon closer inspection of the mattress I observed it was not a pillow-​top mattress like the majority of Hampton properties. The invite to the managers social hour was a nice touch. Unfortunately I didn’t get back to my room until later on in the evening. Had I received the flyer the day before I could have worked this out. Morning breakfast was standard Hampton Inn fare. I stuck to my oatmeal and english muffin. I am a fan of the workout room with the treadmill, however the treadmill was broken and I reported it to the front staff.
The majority of my road travel is in San Diego and I continue to believe the San Diego Hampton sets the bar high. So when I travel to other regions my first inclination is a Hampton property. Next time I travel to this area I will look to another Hilton property. This property is showing signs of age and would offer up it was just OK.

Really dont know how to rate this place. I am Diamond Status so there should be a few perks. I showed up at this hotel (incorrectly She helped me find the right one, and offered to change my reservation to save me needing to drive 20 miles. I would have said yes but she would not match the rate, It was 10 bucks higher, yet I saw plenty of rooms marked at 89 which was less then I was going to pay. I think retraining is in order.

This Hampton was pretty nice, The front desk gentleman was especially friendly and wanted to know if I knew George Clooney since I was from California. The breakfast buffet was decent, but not I have had better from other Hamptons.
