Delicious. Disappointed there were no sweet potato fries. We asked for them. She gave us French fries. I guess she wasn’t listening. I’m allergic to potatoes. they need to have both. They do advertise them. They did get us coleslaw instead but we were charged more. At least we didn’t have to stand in line again. Very close to interstate though a tiny bit tricky to get back on.

If you want friendly, efficient service and delicious food, Chik Fil A Fultondale is worth the trip. Sure it is fast food, but it is done with class and a smile. Be aware that this location is extremely busy, especially on Saturdays when baseball, lots of travel, etc is going on. This will not be super quick at those times. We have been here before when there literally was not a place to park. Don’t let it deter you tho. This is one of the best Chik Fil As out there.

This chick fil a was great. It was the customer service that stood out the most. They had an extremely friendly person who’s tag said he was a customer service specialist. Everything was clean. They even had fresh flowers on the table. I asked my wife if she thought they were under some kinda review or something. But I think it’s just typical conduct there. If I’m ever traveling through here again. I’m going to try my best to stop there for some grub!

Stopped here on our way back down home from my dad’s. i havent had chick-​fil-​a since we lived in texas. Got the spicy chicken sandwich meal. It was real good. And i appreciated the fresh fluffy piece of leaf lettuce. Sometimes its those little things that can make a difference in the food. I forgot how good waffle fries were too.
This restaurant had a nice looking playplace although we didnt use it. And it was especially customer service oriented that someone came around to the tables in the dining area checking to see if we needed refills or ketchup or sauces.

I like this little Chick-​fil-​a – it’s been a popular «halfway» meeting spot on various trips, and it’s right next to the shopping center in Fultondale – conveniently located so one could grab a milkshake or lemonade to cool off after a warm day of walking amongst the storefronts.
The service is a highlight – always courteous and friendly. The scattered tables (both short and tall renditions) provide ample seating, and there’s a play area for the kids to burn some energy.
Getting to and from the place from the main road can be a little tricky for those unfamiliar with the area, but all four restaurants that got stuck in that strip have the same issue, and it’s not enough of one to drag on the experience.
