Line is always super long! Just an FYI, if you use the App or Gold Card, they don’t accept rewards from them. They operate just like the Starbucks locations inside malls and grocery stores. They charge for a water cup as well. I give a 3⁄5 stars because I really like the location on campus, it is right next to the library and it has a great outdoor seating area. The drinks are O-K.

Other than the obvious long lines and wait times(because this is a Starbucks on a college campus. What do you expect) my complaint is that I had to ask multiple times for someone to fix my order. I ordered two pastries and only got one. When I asked the worker who was making(and by making I mean heating up) the pastries to correct my order, he said that he would get right on it and bring it out to me. Waves of other pastry orders came out and I waited patiently for him making eye contact so that he would remember. He looked at me as well. When 9am rolled around his shift was finished so he was also done. He didn’t bother to tell the shift after to make my pastry. I work in food service so I get that we all make mistakes sometimes. But NEVER do I make my customers ask more than ONCE for a mistake to be corrected. Learn something, pastry guy.

Not a fan of this Starbucks. I normally don’t go to this one unless I don’t feel like going to Mihaylo. I am never satisfied on how they make the drinks. It doesn’t taste good. I think cuz they add so much ice or water that I have to go pee a lot. It is nice since I study at the library so if I am desperate can go get one. But prefer just to make the walk to Mihaylo.

Awesome place to hang out with your friends after classes and also to study… But be warned. The line is too long…;)

One of the employees was rude and charged me more than usual, and I get the same drink every time so either prices went up for a day or the vibe was wrong.

Pretty standard for a school Starbucks: long ass lines, mediocre music, and too many people trying to sit down. However, this Starbucks stands out from the others. Fruit flies everywhere! Just don’t pay attention to the dots moving around on the walls and windows are you’re good!

Worst employees and do not give students a student discount even if we are supposed to get. They increase the price than listed in the menu and decrease to the actual price. Worst tricks played as if we are fools to believe to believe their non sense.

Line is always long and literally 9⁄10 times I have been here the service has been horrible!!! I understand the line can be long because it is located on a college campus, but when you take my order you don’t need to be rude! I’m so annoyed right now! Because of that one person who took my order, my day has already started off badly. If they actually wore name tags that imbecile girl’s name would be all over this right now! First impressions are everything!!!

Line is always long — unavoidable because it’s on a college grounds. The coffee or I should say their products are just okay. Never get the taste right, not sure if it’s lack of training or lack of ingredients given. For a college campus Starbucks, there is plenty of seats. Good customer service. Line usually moves fast

I just spent $ 5 on burnt milk… I asked them to remake my peppermint mocha but they made it even grosser. I also ordered their chestnut drink but they over steamed that as well so I waited until night time hoping they changed shifts to order the caramel brulee drink. I guess it’s their policy to steam milk to over 160°(which is nasty) because my friends got a peppermint hot chocolate(even after I warned them that this starbucks doesn’t know how to steam milk) and surprise surprise, their drink was burnt. Maybe that’s why the wait is so long. Guess we’ll just go to the one at Mihaylo hall. ***coffee cake was good though

I love how service here is pretty quick despite the long lines especially on school days and during busy library hours. I usually get my drink within five or seven minutes of ordering even when it’s really busy. The servers are nice, upbeat and friendly. This Starbucks is my favorite :3. Five glowing stars!

First time here at this Starbucks. In a way, I can say I’m really disappointed. I ordered a extra caramel frappé and it just taste like water! Also they barely gave any caramel at all! Had them remake my order and still the same thing. What a waste of time and money to be honest. Been to other Starbucks plenty of time so I do know how it tastes like. Also there’s always a line out the door or just a line in general. Better off at Java City where their cups are bigger and be willing to give more caramel without hesitation. Also water cups are .40 cent! Sigh. added more to the disappointment.

This is an awesome location, friendly staff, always buzzing with students studying, chatting, and hooking up to Wifi. They make very good drinks. A great location to grab a cup on the run, or to settle in and get some caffeine-aided studying done! 3-Stars!
