This one star is sigularly for the ONLY one star employee at this starbucks. His name is Wes and he is perpetually rude to customers, unprofessional and angry. If you have the misfortune of being ‘served’ by him I feel very sorry for you. I am a regular here and has witnessed several times his distain for customers and for the people he works with. I am not certain of why he is so miserable but whatever the reason is he is pretty much a living, breathing incarnation of scrooge– except I am doubtful that his fellow employees would ever attempt to warn him from beyond the grave of how horrible he is. Luckily the other employees are the antithesis of this jerk. The storw is always clean and has a great welcoming atmosphere– when he is not working. I give this store 5 stars with the exception of the worst starbucks employee I’ve ever had the misfortune of interacting with.

The customer service is getting worse. I asked to refill coffee, and refused by an employee, Derek, initially, which embarrassed me a lot. I reported the company customer service. If you guys have some complaints about the store, report to the company, and you will get some gift card.

Very friendly staff and delicious drinks. I only visited once to try the new Latte Macchiato but I was impressed with the welcoming atmosphere here. They also made my drink very fast. Love it.

I visit many Starbucks’ locations. I usually order my misto very, very hot. However, this Barista, Al is confused of what very, very hot means, lukewarm. In his defense, it tasted great. However, I like my hot coffee drinks very, very hot including my misto. Oh well, I’ll try again later and redact this eval.

I consistently stop by to this location to pick up my mobile order and it’s always ready. The baristas consistently greet me and promptly deliver my coffee. Excellent service, and even better execution. I never have a hard time finding parking, and I always have what I need from the condiment bar whenever I need it. Great location for your coffee!

Baristas, 5 stars thy were sweet and friendly. I came in to do some homework and there was no room. Two tables became available so we put the two tables together and a shift lead came and told us to get out of the way. We put the tables back and we stayed at one table. As people were leaving he comes back and moves one of our bags to the side and tells us «now you can move out of my walkway» First of all, if we’re were blocking a safety hazard, I would understand and gladly move if he spoke to us properly. I did not like the way he spoke to us and the way he handled things. I came to up to speak to him and told him that it was not polite the way he handled the situation, and all he had to say was«well I told you to move out of my walkway». At the Starbucks where I work, a shift lead would never talk back. Simply apologize and explain politely what was the problem. If you do not want to lose more customers, hire people with better attitudes.

The Shift Leader by the name of Wes, was highly rude and disrespectful!!! When my friends and I first got there, we tried putting tables together because there is NOROOM in that place and all the other tables were taken. So then he told us to move them back because other customers need a place to sit. Granted he was right, but the way he address the situation was unreasonable! Even after we did what he said, with no problems he came around again and said that we were blocking the aisle way! Then he moved one of my friends bags and without asking. By right I could sue him, due to the fact that he touched my property without permission. This guy, WES, has no freaking respect for his customers, and is letting his Shift Leader position go to his head. I WILLNEVERCOMEBACKTOTHEFREAKINGPLACE, and this is BYFAR the worst treatment I’ve experienced from any Starbucks ever. PERSONALSUGGESTIONTOWES: Maybe you should think twice about how you treat your freaking customers. No one likes to be talked at in the manor that you talked to my friends and I. I just want you to know that your the reason that your store has lost customers. Your customer serious was unreasonable. You shouldn’t be a «Shift Leader» if you don’t know how to lead correctly! Your manager made a poor choice!

I’ve never had a problem with this Starbucks until today… I came in and ordered a grande iced caramel macchiato upside down. The drink was given to me and as someone who loves caramel I was confused when I didn’t see any at the top of the drink like I usually do. I waited until the guy who made my drink was not busy and asked him for the carame drizzle on top. Then he replied with an irked look on his face explaining to me that since it was ordered upside down the caramel was on the bottom. I APOLOGIZED to him saying I didn’t see it as he continued to drown the top of the drink with caramel(which I’m not complaining about)… But I felt bad for apparently being such a bother! Which is obviously not how a customer should feel when leaving any business.

He staff here are always very welcoming and friendly and make the coffees with consistency. Why anyone would give them less than 5 stars is bewildering as I have been coming here for 5 years and not a single bad experience. Great service when I came here yesterday(4÷13÷15) yes I had to put down the date because not the same people work everyday. And the guy who made my drink was welcoming and very nice! I didn’t have to wait too long for my drink and there was actually seating around 12:00.

There is another Starbucks location on the corner of Harbor and Chapman that’s actually closer to where I work but I would rather make the trip down to this location– which says a lot. The baristas here are all great, especially Al! It honestly makes a world of a difference in your day when you’re being greeted with such enthusiasm! The drinks I order aren’t too complicated so I haven’t had any issues with them. There is a decent amount of indoor/outdoor seating. BUT since this location is at an epicenter of four schools, you hardly have a choice in where you want to sit. On the bright side, there are outlets by the majority of their tables. Grab ‘em while you can!
