It’s 10 degrees outside. This chili hit the spot. Very hot and robust. Put a few crackers in and perfecto. Lots of beans and meat. Eat it with a fork. They serve it for you at the table.

The food is good. Service varies and the prices are steep. Overall it is worth a try.

My husband and I just moved to the area and we stumbled upon this place. We actually wanted to get pizza. We went to the pizza place next door and upon seeing the pizza that was either cooked or uncooked(Could not tell) and tiny seating area, we left! The minute we got to McAlister’s Deli, we immediately notice the spacious and clean dining area. We were greeted. This place had such a welcoming feel, we knew we made the right choice to try this place. Our food was delicious. I got the Cesar chicken wrap and broccoli cheddar soup! Delicious! My husband and I both got sweet teas to drink and we are HUGE sweet tea fans. It was excellent and we even got free refills. We had several employees come and ask us if we would like a refill, bring us napkins and take our plates. Needless to say, we will be back! As long as the customer service is on point like it was yesterday, they gained a life long customer.

McAlister’s is pretty decent. They have some good and some mediocre sandwiches as well as some fairly decent loaded potatoes. My favorite sandwich is the southwest turkey melt. It has always been good. My wife also likes their veggie sandwich a lot. I usually get the spudmax potato. It’s pretty good but the potatos seem to be microwaved. Still taste good but don’t have that true oven baked potato texture. The fillings make up for it though. Definitely a decent meal but not the best out there.

The Arnold Palmers are addicting. The lite pick two combo is perfect when you’re starving.

We are from Texas and this is always our first stop in Fort Collins! They are so polite and service is always great here. So many options on the menu you never get bored. It is always delicious. Never ordered anything we didn’t enjoy.

Excellent sandwich, as always. Great customer service. Really clean place to go to. There was free Tea the day we visited, which was a nice surprise. Great deal for a family…

Not worth a review aside from saying don’t bother

Very clean establishment and a good variety of deli sandwiches. Unfortunately, I was expecting a bit more for the money when it came to ordering from a deli. Fairly quick service and I plan to return for a second attempt and a better review after trying another food item, but I don’t feel a rush to get back anytime soon. What I do know is that there are much better delis in Fort Collins. Who knows, if you’re in the area give this franchise restaurant a try and maybe you’ll find it’s suits you.

Everything is under $ 10. I did a ½ soup & ½ sandwich deal for $ 8.

Anywhere that has a menu that is as far left to right as you can visually take in full of sandwiches is somewhere I want to eat. McAlister’s has a great selection of sandwiches, salads and spuds to choose from. And most importantly they have a healthy focus on Iced Tea. I had the McAlister’s Club which is their signature club. They have a few others to choose from but the McAlister’s Club is a traditional turkey, ham & bacon club. It was a good sandwich if not a bit sad on the upper deck of the club. It basically went bread, bacon, bread, ham & turkey, bread. I would have shifted at least one of those meats above the center bread slice. The wheat bread was okay, it seemed a bit dry without necessarily being stale. It may just be the chain’s attempt at making the bread as low calorie as possible. I probably would have opted for the multiple other bread types if I had to do it again. The service is standard, neither exceptional nor bad. You order at the counter and they bring the sandwich to the table with the matching number. No waiters, no tips, no fuss. Keeps your lunch tipless and affordable without having to stoop low to fast food joints. Most importantly there is a brand focus on Iced Tea. They have it listed in the vinyls stuck to the windows. They have giant canisters of it behind the counter. There’s sweet and unsweetened. And if you’re an unsweetened guy like me it nice to find a unsweetened that’s not so bitter you have to make a face. And of course there’s a variety of other Coke products too. Its a good lunch spot. The club was okay, I’d probably try another sandwich if I went there again. If you want a good sandwich & chips for under $ 8 this a great place to go, skip the wheat bread though.

Eaten here a few time, never had the buffet though. Usually had the sandwiches/salads. Quick service and freshly made to order food, hard to mess that up.

The food was ok but nothing great. We ordered a variety of sandwiches and soups and none of them were that good. There was nothing really horrible about this place but I won’t be going again. With such a variety of great sandwich shops in the area, this one just won’t be making our list.

This spud’s for you! I never thought it was possible to love a potato that wasn’t french(as in fries) but this place knows how to bake ‘em. The spud olé’ is my all time favorite. Chili, cheese, sour cream and jalapenos on a potato… best idea ever!!! Oh, and did I mention they’re HUGE! My first experience here I took the advice of one of the employees and ordered some sort of grilled sandwich. Let’s just say it took a while for me to come back and give them a second try. So, I guess what I’m trying to say is if you order the potato you won’t go wrong. Also, my friend thinks they have the best sweet tea in town. I can’t comment since I’ve never tried it, I’m more of a diet coke kinda girl. The fat girls convention might have a new meeting spot!!!

Had the New Orleans Muffuletta and it tasted great. ½ sandwich was more than I could eat, so I’ll probally just go with a ¼ next time. The service was very quick and the staff was very friendly. I had a good time talking with Dave one of the employees. Good experience.

I enjoyed the food. They have a large choice of sandwhiches which is nice. The sandwhiches are also very different so it is not the standard(pick your meat, chees, bread etc.) Service was great. They came out to fill my drink and cleared my plate as well. I enjoyed my experience. I will be coming back.

I keep trying to give this place a chance, but with so many good sandwich shops in Fort Collins I keep asking myself… «why did I go there?!» The food is ordinary and average at best! Best thing about it is kids eat free every night and a good location with nice outdoor seating. Cheap dinner, but nothing to get excited about.
