Interesting way to order a sandwich. Not sure why they decided this was the best approach… it’s like Subway but instead of ordering at the counter, you write down what you want on a brown bag and then bring it to the counter. Their food wasn’t anything exceptional. I had to have them remake my daughters sandwich because they put nearly 3Tbsp of mustard and mayo INBETWEEN the meat(not on the bread) so it just squeezed out the side every time she tried to take a bite. Thankfully they were nice about remaking it for us. Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly, food was decent.

This is one or should I say was one of the most amazing restaurants. I really love it here but the last few times I went here the portions went way down and they didn’t put everything on my sandwich that I ordered plus prices went up. I don’t know if I just picked a bad day or what but it seems like they aren’t very consistent on how they make their sandwiches. I hope they make some changes soon. I will keep my fingers crossed.

Ultimate BLT with jalapenos was. pretty good, reasonable pricing, fast food at a higher quality than mcdonald’s or wendy’s. Hip little joint.

This is one of my top go-to sandwich shops in Fort Collins! The ordering system is unique and easy, and there are endless sandwich varieties when you can customize your sandwich to your liking! For frequent customers like myself, you receive a free small sandwich after you have a full punch card at your next visit. For ratings, this location deserves a 5-star for the taste and quality of their food. I am giving them 3-stars today because of their service. When this location first popped up there were 5+ working at a time(1 was ALWAYS at the register, 3 – 4 people always working the line) your food was always delivered in a 5 minute time frame whereas now I am waiting 15 + minutes for one sandwich. During lunch/dinner hours this is acceptable, but not when you are the only customer. Lately, I have been coming in with no worker(s) to be found when I am ready to hand them my order and payment. They are always in the back listening to their music with their headphones/distracted. When I finally make eye-contact with them it is almost like a drag on who should go out and help me while I am waiting there by the register. The least I expect is a simply I am sorry, I did not see you there or a hello! Other reasons: Came in on a weekend, a family was there waiting for their food as well when we stood there disappointed that the workers there were gossiping very loudly in a negative manner about their other co-workers who they feel should not work there. My last visit here I only ordered a milkshake and there were 3 people behind of me when I asked the young lady working if she could remake my shake. As I was waiting for my shake, the young lady who made it forgot it sitting in the blender for about 2 – 3 minutes and did not apologize, I brushed it off… I tasted it, and it tasted like it had been sitting out for an hour it was very watery/no creamy consistency whatsoever. I let her know I was unhappy with it and she said she is sorry but she could not fix it for me as it would hold the line. She then walked to the back and did not come out to help her other co-workers finish their orders. A young man noticed I was not happy and asked to remake it for me which he did in less than a minute. This location deserves a 5-star rating just based on the quality of their food but their customer service is lacking.

Our first experience at Which Wich. Helpful and friendly staff and delicious food. Four stars because there is always room for improvement and the sandwiches could have had a bit more meat. Otherwise, really like the unique ordering system and delicious, fresh ingredients. The bread was also very good. Service was fast and organized and the restaurant was very clean.

This is the best sandwich shop for take-out in the Fort Collins/Windsor area. Huge selection of toppings with quality meats and bread. They also have lettuce wrap options if your looking for low carb.

I’m so glad fort collins got a which which again! It’s very apparent that they actually care about their customers at this location. They forgot some items on my sandwich, so I went up to see if they could add them on. Without hesitation they said we will just remake it for you. On top of that when the sandwich was ready they gave me a punch card for a for a free sandwich next time. Great customer service!

I ordered a vegetarian artichoke sandwich. With marinara and mustard… Well, anyways, they put a bunch of marinara on the right side and a bunch of mustard on the left side. It was too much for me to handle because I thought they’d spread it out. Half of the sandwich was okay, though. It was sort of crowded as well, and there was nowhere to sit, the spots available were so packed in you couldn’t really sit without hitting someone on accident. After I ate it, I went shopping and as soon as I came home I also got sick… I won’t give you the details on how it made me sick, but it was very gross. The workers were alright, one of them was confused and stared at the orders a lot trying to figure out what to put on it, idk maybe he was new, and another guy gave my mom a lot of dirty looks. I guess to each their own, but I did not like it.
