Zero privacy! Don’t move here if you pay your rent on time every month and expect that to afford you a reasonable amount of peace! I’ve lived here 5 months and management has given notice to enter the unit each and every month. In July they entered twice. On October 16^th they put their seemingly regular monthly notice on the door stating they would be entering on the following business day. The funny thing about the notice is that it was back dated October 15^th to give the appearance that we were given 48 business hours notice as required by law. The October intrusion was a mandatory maintenance inspection checking for leaks and to change our air filter. They came in the unit and did not do a thing. The air filter was not changed which you will see in the photo attached. Today is November 2^nd and now we have a green notice for a garage inspection. But wait… Weren’t you in my unit 2 weeks ago just wasting time? Why didn’t you inspect the attached garage then? Oh and why the need for an inspection? The notice gives no reason. We will see how this plays out. Once I find out why they are snooping in everyones’ garage, I will post it here.

Worst manager ever, rude, doesn’t do what she says, lies, Treats people so disrespectfully, Who ever hired her Must have the i.q. of a 3 year old. I will say most of the staff is so nice, Wanda (not the manager) could not be any nicer. But they hired this new manager after I moved in. If I acted like her I would not have a job. All the staff is mostly gone due to the new management

Stewart Creek found a way to not return my $ 600.00 deposit by making up charges that equaled exactly $ 600.00.
