We received quick, friendly, enjoyable service from Luis! We visited red lobster many times and Luis is by far the best server we’ve ever had. We found him to be very attentive, fast and very knowledgeable of the menu. The arrival time was on point and the food was delicious! Thanks for a great time!

I brought my wife and 4 kids here on New Year’s Day for dinner. I was fearing the worst as the neighboring Cheesecake Factory quoted a wait time of about 90 minutes. Surprisingly we were seated within 10 minutes. The person who waited on us helped us to tweak certain dishes to make them more palatable for young children. The kids loved the light and fluffy Red Lobster bread. My wife had the Thai Bang Bang chicken pasta. I had a bowl of lobster bisque and a New York strip steak. Everything came out promptly and tasted great. A great time was had by all.

What happened to you, Reb Lobster? You were once a favorite. I am really disappointed… EXTREMELYSLOWSERVICE. FOOD: What we first noticed was how much less fluffy the biscuits have gotten. EVERYBODY loves the Reb Lobster biscuits, but the ones we got were pretty flat and tasted a bit dry. We were also surprised by how much smaller the salad(which comes with each entrée) has gotten. My mom and I shared the lobster pizza($ 10) and the seaside shrimp trio($ 19) with grilled brussel sprouts. The lobster pizza tasted good but personally I would have liked MORESHRIMP and LESSCHEESE. As for the trio, I think that was the last time I will have the dish in a very long time. I didn’t like the fried shrimp, or the garlic shrimp scampi, which was bathed in butter. The shrimp linguini alfredo was too creamy for my taste. We tried the piña colada for the first time. It was extremely creamy and the sweetness was too overwhelming and covered up the coconut rum flavor. SERVICE: Got to the restaurant at 6pm on a Friday and had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated, nothing went any faster. We were served water and biscuits after 10 minutes we were seated, and waited maybe another 30 – 45 minutes for our entrée. We also never received any utensils until we asked ANOTHERWAITRESS to bring it to us. SETTING: The restaurant is always full and so is the parking lot. Since we usually come at night and it gets cold during the winter, everyone just loiters in near the door entrance and there is very limited space there. PRICE: I think together the meal costed ~$ 65 without tip. It’s an average price for sit-down American restaurant but I am just disappointed by the quality of the service and food. OVERALLIMPRESSION: The quality of food and service at Reb Lobster have slowly declined in the past few years in my opinion. I don’t think my family will be visiting the restaurant anytime in the near future. I guess it’s time for us to venture out to other smaller dining places?

The food was okay… the waitress didn’t seem to be ‘on it’ in terms of paying me attention.

Celebrate anniversary with my hubby. It’s a weekday night so red lobster is not that busy. We have great server but our food is not up to our expectations. For the price we paid, the food is too oily and salty. As for the lobster, it came in a nice portion.

We were craving seafood, mainly shrimp and lobster so we decided on giving red lobster a try. My second time here but different location. I ordered a blackened salmon and piña colada. Salad was nothing special; I feel they can get away without serving it. Shrimp scampi and salmon was tasty and cooked perfectly but service was a bit slow.

Boyfriend and I went and I didn’t like how dark it was inside the restaurant. I had the four course meal that came with a bowl of soup and salad and desert and 1 entrée. the clam chowder was amazing!!! The salad was yummy!!! But when my entrée came out, hand breaded shrimp and French fries, I was like WHAT? so not expecting to get something for $ 24+ to look like something I could buy at Walmart. It was good but I felt like a little kid. My boyfriend laughed at me. lol. He got the wooded grilled lobster tail and fish and a shrimp thing(I can’t remember what it is called on the me I) but it was super good, he shared it with me. So next time I go I’ll just have to get something different, but I’m definitely getting the clam chowder again!

Horrible. I might as well have been eating out of a bin. Service was an afterthought, fish was as dry as a starched shirt, and the crab legs… well, let’s just say the crab we had was probably only alive because it was so thin it would have given Cruella DeVile a run for her money and no other predator wanted to eat it except for us poor humans. Every surface in the place seems to have been sprayed with Sprite. And our actual sprite drinks were filled with water… All that amazing experience for over $ 50 which could have bought 2 meals at a far, far better place.

Love the cheddar biscuits and the baked potato with lobster! The service is good and they will do special orders, which surprised me! My friend asked for a house salad with shredded crab and they had no problem preparing it for her.

Service was decent. Food was bad. Steak had the consistency of rubber and was 2 and a half levels over done from what I ordered. Side salad had rotten lettuce in it. Sent it all back and told them I didn’t want anything else. 2 out of the other 4 people with me didn’t make it very far into their dishes. And one of them got sick on the way home. Stay away. I think they are only busy cause they are next to the mall. Bad juju in this place.

We came in and sat at the bar. There were 3 people working the bar and it took them 10 minutes to greet us and ask for our drink order. We waited another 10 minutes for out drinks that we never received and ended up walking out. Service here is terrible.

My review is based strictly on SERVICE not food quality. I have a 4 year old and 20 month old. I usually try to pack a filling snack or lunch for outings. Today we we’re just running errands and as time flew by, they were in need of food and naps ASAP! I’m personally not a fan of «drive through» quality food for the little ones, so Red Lobster was an eye shot away from where we were shopping. Although my son had several meltdowns, made a biscuit crumble and colored on their table. The server was pleasant start to finish! From the entry greeter to the passing staff members, I did not feel like the level of service was compromised because of my children’s actions(if your a parent of young kids — you know how it is). So I commend the entire RL team for that! My server was also training a gal and from what I could observe it felt as if he was genuinely showing her how they treat their patrons. I was able to chit chat with them a bit and thought it was cool that they have at least two set of siblings working there. We ordered chicken strips with green beans. Pilaf, steamed broccoli and fries! If my kiddos were in a different mood I would be able to comment on food quality but I didn’t touch what I ordered since my little guy was calmer sitting on my lap to eat. I’m not one to leave reviews often but I was SO impressed I wanted to make sure I took the time to share my experience.

I am not coming here again. My husband and I decided to give it a shot since we both haven’t been to a Red Lobster since we were kids. First off, it doesn’t help that we just had FRESH seafood on the Oregon coast two days before, so our expectations may have been lifted, however, it doesn’t excuse the food. Lets start with décor: the exterior of Red Lobster looks nice, but the interior just looks old and out of date. The carpet is gross, and the restaurant is really dark. I remember RL being a place you needed to dress up to go to, at least it was like that in the Pacific Northwest, but here, I felt quite at home in jeans, ponytail, and a tee shirt. Next, I ordered a glass of the only Pinot Noir I saw on their drink menu — it was awful and I like all Pinot’s. It was too cheap tasting — I’d pay an extra $ 4 for a better brand had I seen one. My husband got a margarita and said it wasn’t very good but he choked it down. The Menu: Honestly, there’s too much on here. It made it hard to select what I wanted, and in order to get the entrée pieces I wanted, I was told I had to order something I didn’t want to make it a «meal». Idk how that works but whatever. I wanted just the lobster tail and to try shrimp scampi. Instead I had to order a whole combo, so I did. Half of the food on that plate went to waste because I didn’t want it, but also because it wasn’t good. I did like the lobster tail, I liked the way it was seasoned. But the shrimp scampi was really sad looking and tasting. I only had a couple of them. I did not like the battered shrimp that came with my combo and I didn’t even eat it — I didn’t want it to begin with. The green beans that I wanted were really greasy and looked shriveled up. I make green beans at home all the time that taste and look way better than that. It was a very disappointing meal. At one point, what I assume was the restaurant manager came around and asked if the food came out warm enough, which it did. I appreciated that he asked the question, and in retrospect I wish we would have told him we didn’t like the food. But I figure whats the point in saying that when to me, there is nothing that could be done to change the experience. Having you bring out another plate of the same food when most everything on it didn’t taste good(to me) really doesn’t make a difference. Our server was nice kid too so we just tipped him well and took off. We will not come here again. It’s not the type of place that handles seafood really well given the tastes and flavors that I am looking for in those meals.

Great fish tacos. Amazing cheddar biscuits and large portions. I’d definitely visit again if in the mood for fish tacos. Hubby had a strawberry lemonade and the appetizer portion of the lettuce wraps and it was large enough to share.
