I’m not going to write a super long review on this one. It’s a massive restaurant with a buffet that is large but much smaller than what you’d expect at a restaurant of this size. The food was very mediocre for a Chinese buffet and the prices were a bit higher than other buffets of this type. I didn’t find anything particularly good here but everything was edible and I was able to fill my craving. The sushi was extremely disappointing and they definitely need to hire a better sushi chef.

For a Friday night at 6pm, they were not busy at all. Maybe that explained the cold food on the buffet. With only 3 cheap versions of sushi, it was disappointing. No tuna sushi. Peel & eat shrimp was ok, but small and not devained. Good salad bar, but I came here for the Chinese food. Very limited, store bought frozen type of desserts, cakes. Probably won’t come back.

So the kid’s, my baby love and I went here over Christmas break as the kids were craving Chinese buffet. The food was decent and what you would have expected from a Chinese buffet joint. Good food and good service. I primarily was interested in the sushi spread which was full when we got there but emptied out and did not get refilled while we were there which was over an hour. The reason I have the place a 1 star was to the poor condition the bathrooms were in and I mean poor. Had I washed my hands when getting there rather than using our hand sanitizer, we would have never eaten there. Period.

Would not recommend for many reasons. The dinner buffet was way overpriced at $ 12.95. Selection was very poor, basics such as General Tsos and Orange chicken were missing. Although the sushi was fresh, it was rather plain tasting and there were only two or three different kinds. And I thought it was a shame that for a THIRTEEN dollar buffet you couldn’t order a steak or even get hibachi. Don’t waste your money here.

The selection of food is 5 stars; however, the server seemed slightly robotic but she was nice though. The food was great and the atmosphere was very comfortable and inviting. My partner and I dined in for dinner and the prices were very reasonable(so please disregard the gentleman’s comment about the place being pricey) Overall, this was a great restaurant! Looking forward to visiting in the near future!

I like this place. I enjoy the scenery. Very Clean. The waitresses are very polite and always accommodating. The chicken wings here are the best I have eaten, even if you go here just for the wings — the buffet price is worth it. They are delicious! I also enjoy the fresh sushi, made by a sushi chef right there in front of you. Their soups are also really good. Those are the menu items I come in for and I feel like the buffet price is fair for that. Some items on the hot bar, such as sesame chicken or the other entrees do lack in flavor — but I only really come to this restaurant for the soup, sushi, and chicken drumsticks. I did realize that the food bar is not as fresh from about 2 – 4 pm, so I would not advise going in during these times. But really great dining experience, especially for a Chinese buffet.

About the only place open on Christmas day in area which is why we have gone there for last three years. Staff keeps the buffet tables filled with hot food not all of it Asian. So you can still have your Texas flavor chow as well. Good bargain when you have lots of friends and family over for the holidays. Everyone will find something to eat. Wait staff good about removing plates and bowls as you finish.

I think this buffet is great!!! Not sure why everyone is being boojie about it. Get over it people, if you can make something better, go cook it yourself.

My lunch buddy and I don’t get the hate for this place. It seems like the reviews are all over the board, but our visit for a Thursday lunch was really good. We found the place to have a very upscale feel for a buffet; it was clean, nicely lit and the staff was very friendly. Most of all, there was a HUGE array of well-stocked dishes to choose from. Our server met us at the table that the hostess had just led us to, and drink orders were taken without even having to sit down(nice). We then descended onto the buffet. It has a very nice cold salad bar, featuring kimchi(which I didn’t try on this visit, but definitely will — I love the stuff) and some of the usual salad goodies, plus some nice sized peel-and-eat shrimp, which I did partake of. Moving on to the hot tables, there was the usual array of, frankly, Americanized dishes and some that almost certainly have never seen the light of day in China, but who cares, it all looked good. I tried some pot stickers, which were fried(I prefer steamed), and they were a little doughy but still tasty. The above mentioned shrimp were firm, easy to peel and tasted very fresh, although a little more horseradish in the cocktail sauce would have been nice. Baked fish wasn’t a knockout, but it tasted good and had a mild sauce. Trying some of the usual«standards» like pepper beef, kung pao chicken etc, they all seemed to feature good cuts of meat(including a mix of dark and white for the chicken, which I actually prefer) and crisp vegetables. All of what I tried was quite enjoyable. There was dedicated staff keeping the buffet tables clean and stocked; there was never an issue with either during our visit. Best of all, you can get out for $ 10 if you’re a water drinker like me; soft drink will only set you back another $ 2 or maybe a little less. I know that situations can change with time of day and different staff, but on our visit, there was a lot to like and almost nothing to dislike. Give this place a try!

Just when I thought Halloween was over, I was frightened today by the most inedible food displayed for consumption. However, I am aware that Chinese buffets are not Michelin starred restaurants. What was seen cannot be unseen!!! There were massive amounts of fried food and soul food, but hardly any desirable chinese food. I sized up the buffet like people size up facebook profiles. No Mongolian beef, No Kung Pao chicken, and the sushi looked like an eerie graveyard. I was like«uhh uhh girlfriend, let’s get the hell out». I even did the zig zag finger snapping motion to the hostess on the way out. That gesture means nothing in Asia, but I’m sure she thought I was giving her 3 magnificent stars of Michelin approval. Folks, be afraid… Be very afraid!

Had a large family gathering here recently. Have been to several similar buffets but this one is well worth the trip and a return visit. Fantastic selection, excellent service, excellent food quality and variety. Even had brisket and it was good! Most enjoyable visit had by all. Far better than others like it I have been to — in quite a while.

Place looks ok but the buffet was disappointing. They did not have enough variety in Chinese foods. The orange chicken, sesame chicken was too hard to chew. The crab ragoon was not filled enough. I usually like Chinese buffets but I do not think I will be back here soon. On the other hand the service was nice.

Came here with my boyfriend and his parents last week at his dad’s request. The place was packed, however they were still able to seat our party of 5 immediately. I have been here once before, but it was definitely way better this time. I don’t too much care for Chinese buffets, but the food was really good. My future in-laws loved it. The food was hot, fresh, and refilled frequently. I would definitely come here again if I’m in the area.

As buffet Chinese restaurants go, this exceeded my expectations. Clean well appointed and a full hot tasty buffet even though it was 2:30 in the afternoon I’ll be back

Well, I definitely won’t go back here. This place has terrible business practices. I’ve been to this buffet before and it’s pretty good. I decided to go back today for take out and the woman told me I couldn’t get my own food and that she would put it in the plate for me. When I asked why I couldn’t get it myself like everyone else she started a loud argument with me in the middle of the restaurant about how I could burn myself. I pointed to the other customers who were serving themselves and said they aren’t burning themselves and she just argued more. I ended up handing her the plate back and leaving. I am 31 years old… Not 5. I’ve been serving myself for a long time and I’m still here. I don’t think ive screwed it up yet. This is the most recent of a few unusual and bad business practices I’ve experienced here. My recommendation… Don’t go!

Typical buffet place. Whenever I am out and about with my nieces, a god lunch place is a buffet(picky eaters). This place looks like they have more variety than others. I will only comeback of me and my nieces are in the area. Other than that, there’s really nothing special about it.

Pretty average as far as Chinese buffets go, which means rather bad quality of food but plenty of it. The selection wasn’t as large as you would expect for how big the place is. There’s no crab legs or stir fried crab. The clams were pretty good. The crawfish were clearly frozen previously despite in the middle of crawfish season when I went. The shrimp was soggy, overcooked and underseasoned. The beef and chicken is about what you would expect from a generic Chinese buffet. The sushi was bad… really bad. Service was fine.
