This place is okay for quick Mediterranean food but not the best. Meats are a little dry but treats your fix.

So, I try to make Saturday OR Sunday only my «cheat day» and earlier today I decided to come here for my «cheat meal». I had the chicken shawerma. I love their hummus and garlic sauce. The service here is pretty much straight forward, with a very polite attitude. Would I come here again? Yes I would!

I called the store and the girl who answered the phone was incredibly rude with an AWFUL attitude. Her response was«what’s your problem? I’m sorry I’m lost». I will never go back to this place, let alone order from them. I have never experienced such awful customer service in such a short amount of time.

This place is great! I love Mediterranean food and broilers is like a fast food Mediterranean place. Its not the best Mediterranean food but it’s good. It’s convenient at times but if I were in that big of a hurry to get somewhere important I would never be able to go here because I feel like I smell like garlic for days after! Which I love! We love the garlic sauce and if we’re eating here, we use a lot. The service has never been bad here and the food comes out pretty fast! The baklava is so good! Their rice pilaf is delicious! I love the little outside patio and that its fenced in. We can go and eat there with my son and he can run around safely.

The food is only so-so and it is overpriced. Not the best Mediterranean in Fresno. I prefer Kebab Express or Mezze House. Both take more time, but are worth the wait.

Fast food Mediterranean, you just can’t go wrong. I could probably eat this either every day, or every other day and not get bored with it. That garlic sauce they use is undeniably one of my fav things to put on anything! I always ask for extra, excuse me I meant pay for extra, there’s a $.50 charge. Either way it’s worth it. My fav hing to have is the chicken salad, minus or little onions as you aren’t going to want to blow fire once the meal is done. Rice and hummus are always on point as well, make sure to get enough garlic sauce to add to this as well.

Only thing I really like here is the gyros sandwich but I’ll gladly eat it any day of the week. Just get that and some hummus and you’re all good to go.

MMMMM. I’m gonna start by saying that this isn’t my favorite Mediterranean joint, but my favorite one ever closed down and there’s nothing I can do but reminisce so now I go to the Broilers. Their garlic sauce and pilaf are pretty yummy, but not the best I’ve had. Chicken shawerma is delicious and juicy, not gross and fatty at all. Also the baklava is AMAZING, if I were ever to be broken up with, I would buy about 10 of those to console me. I usually have awesome service here and we get our food in about 15 minutes max. It’s relatively cheap and close by, so I love it.

No yalanchi. 20 minute wait for beef kabobs. 20 minute wait for falafel. I’m really disappointed. I’m hoping I caught them on a bad night.

Okay so I will admit the food is amazing BUT the owners are awful to there employees, I know because I was one of them absolutely my worst work experience in my life! GIRLS if you are looking for a job trust me you deserve so much more respect and I hope the best for you! Anyhow the cleanest location to eat is definitely the west shaw location but don’t expect customer service there the manager gets away with her attitude because she’s the favorite ! Don’t go to the one in river park the employees DONTCHANGETHEMOPWATER so gross if you somehow end up eating there if given a tip the employee will not receive it(just so you know), the most decent location is the one on palmdon they recently hired some girls who actually have customer service. So although I absolutely love the food I would not suggest this because of the awful experiences with this company as well as the service as a customer. ALSO if(as I’ve read throughout the reviews) you deal with the manager Kisten with the rudeness, the eyes being rolled and you’re just like damn I hope that girl gets her karma she already has she’s engaged to a awful guy he’s the cook at the location in river park who used my work number to harass me and does so many more explicate things at his job that I just feel sorry for her now.

Second time going to the Broiler’s on Shaw and kinda dissapointed they didn’t have anymore Yalanchi yet again. It was around noon and on a Monday, I was looking forward to trying their grape leaves(Yalanchi) but when I asked why they were out so soon the lady says they have a lady who makes about a dozen of them and distributes it to the other stores first and don’t know when they’ll get anymore. Not a good answer for business but respect the truth. They should state on the menu next to the Yalanchi(Seasonal). It’s a hit or miss thing and very inconsistent. Why don’t they just take it off the menu and when they do get it, place«Special for today» instead of false advertising being on the menu and rarely having any to sell. Basically, call before making a trip to make sure they have any for the day. I ended up ordering half an order of beef salad and it was ok for $ 6 something. It also came with 1 pita and garlic sauce too so that was good.

I love Broilers but the customer service today was horrible. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and were told they ran out of pilaf, then later, garlic sauce. The nice cashier then told us to next time call our orders in early. Okay… but we’re eating here?! So I tried to order my regular chicken bowl but replace the rice with pita bread. Cashier said«okay!» And then one of the food preparers yelled out NO we can’t do that. Rude. So we both ended up ordering something else all together that costed more than what we normally ordered but refused to accommodate. Then, the cashier called out the wrong name-laughed and was like, omg I heard Nick but wrote Chris hehehe. To top that off, our food was incorrect.(Sigh) Food was okay. just not what we ordered and the whole customer service situation was frustrating. Wasn’t any better for the line of people behind us.

This location continues to get progressively bad. When we first started going there, it was good food, relatively fast, even if the staff was«meh». Even though they told me they did not have falafel the first time I went. And honestly, every time I’ve gone they’ve made a huge ordeal out of making falafel. I continued going, because the delicious food made up for it. I’ve noticed things have been slipping since they opened, but what happened the last time we were there seals the deal for me. I will never go back. We arrived to a rude 16 year old, who may as have been smacking on bubble gum and twirling her hair, who couldn’t be bothered to answer questions about the food and didn’t seem to know anything about it either. The eye rolling, oh lord, the eye rolling. Yes, I know you think you’re being cute and think you are subtle enough that we cannot see you, but what you don’t know is that you have tangled with the master of eye rolling here, honey. I know you’d rather be texting, I get it. Don’t take it out on your customers that daddy made you get a job and you have to work instead of Snapchat or whatever it is you rapscallions are doing nowadays. We ordered food for 4 people to go. 4 people. You’d think we had ordered it for Khaleesi’s 8,000 Unsullied because of the ordeal princess valley girl made of our order. Not to mention we waited WELLOVERANHOUR for our food. That’s right, a place where you wait fifteen minutes at the most, made my mother, my restless 4 year old and I wait over an hour for a 2 gyros, 2 kebabs, and an order of falafel. About a half a dozen people who came in after us received their order before we did. Not only did those people get their food before us, they ate and left before us. It took supernatural powers to keep me from screaming at the incompetent employees. We kept asking and being told it was coming right up, so like the hungry falafel fiends we are, we waited. When our food was finally being packed up, the crowned princess of Broilers couldn’t be bothered with any sort of apology. Instead, a very sarcastic, «Have a nice night!» and a smug smile as we exited is what we were left with. Now the food. The food was cold. Everything was cold. We only had a 2 mile drive. The falafel was dry and the gyros were soggy. And did I mention it was cold? It felt like someone who had a personal vendetta against us had arranged for us to have the worst fast middle eastern food experience ever. Because that’s how unreal the whole situation felt. Its really sad to see that Broilers doesn’t give a damn about their customers. They will continue to hire teenagers who don’t know their product and employ a kitchen staff who deem cold, soggy, and dry food as acceptable. If they happen to get better, I won’t be back to check. I won’t spend a single red cent in another Broilers.

Oh… my…GAWD!!! I just ate here earlier today. Holy hell in a hand basket! This place knocked my panties sideways. The beef was seasoned to puuuurrrrfection! I’ll say me and my boys love us some humus!!! And the garlic sauce? I’d drink it. Seriously. It should be a separate meal. I love it. There is not an eatery in the greater fresno/Clovis region that can top this place for food. Not one. I’ve checked. If you’re thinking of going here, do it. The only thing better than the food is this guy that works at this location. He is über dreamy. He has a beard that’s as luscious as the Amazon and a smile that cures cancer*(*not verified by the fda). Come here and get a gyro, it’ll fix all that’s wrong in the world.

LOVE the food here! Restaurant is clean and the service is super friendly. Had some questions about the menu and Kisten helped me out. Portions are satisfying and the garlic sauce is incredible. Overall a great experience. And my kids love the food here as well!

The restaurant is typical fast food chain clean employees were pleasant. Quality of food was good. Average for a Mediterranean restaurant. Had the appearance and quantity of fast food most med restaurants I go to are owner/operators. And you always get more food than you can eat. This place is good for calorie conscience dieter

I thought that the food was really good tasting. I went in the restaurant to buy a chicken bowl. When I got it I was highly agitated, it was a really small portion. I wanted to be full for dinner or at least kind of full. The portion of the bowl wasn’t large what so ever! the last Greek food place I went in the chicken bowl was two times the size and the same price. I was not happy. So I went to Taco Bell and ordered food there. Overall I love the food except the price of the small portions.
