Starbucks

This is my favorite location. Everyone is so nice and I always get my orders correct. I usually get the hot caramel macchiato with a plain bagel (whenever they don’t run out).

Super excellent service. Baristas greet customers right away and quickly and accurately take drink orders. Drinks are made correctly and rapidly, which is a nice change from Starbucks in San Antonio. I’m so glad this location is the closest to home!

Went when they were not busy. They got my order correct and I left happy.
My order: I ordered a iced venti green latte nonfat no swtner and a Thai chicken salad wrap for lunch.
They were fast n efficient so no complaints there.
Taste: my latte was jus right. The Thai salad was delicious and well it’s less than 500 calories with over 50g of protein so that was a plus for me.
Overall my experience here was good.

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to. I like to go to Starbucks as study or do work, and this one is an awesome environment. Annalise, Amanda, Alex and Marz are some of the friendliest baristas I have met– they really seem to care about their job. All the baristas are great (Except this one guy lol) but those in particular deserve a shout out. This location is always clean– no dead flies in the window sills or dusty blinds (RIVERPARK). The drinks are always perfect too. A perfect Starbucks!

This Starbucks is always out of their breakfast sandwiches. I’ll be visiting a different Starbucks in the future.

We’ve all been to Starbucks, but I really like this particular location. The staff always seem to go over and above what’s expected. They actually seem to enjoy making your coffee! Great Job!

I’ve been to quite a few Starbucks since I travel throughout California a lot but this one has super slow service. There were 5 people working, 1 customer ahead of me. No one greeted me, offered to take my order. I stood there for a good 5 minutes before the cashier said I can take your order here. No thank you Starbucks.

First time I came here I encountered a rude girl who wouldn’t take my expired reward (next day another Starbucks location did like they do every time). Gave them another chance and went through the drive through and waited 15 min. If I had a bigger car I would have driven right over the curb and left! Go somewhere else.

I believe only drive thru around in this area? Makes it convenient but lines are always long. However, they do provide good service and even though there might be 7 cars in front of you; they are pretty quick on getting you in and out

Every barista offers quality service and they always have cheerful attitudes. The drinks are prepared well and the store is clean.

This has got to be the coldest Starbucks in fresno. I stopped going there bc I couldn’t stand it. The staff is Super friendly but. .It’s already a cold atmosphere with the décor, the bone chilling ac just makes it unbearable. Go to Dutch bros instead

Always friendly and speedy!

This used to be the location for the best chai latte but last time I went it wasn’t very good. The layout is narrow and there are not a lot of inside places for a couple to sit. This is also one of the better locations for merchandise.

Starbucks has Fresno by it’s coffee drinking balls. There are so few other options for coffee and even less if you were planning to stay and chat/​study. I don’t understand why they’re still opening up new ones since there has to be over 20 already in the city.
This new location has a warehouse feel to it on the inside that isn’t particularly chic so it leaves you feeling a little cold. We’re talking exposed ceiling ventilation, hard flooring, and even uncomfortable seating choices. Outlets are hard to come by inside. They did a good job being mindful of this at the single large table in the center by attaching a power outlet to the underside of the table. Still doesn’t do much for the wall tables nor the high tables in the center area. There are outdoor patio seating options that are pretty standard. They do have a drive-​thru, but I think it’s rare to find a Starbucks without one in Fresno. It’s nice that the bathroom doesn’t have a lock.
The staff is polite and the coffee is still Starbucks. You know what you’re in for when you come here regarding service and products.
