My husband and I just bought a mattress here last week and Brandon helped us. He was awesome and we feel like we got a great deal. Thanks Brandon! :) I gave one star off because our delivery driver called over an hour before the delivery time and said they would be there in ten minutes. I told him that they were early and I wasn’t home and he was just kind of like «Well we’re early, can you get there in ten minutes?» Kind of annoying but not a huge deal. I would still buy there again for sure.

Matress shopping doesn’t come around too often in ones life. A good matress should last you 10 years. I went here to buy my daughter a new matress as she is going to be a teenager now and needs to move off of the kid bed that she is on. I was working with a sales person named Anthony Gonzales. He did a great job. He gave very informed information on which matress I should purchase and helped me with which ones were on sale. Overall he did a fantastic job and he and the store were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend coming here.

I recently moved to California, the move took a lot of my savings and I’m just starting my job so I was on a tight budget to find a mattress. Anthony Gonzales assisted me at this location and he did an amazing job helping me find the right mattress within my budget; no upselling or talking me into things I did not need nor could afford. Anthony asked me whether I like firm or plush and what range I was looking for in price and from there showed me exactly what would suit these needs. Once we found the mattress I liked Anthony and the manager at this location worked with me on price, availability and delivery options. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of, it was like shopping with family! I highly recommend going here, and if Anthony’s there I trust him to find you exactly what you need for the price you are comfortable with. I am SO HAPPY with my experience and my new mattress!

I’m new in town and was in need of a mattress asap. After stoping over at Ashley’s and Costco for a same day delivery, I went to this Sleep Train store with reluctance. The sales person that we worked with, Brandon, was beyond helpful! He worked with our budget and made numerous trips to his boss to get us the best product for the price. Although I ended up not getting the mattress the same day because I made my purchase after 2 PM, Brandon made sure that the delivery was timed according to my work schedual the next day. The only reason I’m taking off a star is because they didn’t have the mattress I bought in store for me to lay on. Instead, I had to travel to another store 10 minutes away to try it out. Not a big deal at all! In sum, if you need a mattress in Fresno, Sleep Train on Nees is your one-​stop-​shop!

Great experience going into sleep train on Nees and Blackstone. Already purchased a bed which wasn’t quite right for me. Blake stepped in, spent his time with me even though he wasn’t going to get a sale from me. He explained all other beds to me until I found one which suited me. Very good customer service! I will definitely recommend Blake, and Sleep Train for future bed hunters!

We went into Sleep Train not knowing much of what we were looking for and we greeted pleasantly by one of the associates, Ryan Hoverman, who did everything he could to show us what we wanted. When we mentioned our «budget» he didn’t even flinch but took us right over to a bed that was within our price range, unlike (Mattress Land) where the salesperson acted like we’d offended him by wanting something more reasonably priced. I was very pleased by the treatment we received, and would gladly go there again if and when the need arises. I’m so excited to have my new bed delivered in a few days ;-)

Went into Sleep Train with very little knowledge and was very happy to be helped by the store manager Mick Graville. He showed my boyfriend and I all of the options out there and let us know what we might want to consider as we tried the different types and models. He was patient and thorough and I felt that I was able to make the right decision for me, not just buying whatever he was trying to sell me. I can’t wait to get my new mattress!

What a great shopping experience. Very friendly, well informed, and informative staff, lots of good information and advice, no pressure, but attentive and helpful. Didn’t run me through a bunch of stuff I wasn’t interested in, but rather focused on my expressed needs and gave me a good set of relevant selections to choose from. Checked stock as I was narrowing my decision so they knew instantly that what I wanted was available and had precise dimensions. And same-​day delivery. I had a fantastic experience at this store. I’m currently having difficulty with a warranty issue at another mattress store (Mattress Land… I will NEVER shop there again, but I digress) and I wasn’t sure where to go to find reasonable prices and good customer service. I found both at this Sleep Train and the whole transaction exceeded my expectations. My salesperson, Melissa Leal, was friendly, honest, and knowledgable. She wanted to make sure I got what I wanted/​needed instead of focusing on just making a sale. I’m very pleased with my experience and I have no doubt that should I ever have a problem with the mattress in the future, they will do their best to help me remedy the problem.

We didn’t even walk in the door before we had second thoughts about this place. The expression on the employees faces before we came in was very unwelcoming. 30 minutes before they closed, and we could tell we were interrupting and inconvinancing their night and conversation. Obviously they didn’t want us to walk in the door. the girl behind the counter looked at her watch before we walked in and rolled her eyes. We decided to leave that was the first impression we had of this place. never again
will we return here.
