It isn’t bad for the price but it isnt good. freshly cooked but I would stay away from the noodles. Shrimp tastes like eggs, terryaki sauce has no taste at all, beef is tastes as good as the noodles. Chicken would be the best choice here. Chicken is better than Shrimp is better than beef. Vegetables taste like they were freshly microwaved. If you were to eat I recommend this place if you are trying to have a questionable date/lunch. Pros — service — portion — price Cons The main reason why we enjoy food… taste.

The food was hot, freshly made, portions were plentiful, servers were very friendly. For a fast food restaurant in the food court of Fashion Faire the food was surprisingly satisfying. I had the chicken teriyaki plate with vegetables. I was able to watch them cook my food. I was offered the choice of steamed rice or fried rice, also was offered the option of extra chicken for 1.50. Vegetable consisted of broccoli, cabbage and carrots. They were cooked perfectly,(not over cooked) The chicken had the right amount of teriyaki sauce, just enough to add flavor but not so much that it overpowered the chicken. I will try them again the next time I visit Fashion Faire Mall.

Whenever I’m at fashion falr this is the restaurant i go to. The chicken teriyaki is so juicy and i love the portion sizes for the price. They also have sriracha! I don’t understand all this fuss about customer service. Every time I go it’s busy so I can see why they prioritize getting the order finished but they never came off as rude. I give all my overall experiences at this place a 4. Always get what I order and love it.

The food is disgusting and has a weird aftertaste. Overpriced for what they offer. I’ve tried this place twice and both times it was awful. And the staff does not smile. Ever! Truly disappointing. I really wanted to like this place as they replaced the other Japanese place. I recommend going to Panda Express right next door. You’ll have a much better experience and they actually smile and make eye contact with you.

food was good coming from a fast food place. It wasn’t very pack and the customer service AWFUL. it was my first time there, and I wasn’t goingsure in what to get. The girl taking my time orderwas On a MISSION to get me done with my order. She didn’t recommend or told me about the extra of mushroom, I and by time I saw another person getting it was too late.
