Me N Ed Pizza Parlor

Went back again, and they are still pretty amazing. Customer service is fantastic, watching them make our food fresh, and obviously taking pride in what they are doing is refreshing. Lastly, the quality of the food turned out exceptional. Way to keep it up!

One of the most important jobs is knowing how to ring up a order.
Me: I think you overcharged me for my pizzas.
Cute cashier: no I didn’t, you only gots two toppings on that one so its $ 12 and the others $ 13 wif a fitte cent discount (trying to phonically spell for a true experience of the exchange)
Me: the banner outside says «up to 3 toppings for $ 11.50?
Cute cashier: yeah… You only ordered 2 toppings not 3. The fitte cent is discount is on the $ 13.
Me: up to 3 toppings
Cute cashier: chirp chirp chirp … Visible confusion.
Me: can I speak to the manager?
Cute cashier: okay.
Manager after explanation: sorry… Give him $ 1.50 back.
Cute cashier: why?
The pizza was okay, but how many people got ripped off? Train your people, don’t hire because their cute. Give them a math test.

I’m fairly particular about my pizza and being an out of towner I asked my hotel front desk which pizza joint delivered to the hotel and had good pizza. Reading the reviews with only 2 stars, I was VERY nervous about ordering here. However, we ordered a half pepperoni black olives and half hot Hawaiian. The pizza arrived on a Saturday night fairly quick and even after sitting in the box it arrived nice and crunchy and not soggy like some can come. The price was very reasonable. And the pizza was delicious especially the hot Hawaiian. YUMMMMMMMM

Me N Eds has been my favorite pizza for along time. This location is close by my work and always gives me a great pie! The place is fast, clean, and the staff is friendly. They can be quite busy during the luch time with all the businesses close by, but well worth the wait. Recently I have been stuck on the Hot Hawaiian. Its spicy, with a bbq twist! Try one!

Outdated location in a small shopping center. Basic minimum is a good way to describe the dining area. Hard plastic booths. Dimly lit. Customer service was ample. Pizza good, but this is more about the restaurant than the food. Ill stay at home next time. Gf & I were acosted by a local pos/​bum who came in a side door, asked us for food, got belligerent when we declined, and made a quik exit.

POSITIVES: This is my #1 favorite pizza in the valley. Their pizzas have yet to disappoint me. Cracker-​thin crust with great taste, topped with high quality ingredients. Sometimes they’ll have great deals.
NEGATIVES: I docked it 1 star because the service has gone downhill a little. The décor here isn’t as good as other me n eds in town. A little pricey, but definitely worth it.
PRICE: $ 10+ per pizza.
RECOMMENDED: honestly, any of their pizza. Eating it with ranch is a must!

Wish there was a zero! Worst pizza EVER! Slivers of cheese and drops of marinara, not to mention the dribbles of toppings they put on their pizza. The pizza crust was extremely rubbery, and my wings were burnt! Not to mention I had to wait 30 over the estimated time of pick up! I should have gone to little ceasars, their pizza is by far way better! It’s never good when I have to melt my own cheese onto a pizza! The sad thing is that they used to be pretty decent. They have fallen victim of the «Pizza Wars» and have sacrificed the quality that their customers have become accustomed to! A PITIFUL PIZZA IMHO! They will no longer get a penny of my money!

Second time I placed an order for pick up from this location, and the second time it has taken over an Hour for the pizza to be done after being told «30 minutes». First of all, I hate me n eds, I prefer Pizza Hut, Round Table, tony’s frozen pizza to this trash but my girlfriend likes it so we get it. Today I walk in to pick up my order (40 minutes later) and they were JUST putting it in the oven, oh and they forgot one of the toppings. Done with this place, didn’t like it in the first place so no loss here.

Just got back from the Shaw-​Sonora location, and the customer service was appalling. Very disrespectful, and the refused to acknowledge me after the first 5 minutes I was standing there at the counter. After I made them talk to me, they told in a disrespectful manner that the pizza I ordered 25min ago for pick-​up was not ready and hadn’t even been made or put into the oven. Nothing was done about it, not even an apology.
I love Me N Eds Pizza but the service is the worst it’s ever been, they hire people who downright don’t care. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered problems at this location.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place all together.

Hey dude, all the tables are dirty, the bathroom is filthy and the toilets are over flowing. WTF!!! This seems to be par for the course for every Me-​N-​Eds. They have 10 people working, but the place is a dump. The pizza is still good… for now. Why do I go out for pizza??? Fast forward one hour. HEY DUDE, the tables are STILL dirty, and the bathroom is STILL filthy and the toilets are STILL over flowing. Come to find out, I was the third person to tell them something about this. Is anyone going to do anything? The answer is no. Clean up your act guys. Very disappointing. You know what, it’s time to write to corporate. If you eat at Me-​N-​Eds in the future, and the tables are clean, the bathroom is clean, and the toilets work, you have me to thank.

We’ve been Me N Eds customers for years, but our recent experiences at two locations has ended that. The one that sent us over the edge was a recent delivery from this location. We bragged to out of town guests about how good the pizza was. Well, we had egg on our face when we ate the pizza. It was awful — the first time I ever had an awful pizza from Me N Eds. That wasn’t the worst of it. I called the next day to let them know and was handed off to Laura. She was defensive and aggressive simultaneously — as though I was attacking her personally. We never got past her insistance that I must be wrong. I finally, after not even getting an «I’ll look into this», thanked her for her time and hung up.
The positive side is that I found another place I’d never even heard of called Mama Mis. It’s great and we have a new place.
It’s a shame when a business lets long term, good customers slip away so easily.

I don’t know why people like this pizza. The dough tastes like yeast and the sauce has a gallon of sugar in it. It’s gross. My hubby likes the turkey and artichoke sandwich though so that’s why they got 2 stars.

Worst pizza place in Fresno. I will NEVER return.

If you want to call in an order by phone, good luck getting Me-n-Ed’s staff to answer. IF they answer, you’ll be on hold for a long time. It is incredibly frustrating, once you’ve figured out what everyone wants, to wait an eternity to place your order.

I was there tonight and after waiting 15 minutes for my personal pizza, realized I was STILL 20 orders back. I requested a refund and told the «manager» (if you can call him that) about the terrible service I’ve received over the years. He said, «Look around, we’re busy.»
That’s his response? That makes their awful, understaffed service, okay? Shame on Me-n-Ed’s.
Stay away from this location at all costs!

I’m a total regular at this location, I used to get pizza from this location at LEAST twice a week, they all know me here.
Me N Eds is the BEST pizza ever! Their jalapenos can be a bit better, but their ranch is amazing!
I’m SO going to gain weight again if I order pizza from here, one slice is just never enough.

I seriously love this place! Their customer service could use a little work but the pizza is always spot on! Pizza is always perfect and warm when I have it delivered, only had one issue where it was late. They delivered the wrong salad once, when I told them it was fine, the driver insisted she correct it and returned quickly with the correct salad and free cinna-​poppers! Fantastic place to eat!

We have ordered from this Me n Ed’s for years. It’s always delicious. It’s the only pizza I will eat. One time (out of a thousand orders) the pizza was bunt. I called, they replaced it and I got the next one free. It does take along time to get pizza when the ate busy but it’s worth the wait!

I called regular me n ed on herdon they have best service but they dont deliver for us so i have to call this new me n ed pizza place its located on 4177 w shaw #115. I dont have words to explain how disgusting the pizza was. everything was raw and half cooked. I ask for sprite soda and driver tells me he been trying to call me to let me know their was no sprite and he was 30 minutes late then the time given by lady. Delivery time was 1 hour but it took them 1hour 30 minutes. Positing a picture of pizza they served. all tomatoes and onion are like half cooked and not properly diced. yuck i would never order from here again.
