I really like most of the DD’s Discounts clothing, shoes, décor, Ect. I stopped shopping there because the Customer service is very poor. I wanted to yell at the cashier because of how rude and disrespectful she was. I just went to TJ Max and found clothing, better customer service, Clean shelves & flooring, also great prices. Overall choose a different store, horrible customer service at DD’s Discounts.

So in case you didn’t know, this is actually like the outlet store for ross. Most of the men’s clothes look like they are for gangs, lots of red and black. The customer service is good for the type of store it is. I do sometimes find some great deals on shoes and housewares, they have some incredible items for the home sometimes. But unless you like gang style clothes don’t come here expecting to find awesome shirts like at ross.

This place has me torn. From the few things I did see, I would say they have a great selection of women’s clothing and shoes. However, the place is a wreck, and the cashier tried to argue with us over a specific issue with a pair of shoes that was EASILY solvable. Even the woman behind us was trying to support the mix up the store had caused, as well as the security guard. It took 3 managers to solve a shockingly small problem. Nevertheless, I’m going back to check it out again.

Customer service is the BEST at this store! So many deals at the lowest prices I’ve seen, I will be a frequent shopper from here on out for all of my household and clothing needs. I have an 11 year old that I can buy so much clothes for affordably and now I won’t complain so much when she grows out of them. I am so glad I found this store!
