They need to work on proper food handling. I.e. Using hair nets, changing gloves… I like the savory crepes but it kinda depends on who is making them. It’s inconsistent on the way it’s prepared. Overall I think the the crepes are okay enough to satisfy my craving

I like this place. I love the passion fruit slushies can only imagine how the other flavors taste. Crepes are ok I guess. I got a butter and sugar crêpe and it tasted like just plain pancake if that makes any sense. Probably wont try the crepes again but will return for the slushies!!!

Located in the Fresh Meadows area, Crêpe N Tearia is a cozy little café that one can go to get their crêpe and bubble tea fix. This has definitely become a go to place of mine, especially when I’m with my cousin who is pretty much a regular here! Crêpe N Tearia offers a variety of crepes, from savory to sweet, as well as different types of bubble teas, slushies and other drinks. My usual order is the Grilled Chicken Crêpe, which has grilled chicken, cheese, corn, lettuce and dressing. I know, it seems like some crazy concoction but this crêpe is pretty alright. It’s usually a hit or miss for me, sometimes it tastes great, other times not so well. I guess it just depends on who’s preparing it. There are times when the crêpe presentation looks decent and other times when it looks as if the crêpe is all over the place. Their sweet crepes on the other hand are pretty good. My favorites have to be their Banana & Nutella crêpe and their S’Mores crêpe. The presentation could use a bit of finesse at times, but like I said it depends on who’s preparing the crêpe. Their bubble teas are good. My go-to flavors are their taro, honeydew and watermelon bubble teas. At times they are a tad bit too sweet but fortunately for me I have a huge sweet tooth! A little tidbit regarding this place, it’s a CASHONLY place so make sure to have cash with you for they do not accept credit cards. Overall, Crêpe N Tearia is a cute, little hang out place.

If you’re in the area and strongly craving crepes, this spot is OK. I got the banana — strawberry — nutella crêpe for take-out, which came in an aluminum rectangular take out container. I enjoyed the crêpe only because it contained nutella. Otherwise, the dessert wasn’t exceptional, since the crêpe batter was rather thin and it was hard to cut. I give Crêpe N Tearia two stars, because nothing about my experience there stands out or jumps out to me. I remember walking into the space, and the temperature was way too hot and it felt stuffy inside, so after initially telling the server I’d eat in, I asked for my crêpe in a to-go container. Also, I didn’t realize until I went inside that this spot only accepts cash, which was an inconvenience. The staff worker behind the counter clearly saw me pausing and regrouping my thoughts when I realized this, and she didn’t offer any suggestions or help– in this situation, a staff member might try to help by saying, «We have an ATM here», or «there are banks across the street that you can go to». I didn’t hear anything like that from the staff worker behind the counter, which was disappointing. I knew there was a Citibank across the street, so I had to go across the street to get cash from my bank, and then come back to order. If you’re in the area and are craving crepes, one of the nutella crepes here will adequately do the trick. If you can wait and opt for a better dessert experience, I would go to another place.

Locally owned neighborhood tea shop that just happens to serve crepes. Apparently this spot’s been around for years, to my astonishment I found my way here through Unilocal just a few days prior. Though I have to agree with fellow Unilocalers that they could work on being more time efficient, these guys do hand brew the teas as the orders come in, depending on the situation, this could be a love or hate. They were out of some the fruit teas that I wanted so I settled for a lavender bubble tea, sweeter than I’d like. Meh. But the best bubble tea in the neighborhood by far! Crepes will suffice.

I got myself a Banana with Chocolate sauce, ice cream and whipped cream, and a small taro boba. The crêpe was pretty good but the taro boba with pudding was just weird. The flavor was alright but the pudding was somehow powdery. It wasn’t like the usual pudding that you get from other bubble tea shop. Highly do not recommend pudding with any flavor bubble tea, rather just not get anything with the boba.

This place has been around since I was a high school girl. I can’t believe I haven’t left a review yet. I think it’s cause I haven’t been back in so so long. Ah the memories. This place makes me feel super nostalgic and I ventured back recently with my best friend who I first explored this place with. Crepes are somewhat different from when it first opened. Back when it first opened, they put a whole slice of cheesecake in my crepes! Crazy I know, but oh so good. Now a days, they skimp our on their ingredients and toppings. But what can I say? Everything is inflated nowadays! Regardless, this place doesn’t have much competition as it is the only crêpe place in the area. I don’t think they would put up a good fight against all the beautifully stacked crepes in flushing and Chinatown. But for what’s in the area this place is not so bad. They serve their crepes flat on a paper disposable plate and their coffee in those Chinese bakery paper cups. So you know this place is a more down to earth place. Expect that much when deciding to come here for dessert. Sometimes we prefer fancier dessert spots yeah? But this place does what any dessert spot would do. Satisfy your sweet tooth, give you the added calories but oh so so good. And most of all, you can have quality time here over bubble tea, crepes, coffee, or a cup of tea with a friend. What’s not to like?

I went in with my husband for a quick bite. I ordered a crêpe with mixed berries and I have to say that the fruits were not fresh at all. Blueberries didn’t even taste like blueberries. What is this? They shouldn’t even be serving that to customers!

It was a cute and quaint place with many different options. It’s delightful to walk in especially when it’s chilly outside because the air is immediately filled with the sweet smell of crepes when you walk in. However, I found that it was bit pricey for such servings. While the actual crepes are delicious and large, they are also very thin. I understand that is what a crêpe is, but I spent about $ 12 for a peach, Nutella and whip cream crêpe. So, overall cute place, but the prices could be better.

Ordered with high hopes of finding the new crêpe spot only to be overwhelmingly disappointed. We both ordered the same crêpe with the exception of mine having teriyaki sauce and G had the pesto sauce. The savory chicken crêpe with a bunch of stuff I have never heard of in a crêpe, plus there was lettuce in the crêpe? What? First off the crêpe itself was over done and sweet flavored and was all around horrible. There was some diced chicken pieces in the thing with some spinach, lettuce, corn and some cheese, then doused with teriyaki sauce. WTF is this? I told G I was not eating it. The girl that took the order then brought over G’s crêpe and I told her to throw mine away, that I did not like it. So she picked it up and threw it away. Nothing more. Not a can I make you another, NOTHING! G then got into his and decided that better safe than sorry and tossed his out and paid over $ 20 for the lousy experience. If I could give this place a zero I would, so 1 star it is. I would rather stay home and have Alpo or Friskies on toast rather than to come to this place. Does that tell you something? We left this place and headed down to the Thai restaurant two blocks down for a better meal. How this place has stayed in business with this not fit for human consumption food is beyond me. Enjoy no longer getting our money Crêpe N Tearia. Oh the power of choice, its a good thing.

Their English doesn’t seem to be very good. I had to repeat my order a couple times for them to understand. I wanted to order the seasonal Molten Chocolate Lava Cake, but they didn’t have it for whatever reason. I ordered Hot Classic Milk Tea, and it wasn’t even hot. I don’t know why they put the paper wrap around the cup, it’s practically room temperature. It also has a flower taste to it like Jasmine tea or something, but I can’t be sure. I didn’t expect that, nor do I really like it. I ordered the Smores crêpe. I grabbed a napkin to clean my fork and knife and noticed it was really dirty. I think there might’ve even been a bug on it. One thing I didn’t like was that it was really hard to cut through the crêpe with the knife. I figured the crêpe would be really sweet. The graham parts make it taste good, but overall too much for me. My boyfriend loved it though, so I gave it to him and ordered the Ice Cream Sandwich crêpe. That was much better, with a good balance of everything. We stayed nearly 30 minutes past closing, and we didn’t get kicked out. I even saw more people coming in to order and they weren’t denied. Overall, food is good. I was just really disappointed about the tea.

I’ve been coming to this place since I moved to Fresh Meadows(about 7 years ago) and it has some of the most delicious crepes! My favorite is the strawberry, banana, nutella crêpe. The food always tastes fresh and I always get a bubble tea with my crêpe. I love their green teas as green tea is my favorite, their Taro Milk Tea is pretty good too. Over all, they make some tasty crepes which are awesome desserts. Staff is always nice and attentive.

The crepes are okay. I got a strawberry + nutella and an earl grey tea while waiting for a friend. The service was very quick and the mother-daughter duo running the place are very helpful and friendly. It’s also a pretty large crêpe for about $ 6. Parking in the area is possible, be prepare to pay meter though!

I love going here. It is very quaint and quiet during school hours, so it is a great place for me to go and study or get some work done. The staff is very friendly and sweet. I generally go here for the crepes. I usually do the«build your own» which basically where you can either choose and sweet or savory crêpe and pay for the additional add ins, such as cheesecake, nutella, ice-cream, chocolate chips etc. The price is reasonable, although I wish it were a little bit less cheaper.

I went here to satisfy my bubble tea craving. I ordered the jasmine bubble tea and it was too sweet for my liking. I couldn’t even finish it. We ordered the smores crêpe. They put it on a paper plate which I didn’t mind. The crêpe tasted delicious and they didn’t skimp on any of the ingredients there. I would come back just for the crepes.

10% discount for St. John’s students. The place is small but cute. It can probably fit at least 20 people in there. There’s a table for 6 – 8 in the back. I think they’re special for their bubble tea and crepes. Pretty sure this is where the school gets their bbtea for the asian events. I got a red bean milk tea. I was a bit confused at to whether or not tapioca came with all bubble tea drinks or if it was an extra charge to just add it. So I ended up getting none. It turned out to be a bit more red than I had expected it to look… hopefully actual red beans were used and not powder. It’s a bit too sweet for my liking but that’s alright maybe I just need to come back and try another flavor.

I was craving for crêpe and decided to stopped by to this place. Food was good but did not find it appealing as they use paper plate to place my crêpe. A turn off. Price is reasonable for the taste and amount of serving. Service was excellent.

*Cash only place* After dinner my bf & I went for dessert. Located by SJU I walked into a cute little spot. Nice atmosphere and place was packed. The tables had hewrt shapped vases & plates. Maybe left over from Vday? Well it was so cute. I was shocked that service was sooo slow when crepes only take like 2 mins to make. Not sure if she was new but she did hook me up with a huge Nutella, banana, strawberry crêpe. I must admit, & it sounds weird to say since I Love Nutella but she but a lot of it in my crêpe. I hope I don’t sound snobbish but I cld have done with just a little less of it. Overall I definitely will come back & try the bubble tea and of course more crepes.
