Pizza Hut

I have forgotten to review this Pizza hut, but here it goes. So about a month ago, I ordered pizza hut and the reason why I wanted it in the first place was because its cheap. So I ordered my pizza and a the cookie they have as well. It took the pizza over an hour to get delivered to my house when I am literally 5 minutes away from the place and on top of that the pizza was so cold! The pizza was unsatisfying and there was an ingredient that was missing. So I decided to call and every time I called I was either transferred somewhere else or the place was hanging up on me or not answering at all. Let’s just say I will never in my life get Pizza hut again! I rather have Dominos, Round table, Papa johns than Pizza Hut! I was so unsatisfied, frustrated, and I was so upset. Whoever is manager at this place is not doing their job right as well as the other associates. So farewell Pizza hut, hopefully everyone else stops going to pizza hut for good. If only the Zero star or negative stars existed!

F#$@ this place, I live less than 2 miles away in Centerville and they wouldn’t deliver. Same story with the other 2 Fremont locations, they transferred me back to the one at the hub. I swear I ordered from them sometime last year without issue. I was craving stuffed crust so bad too…

There is something about Pizza Hut’s pan pizza that I am in love with. Due to this, I ordered Pizza Hut for a co-worker’s work anniversary one month ago. One may ask — why did you wait so long to review this business? That is a great question. I was hoping that they would do something to right the issue that occurred. They never did.
I ordered 3 pizzas and a cookie at 11:00 AM online. The pick-​up time was 11:15 AM, which sounds reasonable. I arrived at 11:22 AM and was told that the pizza was not ready and that I would need to wait another 10 – 15 minutes. I waited nearly 20 minutes, in my car, to go back into the store to find that the pizza was not done. In total, it was about an hour wait to pick up the pizza. Mind you, this is pick-​up and not delivery.
So… I take the pizzas back to work and ate my mini pizza (different than the rest). About 30 minutes later, I started to feel very sick — which continued for a full day. I don’t know if the pineapple was bad or what the deal was, but it was really, really bad. Knowing that these types of issues can occur — I contacted Pizza Hut with a request for a return call to address the issue. Despite multiple emails, I have received zero contact from this store. When I called them directly, I was informed that there was not a manager on duty and to call back.
Not just bad food, but bad service. Not only will I not eat at Pizza Hut again, but I will be more than happy to dissuade friends from ever eating there again, too.

This place is a joke. I waited for over 45 minutes just for a small personal pizza. I had to cancel my order and they weren’t even decent enough to say sorry. There like 10 people working here and they still can’t serve their orders on time.

I received my pizza with missing ingredients. I got pizzas like this even in my last transactions too. Sometimes the drivers forget soda. I still gave them 40% tips and just didn’t take seriously. But this has been happening in every transaction. So I called the store and complained about it and the guy told me we will give you free pizza when order next time. Next day afternoon I was hungry and decided to get pizza again. I called the store and reminded them about their mistake on the previous night. She told me that she didn’t see any note or remark about it on her computer and asked me to call after after 4pm. I decided to order pizza for my dinner.
I called them to place an order and reminded them about the situation. The lady said something different from what the guy said and tried to explain her the situation. She said «YOU’RE PUTTING WORDS IN MY MOUTH». Really? All I said is I got a pizza with missing ingredients. And she said «I DON’T KNOW. I WASN’T WORKING AT THAT TIME. THAT WAS NOT MY SHIFT». Do I have to know the person working and their shifts? You must be out of your mind. This is so UNPROFESSIONAL.
I paid you to make pizza and you couldn’t make one.
I paid you to deliver the food and you couldn’t do it.
I spoke with respect to you guys and you couldn’t speak with respect in return.
Dear PIZZA HUT,
You just lost one of your thousands of customers but a regular customer who has been with you for 2years and I know you don’t care much because you lack basic ethics and manners.

Awful! Horrible!
Food might be good. But i just recieved my order, half an hour late (After the 30 min they quoted me) without forks, and they didn’t give me my change right.

This place is not a sit and eat type. You need to take home the food you ordered. It’s open till late 11:00 in the night.
You need to order the food online, it takes them at least 20 mins to prepare it. The people here work hard and they try to give their best.
The pizzas we tried here are good. We take out from here at least once in a week. This place is small as it’s only a to go place. Eat fresh pizzas as you take them. They are soft for most of the time.

Stay far away from this pizza hut there pizza really sucks and you have to wait a long time to get your pizza and you wait a long time on hold stay away from this pizza hut

Worst service ever! Messed up on my order took 1:30 hours to deliver. Called the manager and they were unhelpful and unwilling to correct the order. This place should just close! Their staff here are justing turning ppl away from Pizza Hut. There are plenty of other choices and better pizzas. I wish i could give them 0 stars for the horrible customer service.

Seriously, it really is damn horrible. I actually used to like Pizza Hut, but that was at the other location in Milpitas area (south bay).
I ordered a pie with Extra Sauce, and got a pie with NO Sauce. Common mistake, so I called to replace, its was going to take another 45−1hr time, and was already very late, the other option was for a $ 5 coupon?!
WTH?! That is not even the same! Heck, I TIPPED the drive $ 5 and the charge for Delivery was $ 3.50!
Basically, they think $ 5 coupon that expires in 3 – 4 weeks for messing up my dinner?! (and those that like Sauce on pizza, even normal, knows No Sauce is not pizza!)
Plus the pizza didnt taste that good either. Not sure if it was sitting around offer there or something, but it really tasted off. I’m not comparing this to other pizzerias as such, I’m comparing to another Pizza Hut location!
So, now that $ 5 Coupon is more stupid, as I dont want to order anything ever again from that location.
I hope you are reading the reviews here BEFORE you ordered, they are correct, this location it just bad. and I can tell after just one order. (unfortunately I didnt check here before I ordered, and now im just going to check here EVERYTIME from now on)

I wish I could leave NO stars. This place was horrible! First, I waited over 2 HOURS to get pizza that was undercooked and full of hair. Yes. FULL. One embedded within the cheese and two smaller hairs on the paper the pizza sits on. Really? The marinara for my breadsticks was the consistency of tomato juice. The” Quopapa’s” were undercooked and cold. Pizza was stuck to the lid. Just gross. I’d avoid this place at all costs. The mobile order system defaulted me this crappy location. Never again.

Slowest service ever… They try to acknowledge everybody, but taking 30 minutes for breadsticks after being quoted 10 is ridiculous. First time coming here in about a year and it was a reminder of why I won’t be coming back.
One extra star because their breadsticks are good.

This review is for the online orders.
We ordered a box which came with a medium pizza, cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks. The order did come at the time I requested. The pizza literally has 1 pepperoni on each slice which a few thin slices of mushroom. The cheese sticks tasted like garlic bread, nothing cheesy about it. The cinnamon sticks were ok. Overall, I would order again except call them and make sure there’s a good amount of toppings.

If I could give this place lower than one star I would. Horrible customer service and terrible food. Never had such bad pizza in my life. You’d expect it to be good because it’s from a chain but it was raw and terrible.
There were 10 different employees there and they were all chatting and screwing around. One of them was even talking to her boyfriend on the delivery phone!
These guys need to step it up! Very disappointed overall.

Worst pizza I have ever had.
I ordered for take away, I reached there in 20 minutes, the pizza was cold.
It was half cooked and tasteless.
Bread was not cooked properly.
I ordered garlic pizza with no taste of garlic at all, very disappointed.

I was craving pasta so I ordered a pasta to pick up; I get to the place and they didn’t have my order! They asked me to wait five mins so I agreed, 10 mins later they give me my food. I only have 30 min breaks for lunch so by the time I got back to work I only had 5 mins left to eat. Oh and I asked for a plate and fork and they said they didnt have any. What kind of place is this? Never coming back!

2 stars for the yummy pasta. But I got food delivered and they charged me $ 10 extra… Never got my receipt (second time they didn’t). Gave me some watery marinara sauce for my bread. And gave me the wrong drink. When I called to complain the manager or whatever was so rude!

Probably the worst pizza delivery in the area (and chain). If you order online, you are put to the back of the line and they absolutely will *not* make the delivery window. In my case, the order arrived 45 mins late (on top of the promised hour). This is despite my calling after 15 mins of waiting and basically being told they had no idea where the driver was… When the driver finally did arrive, he was very frazzled and the pizza was cold. Most places would offer a comp in this sort of situation, but neither the manager on the phone nor the driver made any such offer.

This place surely can piss off people .
Manners: please get in place. Smile or At least look like you care about the customer .
Food is decent and it wasn’t too bad of a wait. I had to go back and ask for chilli flakes and cheese .
I don’t know if they are understaffed or just too lazy or really busy. It high time they start revamping the atmosphere there.

We placed an order for a pizza at 9:09pm tonight. We were given an estimated delivery time of 10:44pm. (Seemed like a long wait for a Wednesday night, but whatever.)
At 11:21, we still had not gotten the pizza. We called and were told that it was sent out for delivery five minutes prior. We were told we should get our pizza in 10 – 15 minutes, right after the delivery person makes a delivery before us.
At 11:58, we still had not gotten the pizza. We called again. After hanging up on us several times, they finally picked up. We were told that they cancelled our order because they thought we didn’t want it anymore. They claimed that they tried to call us multiple times from both their store phone (which they claimed was messed up) and a personal number, but we didn’t receive a single call.
So after being quoted a wait time of an hour and a half on a weekday, we were kept waiting and hungry for three hours before finally finding out we weren’t getting anything. To top it off, we basically had to hunt them down to find out we weren’t getting our pizza.
Stay away from this location.
