Let me say, I’ve never been a dominos pizza kind of person. If pizza hut, papa johns, roundtable or mountain mikes had a better deal, I would go there instead. Thats all changed in the last week. I’ve tried this location in Fremont while staying in a motel and WOW, just WOW! I’ve ordered twice in the last week. I’m not sure what the heck they are doing different than all the rest but it’s been so delicious. The pizza’s are HOT when they arrive, FRESH& look so cheesy. They taste so good also. This location deserves major props because they totally changed my mind about dominos that I’ve had over the bridge and back in Hawaii. You guys rock, keep making the pizza’s the way you are! Mahalo!

I live here in Fremont and always order from this Domino’s for delivery. I usually get good service but for the last few orders, I haven’t been able to place them through my app or online due to some errors in their end. I called the store to let them know that there has been problems with their online ordering and the first Indian gentleman that answered was rude and hung up on me. I called back and got another person who told my order. I again told him about the problems but he said he couldn’t help with online ordering. I explained that I usually order with the $ 5.992 medium, 2 toppings deal for more than 2 items(pizza, sandwiches, bread, etc) but he told me he didn’t know any of the online orders. VERYRUDESTAFFATNIGHT! I know they are aware of the online specials because the last time they said they would honor it. Very disappointing and condescending since I am from Michigan and previously worked for the Domino’s corporate headquarters in Ann Arbor. The company needs to reevaluate which employees that they hire in and need to focus more on customer service. This is a VERYUNACCEPTABLE way to conduct business.

Literally just had a delivery 5 min ago. The pizza is dominoes pizza but the delivery driver was top notch. Super nice, super quick and all around cordial. I’m going to have to brush on my ASL but he made my experience awesome. Thanks.

Their employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. They undercooked food and then expected us to return to the store when we ordered delivery to get a refund. There are so many better priced pizza places that have higher quality. This franchise is owned by a person with no understanding of what customer service is. The lack luster quality of food is DEFINITELY not worth the horrible customer experience.

Delivery driver showed up without a receipt which is unusual so I Tip the driver cash and check my bank account a couple days later to only reveal that he took himself to bucks and I took him four bucks cash Masood you’re an idiot. I wonder how many other people you ripped off. I contacted management waiting on them to contact me back.

We ordered from here for the first time, our regular pizza spot was closed. Why are there not more late night food options in Fremont? My order was correct, gave me exactly what I ordered and it was decent and edible«Fast food» pizza. Actually this is one of the best Dominos I have had. I used to travel around the country and I have tried Dominos from all over the U.S. We will order from here again if we want late night food delivery.

The star is for my order. I ordered and went in to pick my pizza up. They looked and looked for my order. They couldn’t find it. Did they give it away? My tracker stated it was already picked up. They kept on searching and realized there was no label. We got home and realized they didn’t give us all the topics that were asked. We called them and they gave us crap about it. You paid for all your toppings. We don’t have that topping, etc. Well funny thing is I ordered it and paid for it. There was no apology. I will contact Dominos Customer Service directly with all images and emails that were received.

The worst customer service ever!!! Got the wrong order and the manager blamed it on me that I ordered what we got and that’s why they delivered it. Even when we have never ordered this type of pizza from them EVER!!! No I’m sorry how can we fix this for you. NONOTHING!!! Just flat out rudeness and the manager LIZ stated that’s our store policy!!! Well my policy will now be to never come here again and let everyone I know that the store manager does not care about her consumers and is rude!!! I’m in awe at the horrible customer service that me and my family received from the owner! Of all people. Dominoes I can’t believe that you would tolerate some one so ignorant to represent you. Daniel the owner is big mistake for your image. I was delivered desserts, and one of them tasted like nothing and was the consistency of old playdoh. I called very politely to let them know that what they are delivering to people was not edible. The owner Dan told me I was wrong, and then hung up. I called back, he refused to give me his name. The next morning I called and spoke the General Manager and he told me that there was nothing he could do and that’s how the owner is. He then told me to wait a week and call back when the owner calmed down or else I won’t be delivered pizza. Dan, you should really take some classes possibly anger management. And get a new profession. Wish I could give negative stars.

This is the worst dominos that u never want to have a pizza. I just used to go to this dominos because they r closer to my home. But this literally sucks. Very bad customer service. Their large pizza with triple chicken I ordered and it hardly has 6 to 7 pieces of chicken on it on a large pizza .The female employee is very rude to customers, she is usually present in store In night times. Thin white girl with mole on face. She is very rude. No politeness. When I questioned her regarding my pizza she is blaming owner. I always prefer pizza on chapel road Fremont. They give perfect amount of chicken and is very tasty. I just threw the pizza in garbage. I wish their boss read this review. I prefer I don’t go to this dominos ever again. Ridiculous lady. If I could give zero stars I would. Bullet points are: — bad customer service — the owner is rude, egotistical and unwilling to admit or explore mistakes — and my pizza smelled like throw up! Read on if you want the entire story. The first time I went here I had some questions about their location that was met with sarcasm and condescending tones from the owner of all people. His name is Dan. Ok strike one. So I tried ordering online instead. It went ok for a few orders and then my last order was a large cheese pizza for my kids. Easy enough right? Well when I opened up the box I got the aroma of throw up. I thought maybe I was just smelling the cheese so we had a few slices against my better judgement. My wife came home about this time and I asked her to smell the pizza… and she said it smelled like throw up without me saying anything about what I thought it smelled like. So I get on the phone with the place and ask for a new pizza to be delivered and they tell me they are going to charge me for another pizza! I politely decline and the manager, Liz, gets on the phone. I tell her the scenario and she asks me to bring the pizza in. I politely ask if they can deliver it since I paid for the delivery to my house. She declines and we go back and forth and without telling me she is passing the phone the owner, Dan, jumps on the line and asks what the problem is. I go over it, again, and I tell him it smells bad and I want a new one. And beyond that I’m feeding this to my toddlers and I don’t want them to get sick. He goes on about how his dominoes is the cleanest dominoes in the entire area and basically tells me that I should take his word for it. Like I am going to feed my kids a pizza that smells bad after the bad smell is confirmed. He also tells me if he makes me a new one he is going to use the same exact ingredients and make it the same exact way as my first pizza. His general tone is totally defensive and I’m feeling very uncomfortable at this point. So he finally agrees to send me a new pizza. We hang up and I start thinking«great, if they didn’t mess with my pizza before now they’re going to spit in it or something». So I call back and tell them I’ll just bring the pizza in and get a refund. When I get there Dan never looks up from his little prep station. And he non Chalantly says, «oh yeah he wants his money back, Liz, handle the refund». He never talked to me or asked a question or smelled the pizza. You could tell he was annoyed just by my presence by his body language and general disposition. No customer service at all at this place. Never ordering here again. Hopefully the kids don’t get sick in the middle of the night. Next time I’m going with my instincts on the first go around. Don’t order from this place, they don’t deserve your money!

About a month ago II ordered from this location and they messed my order up(which I did not see until I got home). In fear of my complaint being met with spit in my next order(they save numbers) I held my tongue because mistakes happen :( Now I just recently ordered pizza again, gave my number and was told in ten minutes it would be ready. Fine. I sent my friend to get my order only for her to be told that no order was placed under my number? She gave my number repeatedly and still«no order«is what she was told by two young men who couldn’t be the slightest bit aware where they were at :/ I called to address the situation only to be told that they in fact had my order. When I asked how this error could of happened where they couldn’t see my order in person, but over the phone they could I was told by this fine gentleman«how would I know? I just got here» in the most sarcastic tone. Okay… Sorry I don’t know your schedule straggler. Time after time I try this location and I am met with terrible customer service, mediocre pizza and people who don’t care they have a job to do. Pitty.

Don’t go here it’s a rip off. The owner is very rude and egoistic. He denied of his mistakes. He consistently states that he has 30 years of experience in making pizza but has no tolerance to listen to the customer complaints. My pizza had no cheese 3 inches on the parameter. He denied exchange off the pizza in return because he said«he is losing extra bucks.» The worst Domino’s Pizza I have ever had in my entire life. Really bad staff also.

I am so glad Fremont has a Domino’s…because the next Dominos is pretty damn far. I don’t know why we don’t have more franchises but the pizza here is amazing – for a chain restaurant. They use a lot of that garlic powder which adds more flavor their pizzas, bread sticks, and cheese sticks! But the reason I’m writing this review is for the bomb pan pizza I just tried this past weekend! It was a vegetarian pan pizza, and it was sooo good that my parents, who usually don’t comment on the pizza(and my dad usually doesn’t even eat it) asked me where it was from and repeatedly said it was really good. I actually felt pretty full after having just one slice. The cheese bread was pretty great too and I wish it came with more marinara sauce, but I guess I could have subbed the ranch out with another marinara if I asked. This was a delivery. We usually do pick-up. There is no seating at this location.

2 stars for the awesome hours. A big«EH» for the employees. One greeted me coughing up a storm … and the other, Muhammed had something to prove. Thank you for the pleasant experience and the enlightenment. Now I truly see why it is totally worth driving the extra distance and paying the extra dollar to get a decent set of cheese bread sticks. Muhammed, thank you for continuing to point out the differences between regular bread sticks and the cheese bread sticks. This place was utter chaos. They seem a bit under staffed. By the way, after hearing the debate on if and how loud the music should be played… they ended up blasting some catchy music from which one may have expected to hear with 60’000 screaming teenage girls at a concert. The cheese bread sticks were delicious though!

1 star is very generous. –1000 is more like it! We ordered delivery. The order arrived with uncooked garlic bread it was doughy, the cheese was all piled in the middle and whole thing lacked flavor. We called to complain and requested a refund for the garlic bread. We were told that we’d have to call back to speak to the manager who was not there at the time. When we spoke to the manager we were completely blown away by the lack of basic human skills. He said he had been manager for 14 years… We requested his name, with the intention of reporting to the corporate office, and he refused. He said there was no one above him. At one point he jokingly gave me a name of billy bob and said everyone knows him and he was planning on running for mayor of Fremont. This ridiculous situation escalated and employee Fermin Hernandez essentially threatened us saying he knew where we lived and called my boyfriend a butt hurt baby. Beware! I mean we are talking about a $ 6 order of garlic bread, really? I Guess with a crappy product and service like this that must be a lot of money… he clearly does not care about customers, his reputation with the BBB or Unilocal.I’d really hate to think abut how sanitary things are kept over there! Scary! Thank you fellow Unilocalers! I wish we had read these reviews ahead of time, shame on me for not doing so! We will be reporting our experience to the corporate office, BBB, etc. Helping to prevent other people from from this type of experience is the most important thing.

Watch out!!! This place is ripping people off! Let’s do some math… 20.99– coupon 2LG pizzas 2 topping 5.00– extra toppings 10.99– hot wings 3.00– delivery charge 5.00– tax @ more than 10%(just high ballin here) Grand total per order taker $ 50 and some change. Huh??? Wait what? I’m pretty sure that should have been $ 45 maybe. Okay well I’m hungry. *hang up phone* Get call back from order taker saying they didn’t charge the delivery charge and if we could pay that in cash. Huh? Wait now I want to know what exactly is being charged. No explanation of charges was given was just told charged for extras. Hhhmmm no thank you cancel my order and yes they did already charge my card. So I guess I’ll be waiting 2 – 3 days to get my pizza money back. Don’t just accept the total they give you. Either their computer is jacked up or their workers are jacked up. Still pretty jacked up.

If you’re craving pizza in the middle of the night like I do sometimes, then Domino’s Pizza is pretty much invaluable. They are open late, they deliver late, and they offer great value for your money. Win win! Being a techie, I placed my order online, which gave me a better deal. They don’t offer the same deal if you order in-person. They are located right in the same parking lot area as the Stafford School. So lots of parents go there to pick up a quick meal for their family. The pizza was well made with a decent amount of toppings. It tasted SO good, I actually ate Domino’s Pizza twice in one week! The employees are courteous and will explain your order to you so you’ll know exactly what you’re getting. They’ll recommend their new menu items to you as well. Don’t forget to pick up your favorite soda along with your pizza. They have the drinks ice cold and ready to go!
