One Call Services

Ever been terrified by a mold problem? One Call Services gives you sanity and does a great job. We had serious mold issues in 3 rooms (long story, old home, items up against «outside walls», had no idea what was breeding there). Had multiple companies estimates for «mold remediation» and then Marco gave his — much more detailed than others and fair pricing.
He knows his business and explains it clearly and that’s why we chose One Call. His extensive knowledge and calm and clear explanations far exceeded any of the other companies that gave estimates. He understands you don’t know this, you’ve never faced it before, so he helps you. He’s hand’s on reassuring and his crew did a FANTASTIC job. So much so, we also had One Call do the rebuild — drywall, insulation, and painting. Again, they did a FANTASTIC job. We highly recommend them for anyone having serious mold issues.
The sole criticism I have is we’re older so don’t text. We had a few miscommunications per phone calls/​emails. But that’s so so minor vs. the great job done.
And also to put our terror in context, I had friends who lost their home to mold. I explained that to each company. I did not want that to be our ultimate result. Marco put those fears to rest.

Marco and his team did a great job for us, I couldn’t be happier. The mold in my son’s closet was quite impressive, and required removing a portion of the drywall as well as the laminate wood flooring. They were able to do the job quickly and were always on time and on schedule. I definitely recommend Marco and One Call Services for mold problems, and given how well they did the work I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. But, given how completely they removed the mold, I don’t think I’ll need to call them again any time soon. Thanks, guys!

Not sure what happen to the review I posted before but I will give credit were credit is due. Marco and his crew did a great job at my place. I had a mold problem he came out gave me a quote was able to start the work the same week and I was very satisfied and please with there work quality and efficiency. I will highly recommend One Call Services to any one out there looking for mold removal services. I also plan on calling them back for some air duct cleaning after the holiday season.
