Complete Construction (now Complete Access) installed two stair lifts in our home in 2007. They worked great for many years, and then we needed to replace batteries and both lifts needed adjustment. Not at all surprising after so many years. Whenever we have called for service, Naseem has been out very quickly and always fixes or adjusts whatever the problem is. We have been very happy with their service and hope they can keep our stair lifts working for many more years.

I’m only updating this review in response to the business owner commenting on my original review. I’m not sure what the business owner was proposing, as my review, from over a year ago, clearly stated that the lift was installed in early 2012. Telling me that he has a two year warranty is irrelevant, since those two years ended around the time of my review. By the time of his response, the warranty term was lapsed by a year.
And we did note concerns with Complete Construction after the installation of the lift. We just didn’t know how these lifts were supposed to operate and accepted his explanation that the lifts all are slow due to safety concerns. The Bruno technician who took the lift out last year told us that the lift was not installed properly. Before he took the lift out, he made a quick adjustment to show me how the lift was supposed to run and it was significantly smoother and faster. Too late by that point.
Maybe I’m missing something, but it sounds like Complete Construction doesn’t realize that the unit they installed has been out of warranty for quite a while.

Ben and his crew were on time and on budget! They redid a house we purchased that was in horrible shape and basically turned it into a new house. Like all projects some issues came up but Ben was accommodating and worked with us. He has some greAt ideas and we were happy with the final result. He have is a three year wArranty on all the work his guys did and he has been true to his word, taking care of things that have come up since completion of the renovation.

I did not use Complete Construction for a lift but have used this business for other home repair construction needs. Mark was extremely helpful in giving me advice, designing front steps and railings that go beautifully with the look of my home. He helped me make the best choices for both jobs that he and his crew completed on my home. His crew is professional, very detail oriented and willing to make adjustments based on the homeowner’s requests. The work was extremely high quality.

Mark Feinman put in an outdoor lift as well as an indoor stair lift for me. He did beautiful work creating a deck so that it all would work. Several times over the years, when any tweaks were needed, he was totally responsive. He is easy to talk to and work with. His experience was valuable offering solutions to problems I had which didn’t give him any work. A great help in my life!. Nicole Milner
