Excellent and accommodating. I am a horrible planner and I called to see if they could see me same day (keep in mind I called at 5:30 pm) for a cut and color and they went out of their way to get me in.
The color was perfect and the cut was exactly what I described.
It is clean, comfortable, and having been there a couple of times now I would say that the stylists have an excellent ability to realize a concept.
The hand massage during the wash portion of the experience is an added bonus.
I would highly recommend the Artistry if you want to have great looking (and feeling) hair!

I like Erin. She is very sweet and always fits me in but never feels rushed. I’ve been a happy customer for several years now.
I always have a few laughs with staff when I’m there too. Love it.

I don’t like it feels bad they don’t deserve tips. there is no so much differences last time I cut the hair only difference is shorter than last time and cast a lot. Never ever come back ! What a attitude for costumer not friendly !!!

This place is a total disaster. Customer service is pitiable and staff is rude. The stylists are lousy. My 9 year old son got a haircut from here and they didn’t even trim the sides in proportion. When I asked them to fix the sides they said they had customers waiting and I will have to stick around for an hour. Ridiculous!!! Watch out for the Lady Gaga lookalike. Can’t remember her name. $ 35 haircut and such service!!!

If you are looking for getting a hair cut or deep conditioning + friendly staff + great service + occasional sweet treats (muffins made my Elena on Halloween :-)), you should definitely try out artistry. I have been going here since 2012, and always get my style done from Elena !! She does an amazing job and is sooo friendly.
Definitely recommend it !!!
