STAY STAY STAY away from this store. We purchased a very expensive appliance from the store and it has broken down again. I called the Appliance Manager, he could not help me. I then called the Store Manager, again useless.
I do not know what has happened to customer service, Sears was a great store. My family would alway buytheir appliances, tools and several other item from Sears. Good bye Sears and STAY STAY STAY STAY away from this store.

Most of the time I walk in, it’s like a gloomy ghost town. Frankly… Not a lot of good things there either. Not unless your looking for appliances, mattresses or tools, but be cautious! The associates work on commission and some of the bad ones might say anything to make a sale. It happened to my neighbor who was misinformed about his new lawn mower. Do your research! The coupons they print out and give to you never seem to work on anything and they’re so cryptic that even the associates have a hard time trying to figure out what they’re for exactly… The managers aren’t very nice either. I’ve dealt with Stephanie, Vonda, and Amy. Stephanie was fine but Vonda and Amy were neither nice nor did they act like they wanted to be there to help. Not only were they rude to me but also to their associates… I hate to think how they treat their associates BEHIND closed doors. I decided not to bother with Sears anymore. Not worth it.
