Ruby Tuesday

Great food n drink. Facility needs house keeping tho. Very dirty… tables n floors. The staff however was amazing. Great customer service and attentiveness. Ribs were good, grilled shrimp a little over cooked, zucchini was awesome. Salad bar was clean n presentable. Over all great!

If it was not for the salad bar, the 2 star rating would be1 star. I ate at this restaurant today and was not happy with the entrees while the salad bar was fresh, clean and good. My daughter and I ordered the chicken quesadilla which would have been good if it was not doused in seasoning salt. Even after trying to brush the salt off, my daughter was not able to eat the.
The crab cakes… Stay Away! This should be removed from the menu as it appear overly fishy and did not taste like crab meat. My wife asked if it was lump crab or shredded crab and the waitress stated lump. When it came to the table it was as flat as a pancake. Very disappointing.
The waitress was very pleasant but if I decide to return, it will be a salad only.

Went to dinner here last night and was not impressed. We ordered the Typhoon Shrimp for an appetizer and there was not much sauce and lacked flavor. Just tasted like bland crispy shrimp to me. I ordered the Cajun ribeye medium rare. I even said I shouldn’t order a steak because it wont compare to a steak house ribeye and I was right. It was cooked perfectly but wasn’t very flavorful. The Cajun seasoning didn’t give the steak really any type of kick. My sides were the steam broccoli (bland no seasoning) and the salad bar. The salad bar was probably the best part of the meal but there were fruit flies around it and around our table which make things unappetizing. They would not stop flying around our heads at our table. The server is the only reason im giving 2 star. He was friendly and kept drinks full and brought everything we needed in a timely manner. I don’t think I will be coming back. If you are hungry there are plenty of other places to go eat.

Love the salad bar! Very fresh and very clean! Staff is great, we are new locals and love stopping in every week!

The last time I went to a Ruby Tuesday’s it was in Century III Mall in West Mifflin PA and to some degree I can see why they’ve moved into traveler friendly locations because, it’s just O.K.
I ordered the sampler platter and a new app they had, The Typhoon Shrimp. The shrimp was pretty good and was spicy but you could tell it was time to change the grease in the fryer. The cheese sticks, loaded fries and egg rolls were decent on the sampler platter. The surprise let down were the chicken strips. How-​can-​you-​mess-​up chicken strips?! I’ll go as far and say they were the worst chicken strips I’ve eaten the past year. The breading has this weird spongy feeling and not crispy at all. The food also hit my stomach like cement. I eat a lot and this place did not make me feel too good afterwards for hours and hours. They had a salad bar that was ok, but how can you mess up lettuce and salad dressings, so that’s not a saving grace.
You’re probably thinking «why give it even 3 stars then»? Well here’s what was good. I drank a Ruby Relaxer mixed drink and it was awesome. Heavy handed but perfectly blended. Our waiter was nice and worked hard to meet our requests. The place was clean and so was the plates and silverware. Cleanliness gets you 2 stars off top no matter how bad the food is. The price was a little more expensive then I felt it should be, but only off by a dollar or two per dish.
They need to bring back Reubens. It’s called Ruby Tuesday cause at one point that was there signature dish. Ruby-​Reuben Tuesday? Stick to your bread and butter dishes and get back into popularity and off the freebie of hungry lost travelers or eventually disappear forever
Go if you’re hungry but just skip it if you see something that makes you salivate more.

Love the salad bar — they keep it fresh. My burger was cooked perfectly, and my DP got the thai spring rolls. Lots of flavor. Rachel waited on us and she is one of the best servers I’ve seen in quite a while. Great experience!

Just me alone and the experience was a good one. Was quickly seated. The server came right away and got my drink order. The salad bar was fresh and cold. My steak came at the right time done the way I asked. The server checked on me through out. It was a pleasant time.

Hadn’t been to Ruby Tuesday over a year but we drove by and decided to have lunch there on a Sunday. Our server was wonderful and great at making sure we were satisfied. She even did some extras for us that she didn’t have to do. She heard me fussing at the kids about needing to eat something healthier when they ordered fries and she brought them some grapes and apples! Nice! She even loaded us with the DEELISH biscuits and extra to go home with. The food was really good… mashed potatoes were sooo yummy! Salad bar was pretty nice also. We saw a salad bar attendant there refreshing and cleaning the bar… a plus. We’ll start making this restaurant at this location more of a regular for us.

We’re visiting family in Norfolk. We stayed 3 days to visit the National mall. After a long day we decided to try Ruby Tuesday. We don’t have one on the west coast. All I wanted was coffee and dessert. When we walked in, the place was stuffy. No AC! It was a very humid day. So I asked the waitress if we could sit outside. It took her a while to get back to us. And when we finally got settled outside. The waitress never came back. Very disappointed. After sitting and waiting we ordered water, coffee and dessert. After waiting again for like 10 mins. I gave up. So we left. I don’t think she ever brought our drinks out or dessert.

Been here several times and each time the service has been terrible. The place wasn’t busy but service was still incredibly slow. Servers aren’t very pleasant either. Will never go here again.

If I could give this place zero stars I certainly would. After a long day, my family and I decided to enjoy a meal at this location. We were seated in the back near the bar and bathrooms. Our server had not showed up to greet us or take our drink order. We then listened to 4 different servers argue about who was going to help us. One server reluctantly came to take our drink order five minutes later. She took so long to bring the drinks that we decided to keep our money and leave. I was very disappointed and will NEVER eat at this restaurant.

This was our first time at this particular location. I typically enjoy Ruby Tuesday but it just wasn’t up to par. The staff was extra friendly and it wasn’t crowded at all. With our meal we ordered the salad bar as one of our sides. I didn’t feel like the items were really that fresh but I still created a massive salad. My husband really enjoyed his salad along with the premade salads or whatever. I ordered the seafood trio and he had the steak and lobster. Oh yea, they brought out two of those little crusty biscuits, I don’t care for them. I think the lobster was over cooked, too tough. The crab cake was flat PERIOD. No sauces for the seafood besides a cup of melted butter. Then a large serving of bland rice, I should have gone for the fries. I think I’m just over Ruby Tuesday or eating out all together. There are only a few places left that can surprise my tastebuds. Oh I will say that most of the times their flavored teas are good.

Always get a good value for the $. Salad bar is fresh and good but a little limited. Service has been attentive and friendly.

We had Nancy D as our waitress and she was an awesome waitress. always smiling and our glasses never got empty before she came along asking if we were ready for another. I had the New Orleans seafood, mashed potatoes and the salad bar, which were all tasty. My wife had the ruby minis and she said they were really good. Service was quick and the restaurant was clean.

Great burger experience!

I’ve only been to this location twice and each time it was horrible. The first time I went (about 11 years ago), there was a group of 4 of us. After a long wait, the waiter finally took our orders but didn’t write anything down so we knew he’d forget something. Sure enough the orders got screwed up and certain items were missing. He also took a very long time to serve and check on us. When my food (a pasta dish) finally arrived, the seafood in it was undercooked which meant I had to wait even longer to eat so that it could be re-​cooked. The waiter continued to mess up so we eventually complained to a manager. Needless to say, he was fired on the spot and we were offered a discount. Fast forward to the other night (11÷11÷11), where our waitress was friendly but it took a VERY long time for our food to arrive after ordering. After a while she came over to explain that a large group of folks had placed their orders right before ours (just 2 of us) so this caused the delay. When the food arrived it was not satisfactory. His rack of ribs were so small that the waitress decided to send them back to get a bigger portion (longer wait time). My selection was completely awful. I ordered the new seafood entrée which included a tiny, dried up, bread-​filled crabcake, a micro sized lobster tail that wasn’t very appealing to the eye as well as a skewer of undercooked shrimp. My baked potato was also undercooked. The micro sized bicuits were tasty (along the lines of Red Lobster’s Cheddar Bay biscuits but a little sweeter) but they were soooo small, I thought it was a joke! I just knew the cast of «Punked» was going to jump out. My date ordered a 2^nd beer which took the waitress 15 minutes to bring out! Although he left a decent tip we’ll never return to this location.

Fantastic service, delectable food! I love their lobster mac and cheese — and their herb rolls are divine! The waitress was really thoughtful and 5 different staff members wished us well on our way out the door!

Excellent service quick and efficient. Well stocked and clean salad bar. All you’d expect from this chain.

We went there the other night with about 6 adults. This place isn’t much different than most Ruby Tuesday’s, so I’ll just point out the things that I noticed:
— The place definitely has that «dim, mood lighting» when you first walk into the place. I’m assuming this the new look that Ruby Tuesday is going for, but it was strange.
— The restaurant itself is not that large. When we asked for a table for six, they said they had to put together a couple of tables, which I thought was odd.
— They don’t have a lot of vegetarians options. I think between us we all had their Veggie burger, which was huge let me tell you. Other than that, their choices are limited.
— Service was reasonable. Our waiter tried to be attentive as he could, but it looked like he was one of few waiters working that night and had a lot of ground to cover. I’d give him an A for effort though.
