Papa John’s Pizza

Worst customer service ever, and I’ve worked in customer service for years! I tried to order a pizza for carry out. A worker named Jeremy told me that after 10pm they cannot do carry out orders, even though we were on the phone prior to 10pm.
I then asked to place an order for delivery. I had to repeat my phone number twice and my address 3 times, and even after spelling it out, this young man continued to laugh and talk with others in the background. The entire conversation was unprofessional, so I said never mind and he hung up without another word.
I then had my boyfriend call back about 5 minutes later to attempt to place a delivery order, and yet again this man seemed unable to take either of us seriously. We both felt disrespected and will never be ordering from your restaurant again!
On a more positive note, the Papa Johns at Chatham took excellent care of us and arrived faster than we expected.

Ordered 2 pizzas. Driver showed up with one (wrong name and toppings) someone got two for the price of one. Informed driver, who appeared very confused. After a few minutes he agreed. Wrong pizza! I’ll be back.
He returned correct 2 pizzas! Open the boxes and either one of them had the correct toppings Plus they have been sitting for a long period of time… semi warm — - never go back

We were not impressed. Papa John’s pizza was just not good. I have eaten pizza from PJ’S before and this time was no different. We decided to try it again after 10 years and only thing we enjoyed was the cheese bread. The medium pizzas are small in comparison to other pizza delivery places. Everything was just mediocre. I have a house full of teenage boys and we had 2 pizzas out of 3 left nuff said.

I have alway’s loved papa johns pizza. I have not had they’re pizza in years. On 2÷24÷2010 at around 8:30pm I went to purchase a pizza at 14 153 jefferson Davis hwy. There was a man being waited on and there was several people working behind the counter. I believe one of the employees was a delivery driver. There was 1 caucasion female, 3 caucasion males and an albino african american. They were all young. I stood and waited at the counter for 10 minutes to order a pizza. No one took my order and It appeared as though none of them wanted to acknowledge me. The store had only 2 customers at the time, myself and the man. The african american completed the mans order, removing and exchanging money at the register with one of the other workers. I still was not acknowledged. The african american employee walked away from the counter and asked the the causion female if she had started a pizza. He immediately grabbed some fresh pizza dough to make a pizza. I just observed this employee handling money and he began to prepare someones pizza without washing his hands. I turned around and walked out of the store. Please do not order food from here. These employees no nothing about customer service, they no nothing about proper food handling and hygiene. These employees appear to be ones you would see on hidden video shows doing disgusting things with peoples food. This establishment needs to be inspected, strict management, and properly trained food service employees.

I like ordering of my phone app of the coupon deals I receive all the time. I preordered my pizza for a late time. Right on time the pizza guy shows up with the pizza, for my neighbor. Honest mistake, we are human. So I tell the guy it’s cool, he apologized ads says he will bring the pizza right back. Twenty minutes later he returns with super hot pizza and we are two large pizzas without hesitation. I ordered the Italian meat and four cheese and the Hawaiian pizza and they were fantastic! I used to love pizza hut but now I only order Papa John’s. I never have a problem with my order being cold or taking too long. I always use my phone app or website to order, I feel it is easier that way.

This has to be the worst PJ’s I have visited. The pizza was cold and was very skimpy on the toppings. Order taker was not polite when I called and had me repeat my order several times. I am sure there is better pizza options in this area and probably cheaper. A large two topping pizza here is $ 17.39 with tax. Feel like I was robbed at that price.
