What a pain in the ass to come here… you try to set appointment to check your results they make you get wait listed… There wouldn’t be a wait list if this place opens on the weekends also… What if there’s actually something wrong with your body… The longer it takes to get something fix the harder its going to get it fixed… Do doctors knows these things… its freaken common sense… not sure if this place is any good… I do know for sure they Lack the attentiveness they need for their patient… it seems like people lack the care they have for the patients… not really a good place to go to… The area is clean the nurses are pretty rude… lots of parking… There’s a waiting area with magazines and a tv that plays the news frequently…

I love everything about this office, from the front desk receptionist to the actual occupational therapist and her assistant. Everyone is so friendly and they are so accommodating and easy to work with.
I had physical therapy here years ago and had a great experience. I currently am seeing the occupational therapist here and she is amazing. I am recovering from a broken arm/​wrist and working with her has always been so easy going and comfortable. I do not have one single complaint about my experience here.
They are also so understanding about last minute cancelations or rescheduling. I missed an appointment once by accident and they called me to make sure everything was ok and just to remind me of my next appointment. I apologized for missing my appointment and they reassured me that everything was ok. I then asked if I would be charged for the missed visit and they said no, they only resort to that if it becomes a habit. I was very impressed by this.
