Amy took excellent care of us! We had a last minute event to go to that was coat and tie. Amy helped us get everything we needed and ensured that it all got tailored in time for the event the next evening. She took care of our every need.

After having an an awful experience at the local bridal shop, Formal Envy. I needed to take my wedding business elsewhere and get my groom and groomsman fitted for tuxes. The employees at Men’s Wearhouse really know how to treat a customer.
When we first walked in the door we were greeted by a very pleasant young lady who pulled out all the stops for my groom and I. She showed us all the options you could think of and made sure we were happy with our choice.
After she told us the total cost we were a little taken aback by the high price. Of course the tux color we liked only came in a Vera Wang, raising the price. She explained they did price match and we could shop around and let her know where we found a cheaper deal.
We did just that, came back the next day with a coupon and a price match. It lowered the price $ 20 a tux! They were really gracious and you could tell they would rather keep a customer then get a few extra dollars. The quality of the clothing is not matched by anyone else in Fredericksburg. It’s impeccable.
Not only was our salesperson great, but her manager, the gentleman who measured my fiancé, another gentleman sitting at the desk, they were all wonderful! After we agreed to the sale and told them how much of an improvement it was from our last experience they suggested avenues for us to remedy the problem with the other store and when I came back the next day they asked me if I had taken their suggestions.
I would recommend this store and this company to anyone I know. They really value their customers. Great job, Men’s Wearhouse! Thanks for everything!

My husband was treated very well while we were here. Had a salesman stay with him the whole time and help him pick out a great suit and accessories for decent prices for a job interview. Very nice guys, tailored the suit on site and had it ready in a day or two. Will certainly go back for more

Suits, tuxes, shoes, shirts. .. this place has it all. Shopping here is on the pricey side but you get excellent customer service and high quality merchandise so it’s worth it. The employees are really good about helping you pick stuff out, taking your measurements and altering items right there in the store for you.
