Though there were some hiccups in repairing an antique watch (not directly attributable to Fredericksburg Jewelers), Jon went above and beyond expectation in an effort to assure my complete satisfsction!

My fiancé had Jessica and Jon make a custom piece for my engagement ring and I couldn’t be more happy with the result! I found one that I really liked the design but it was way too big for my petite fingers and the price was quite steep. So he took them the picture and they made a perfect scaled down replica and worked with his budget! I It’s so beautiful and unique, their communication through the design process was incredible and the finished product was awesome. Not only that but when we went to pick up the work of art, it was about one size too large so they happily resized it on the spot! Most large scale shops have to send jewelry off to be resized but not here I was able to wear it out of the shop on the same day! They have it all, small business with big options!!!

The real question is… where would I be without Jon and Jessica? Customer service is a hallmark of this company, but being a business owner myself, it’s not the customer service… it’s the «unexpected extras» you get with them. They aren’t «selling you something» they are helping you choose how to get the absolute best you can for your money. They have consistently provided me with service, quality and genuine care that you just don’t see anymore. Jon and Jessica are the best… and really, the ONLY people I trust!

Stopped in to look around while on a walk. The husband and wife team are super sweet. (I’m so very sorry that I don’t remember your names.)
The wife asked if I wanted to have my rings cleaned. And man did she get those suckers clean. My rings have had lotion caked under the stones for a while, and have been through COUNTLESS cleanings at the mall, but the mall jewelers haven’t been able to get the lotion out. This amazing woman did! They were so sparkly. The husband also «redipped» my rings on site. (I can’t for the life of me remember the real term) Most jewelers will send your rings out to be redipped, chancing being lost in the process, not to mention being without your rings for weeks!
My rings were yellow because the white gold was all rubbing off. They look brand new now! I’m not ashamed of my rings anymore.
