DO NOT GO HERE!
They do not know how to shape eyebrows and they do not know how to properly apply gel nail polish. You will pay Northern VA prices and your gel nail will not last one day. When I came back to have their MISTAKE fixed they gave me EVERY EXCUSE you could think of as to why the gel nail polish didn’t last. Don’t waste your time or money!

I have tried just about every nail salon in the area and Family Nail Care and Spa has far surpassed them all. Ben and Jennifer are talented and caring. Always making sure you are satisfied with your experience. They are personal and remember my name and my preferences, mind you I only come every other month. The atmosphere is relaxing with beautiful music. The tv has tranquil scenes playing not news or talk shows. Hands down the best pedicures around with good prices and options. Everything is nice, clean, and up to date. I love this place and recommend everyone give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I was in such a big fan of this nail salon. I was there for about an hour and a half just to get a refill that I ended up leaving not liking because they did cut too short and the style was changed. I was charge five extra dollars for Matte top caught without realizing when it should be free like other nail salons. I don’t ever see myself coming back here but the husband paints nice nails so yeah.

Excellent full service salon. Very friendly, courtious and attentive staff. If you are looking for a very clean salon with a talented staff that pays attention to detail, then I highly recommend this nail salon. If they are busy, it’s because the word is out about how great this place is, so it’s a good idea to call ahead or make an appointment. Even if you don’t it’s worth the wait Best pedicure I’ve ever had! I will never go anywhere else.

Nicest couple, worst business. They have no time management and have twice underestimated my wait by DOUBLE. Really disappointed because I like them. Manicure was average. First chip at 6 days but next wasn’t for two weeks. Never going back here. They also only have two technicians so I don’t expect the long wait to go away

Because of all the great reviews, I decided to try this place today. I just left, and I will definitely be coming back! Jennifer did my nails and she was so sweet and did an amazing job!
**They even gave me gave me a little Christmas gift. It was a mini manicure set and ink pen. Nice touch :-)

Love this place! They are quick but I’ve had a perfect manicure every time. They have a wide selection of regular and gel polishes, enough for all seasons! A gel manicure is cheaper than a lot of the other places in Fredericksburg. Manicure lasts a really long time. I highly recommend!

Have been going to Jennifer and Ben since I found out they were close to my home. (wish I would have know sooner) I’ve been going now for about 7 months been getting pedicure’s, eyebrow and gel manicures at least every 2 weeks (Due to wanting to change colors) great variety in polish colors. My polish has never chipped or come off. always clean they take their time with you and listen to what you ask them to do and don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t want or need. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed

Jennifer is the best nail stylist and eyebrow artist in our area! I have been a client of Family Nails since their opening in March, 2014. I simply adore their work! I get lovely gel colors of OPI, and always have excellent work. If you seek to be pampered in a quiet, serene salon, visit Family in Deacon Road. See you there!

I live near the shop and I don’t know why I never tried this place out.
They were fantastic! They were courteous and kind. The pedicure I had was well done and I didn’t feel rushed. The shop is clean and modestly decorated. Nice relaxing chairs and music.
Ben & Jennifer have my business from now on.
