I have been to a lot of Chipotle locations and this one is as good as it gets. Compared to the others, this one has the biggest portions and nicest employees. It’s always clean and even when they’re busiest at peak hours, the line really isn’t much of a wait. Always have and always will be my favorite Chipotle.

I love this chain, but have no idea what’s a matter with this particular location. Every time I’ve come to this restaurant something’s gone wrong. Twice it was their running out of ingredients with no replacement in sight. Another time it was the cashier disappearing and no one to take her place while the line piled up behind me. I just don’t get it. They give great customer service yet these bush league errors are seriously hampering their ability to deliver the Chipotle experience people have come to expect. They’re also fully staffed which makes it even more puzzling why they can’t get their flow right. The food tasted good in spite of the hassles. Someone in management needs to take a look at their processes and figure out why they keep dropping the ball or else folks are going to give up on this location. Name brand alone won’t keep them alive.

Have been to this Chipotle numerous times over the years and had excellent food and a good dining experience. Today, however, am completely turned off by the loud, obnoxious music dominating my thoughts! Before entering today at 12:30, I noticed almost half the parking slots were empty, very unusual for this Chipotle. Now I know why. Customers have been driven off by the music, the large amount of trash in the parking lot, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been touched in several days. For a brand that prides itself in its all natural and environmentally conscious ingredients, what I found is unacceptable.

This location can never keep up with the amount business the Chipotle name generates. The chicken is tasty but not worth the wait each time I have come in. The company should really look into a way of speeding up service and providing better customer service. I shouldn’t have to feel rushed after waiting to place my order. It is really annoying and why I stay away from Chipotle.

This review is on their catering. We had them for my sons graduation party over the weekend and i must say i was very happy from beginning to end they made the process very easy. Yes its a little pricey BUT what you get in return was well worth it they include everything and I mean everything plus some. Food was ready on time all in nice box’s, containers and in big and easy to carry bags. Thanks again Chipotle for making it stress free

This review is not about the food, it is generally always good. This review is about the staff, management, and store. Possibly one of the worst run stores anywhere around. Employees are slow and not friendly. Food bins are always near empty or just empty. Food portions are dictated by what’s available to fill each order with. The general appearance of the store is dirty. I am hopeful when a second store opens in August my customer experience will be much different. Wow surprise, another poorly ran Chipotle. Employees all have attitudes, they were out of brown rice, lettuce, chicken, guac. So basically you need to shut the line down until you finish cooking. Oh and the girl working the burrito cooker gives me a dirty look and attitude because somehow it’s my fault you guys are out of everything I want. Very disappointed with chipotle lately because they have really good food but their service is maybe 1 out of 5 stars at most of the ones I’ve been to. Especially this one. Oh yeah… Corn was frozen still to top it all off.

I really like chipotle but they are not consistent. I typically order a fajita burrito and half the time the employees can’t wrap the burrito property. I’ve had burnt chicken on several occasions; or clumpy rice. Again on a good day the food is excellent but when it’s bad it’s bad.

I live in stafford and hate the one there. I always liked this location. Everyone knows my name and pretty much what I want. Even thou the lines is Super long. The food quality is on point. I did have a issue at one time but after I talked to the manager it has been the place I love.

The manager here is extremely unhelpful. I asked for half sofritas/half guacamole which I’ve done at dozens of other locations, and the manager told me he wouldn’t. He didn’t seem to understand that they are the same price and tried to make seem like an idiot for trying to justify it. Get it together. I had this last time I went no problem at this location. I do love chipotles but this has to be one is the worst chipotles I’ve ever been in. The Food isn’t the problem as chipotles always taste like chipotles. However, this location is always filthy and extremely slow. Anytime I’m here it seems as though none the workers know what they are doing and they run around with their heads cut off. They joke and talk with the other co-workers rather than take care of the customers. In person complaints are always met what a look from the employees as if they don’t seem to understand English. As I said, I do love chipotles, but this is the worse one I’ve ever been in.

This particular location(Central Park) is a little older I suspect — it seems to have a worn appearance and the dining area, while large, is rather drab and unwelcoming — but aside from the décor and old motif, the food was pretty good. My big beef with Chipotle’s is that they are not consistent from visit to visit or restaurant to restaurant. We’ve eaten in several and almost always get the exact same thing: bowl with chicken, beans, white rice, onions, corn, salsa, cheese, sour cream and chips — sometimes we get a full bowl, sometimes we don’t — it seems to vary from day to day or location to location. We’ve see them knock food off the big spoon as if «oh, too much, can’t allow that» to the opposite end of the spectrum where they heap it on and literally fill the bowl to overflowing. Once, at the Manassas location, I ask for extra cheese(extra MEAT is, understandably EXTRA $) but not cheese(or any other ingredient) — this is well established by management because when I complained on their national site about this stingy employee, I was told that ANY ingredient, except meat, can be increased at no extra charge, including cheese. So they kindly sent me two coupons for two more COMPLETEMEALS including drinks and chips — which we used to return for anther visit and the portions this time were generous.(The Taco’s however, are NOT a bargain as you get considerably less ingredients for about the same amount of $.) Meanwhile, back at the Central Park location(as well as Massaponax), they do seem to offer ample portions as this recent visit was quite filling — and I think fresh, healthy food for less than $ 7 that is also very filling and satisfying is well worth that price. All in all, Chipotle is a generally good place to eat and if they are stingy with the portions, just tell ‘em you want more and if they balk, ask for the manager AFTER you get your food — I’m sure they will address it — OR complain on their national web site, I know they will address it there. Not sure why individual employees think it’s smart to downsize the portions but I suspect it’s isolated, not deliberate.

I love Chipotle but this particular restaurant always disappoints me. I always end up getting bunches of gristle and fat in my chicken. I paid more than enough to get a decent cut of meat in my bowl. The chips and guacamole was the best part of the meal. Filthy store the table next to ours was not wiped until 3 customers bad used it. Oh and I think if a customer is getting ready to order it is not appropriate to cut them off to fill an online order instead. I will stick to the other Chipotle in Southpoint area.

Ok, I LOVE Chipotle but this one brings shame to the name. It really is the worst Chipotle ever! Slow, dirty and the most irritating part — they cut down on the meat portions! I got the tacos and I SWEAR this woman put a teaspoon of meat on each taco. I was just staring at her in shock, like AREYOU F*****INGKIDDINGME!!! Ugh, so disappointed, don’t come here, I will not be back.

Me love you long line? Ok Chipotle, I need you to get your act together. There is absolutely NO reason for the line for food to be wrapped around the restaurant and interfering with the dining experience of other customers. Not on are the lines long, you’re often short-staffed and the staff that does work the line is cranky because you’re short staffed and the lines are long.
